Miracle Apples

If we somehow by some ultra magical miracle get our beloved Cilan and Iris back into the anime again? I really hope they give Cilan and Iris an apple evolution each. They had a lot going on with the apple themes during the BW episodes, Iris loves dragons, and Cilan is originally a grass-gymleader and in the anime mainly the former gymleader who functions as the cook/baker of the group.

It feels fitting.

Because of this I'm thinking Appletun for Cilan (always the cook & baker of the group) and Hydrapple for Iris. ♥

Okay, I'll cut the jazz, though I was enjoying myself. I've had a Pokemon x Reader Oneshot Collection on Wattpad for quite some time.

Due to a certain gym leader, I have thrown myself back into the inspiration of adding to said book once more. This means I will also be swapping its position over to AO3 as well.

It's already midnight, and I want to edit my Piers x Reader DoubleShot (haha...see what I did there? I couldn't stop myself and it's like 3,000 words.) before posting it. I'll be moving everything over tomorrow, hopefully morning. At worst it'll be sometime in the afternoon.

My current list also includes James, Cilan, and a few others. I also have a Ingo x Reader x Engo in progress that will be joining my reader insert collection soon.

Cilan

It’s unlikely, but I really hope we get to see more of Cilan before this last season is over. We still haven’t gotten to see him reunite with Iris, and I want him to meet the rest. It’s easy to see this last season likely will focus on the og team with Ash, Brock and Misty - and I get why - but... As much as I love them, they aren’t my favorites.

Might be too many characters, but I hope we get at least 1-2 episodes with ALL of Ash’s former travelling companions together. Brock, Misty, May, Max, Dawn, Cilan, Iris, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie, Goh, Chloe (If she counts? She wasn’t actually travelling with them in lot of episodes), and the entire Alola gang. Maybe even some of Ash’s other friends/rivals, like Gary.

I want to see Cilan again.

I liked the newest episode, but it doesn’t feel like an episode meant for... Closure?

I have an askblog but no asks but I really want some! Any suggestions on how to get asks? You seem to give good advice in general

Asgashdaghasbdja, thanks? I don't have any ask-blogs though, so I'm not sure how useful my advice would be? I will try my best though.

- Your ask doesn't mention what kind of ask-blog you have (art or written, etc), or how old it is, but I'd say Tumblr in general prefers a fairly steady flow of content, and it's how you're discovered. You need some kind of content on Tumblr to be discovered by people and get asks, no matter if you write HCs, fanfiction or draw art.

So, if you're new and don't have any content yet, perhaps you can make a starter event? Maybe you can write a picture where the characters mention what the blog will be about, or you can write a ficlet for the ask-blog.

- Tags. This is true for all content on Tumblr, but they are SO IMPORTANT! Especially for ask-blogs, but I also know people find it a bit... daunting? Unsure of what to put in them?

A good start is to just tag the fandom and the characters in your content though. So for an example, let's pretend I have a Pokémon ask-blog about Cilan and a newly hatched Chimchar egg; then some tags I might use are:

Pokémon , Pkm , Pkm Cilan , Pkm Chimchar , Chimchar .

Though obviously you should adapt the tags for what fandom and characters your ask-blog is for. If it's Pokémon, use Pokémon tags, Hetalia tags for Hetalia, Digimon tags for Digimon - etc. If your ask-blog is for a pairing/ship, it's usually a good idea to also use the shipping name as a tag. As an example, let's say Cilan x Iris / Wishfulshipping from Pokémon or SuFin from Hetalia.

- If you can't get any asks, perhaps you can ask a few friends to send you some to get you started? Either on anon or not, but a few starting asks might get the flow going and help you get discovered to give you more.

- Keep anon open, because many people feel more comfortable asking on anon. (Case in point, you being an example yourself here). x)

- If the asks slowly stop and you see yourself without flow of asks again, you can hold like an event (again?) to show you're still active and want asks.
