They should invent a losing/forgetting things because you have a disorder that makes you lose/forget things that doesn't make me feel so guilty and frustrated I want to cry

#i was so so so SO careful to remember to pack my new pill case i bought specifically for this trip #and i lost the ENTIRE FUCKING PILL CASE. WITH ALL THE PILLS IN IT.#it is GONE.#i dumped out my entire bag and even shook out the clothes to make sure it wasn't lodged in an armhole or something #i was so careful to create a system in which i would remember to take my fucking meds.#i bought a special pill case. i downloaded an app #i KNOW i had it in my purse when i left the house #it's so fucking unfair!! i try so so so SO GODDMAN HARD AND I ALWAYS FAIL ANYWAY #I'm 31 and im alone in my hotel room and I'm going to fucking cry over a plastic case that cost me a dollar.#I'm just so tired of having a broken brain and I'm sick of forgetting things and losing things and trying so hard for nothing #and the only way to fix it is guess what?? remembering to take a goddamn pill #I'll be fine in like an hour i just need a good cry #but i shouldn't have to cry over something so fucking stupid over and over and over again #.....#i need to have more grace for my mistakes than the adults in my life did while i was growing up

This is a pleasant time of year.

Leaves have started to fall. That feature of nature I could easily live without. However, it gets me outside and moving. Collecting the leaves brings me satisfaction. Seeing the green grass appear again... ahhhhhh.

Of course tomorrow afternoon little evidence of my work will remain.

It's mostly a Wednesday routine. Trash and yard waste collection here is on Thursdays. The day before I get out my Toro Super Recycler Muncher Shredder mower. I mulch and collect leaves in the mower's bag, then fill the large plastic yard waste container to the brim.

If I skip no more than one or two Wednesdays each fall I can get a full season's worth of leaves in that container before weekly service ceases for winter. It gives me joy if I don't end up putting excess leaves in those heavy paper bags we have to use nowadays. (You have to buy those things!)

Today's yard work is now done. The mower has been cleaned of dust. The big bin is down at the curb. My step count is up. The hot shower I'll soon take will feel well deserved, much nicer than a "just getting ready for office work" shower.

Not coincidentally, this is also the beginning of the Wednesday evening martini--eventually changing to Manhattan--season

funniest shit ive seen on a con were these counterfeit stickers that the organisers were selling for way more than theyre worth. theyre always in a big box, its mostly stolen fanart of anime characters, printed out on sticky paper, not sorted by fandom at all, just jumbled mix of waifus and shit.

and inbetween all of that, a whole lot of circle-ish stickers, using some generic "cool font" found on some website probably, saying "Dream Team SMP". sometimes accompanied by a png of gamer headphones.

no other relation to minecraft whatsoever, no understanding of anything about the subject, just a sticker with random font. just a thing they saw was popular with the kids that go to these events that they decided to get quick profit with. amazing.

#also theres always these 18+ sticker packs with the same stolen art of various waifus but suggestive and/or half naked now.#sometimes they sell them in non-transparent paper bags as a mystery box sorta thing.#sometimes its just another plastic box that you can go through and choose the ones you like #and its fully endorsed by the organisers too. i wonder if theres a way to make them stop selling stolen art on stickers tbh #viky stuff #dream smp mention #cosplay talk

Kiryu doesnt use plasters (band aids for american) because hes an open air wound kind of man but if he did he would put the adhesive over the wound

Why does everything I put in my freezer end up smelling like garlic?? I never have any open food in there and have never even had garlic in the freezer?
