every time I see a post about 'redemption' in the pitt tag I go a bit nuts because like. do you talk like that in real life? when you talk about your bestie who was a teen mom and an alcoholic starting at age fourteen and a double dui and who totally drove drunk with her kids in the car alllll the time and who was kind of a shit mom for the first ten years of her kids' lives but who did actually get her shit mostly together in the last 5 years, do you say she 'redeemed herself?' or do you say 'she took accountability and gained agency over her own life.' I don't need Santos 'redemption' I don't need Langdon 'redemption.' I need them both to do better. I need Santos to decide to see her patients as people and not objects on which to try fun new procedures. and I need Langdon to kick the drugs and chill tf out. wtf even is 'redemption' when we're talking real life and not sci fi die in a hail of bullets?

so ive been watching the pitt and santos is a huge raging cunt and im pretty sure that langdons end is already set up the way dr robby told him he sent that recommendation later for the new job and then caught him yelling at santos like I’m afraid his ass is most certainly toast he’s being pushed to that new job and we shall never hear from him again. unfortunately santos will reign victorious trust me i can see the future.

Nothing like asking you're elders on how to deal with the supernatural. Though, these elders seem a lot less knowledgeable about ghosts and aliens.

Idk why, but I feel like this would be an amazing crossover, though that might be the MHI brain-worms talking. Both Owen and Julie being a seasoned monster hunting couple, and with Okarun and Momo being so young, I'd feel like they'd have that protective older siblings/aunt and uncle energy. Doesn't help that both of them are older siblings, either.

Also, I just think that it'd just be cute, and badass, since both series are known for their epic fight scenes.

The House That Dripped Blood is a reliable Amicus anthology with great turns from Lee and Cushing obvs but Pertwee (with a dig at Lee/Cushing/Hammer I’ve always laughed at) and Pitt shine. Messy and uneven but that’s no shock. Fun and colorful and vibey.

Anyway reminder that Brad Pitt physically assaulted Angelina Jolie and his kids on a plane (deliberately so that they had nowhere to run) he choked multiple of his children when they tried to defend their mother and spent the next few hours emptying the planes bottles of beer and red wine on their fucking heads. His kids are literally filing to have his last name dropped before they even turn 18.

Also reminder that Brad Pitt, who both stars in and is producing the film, is banking on YOU as a motorsport fan to be a built-in audience for this project. Don't do it. Seeing a cameo of the drivers for a few seconds is not worth the moral forfeit of giving this literal monster your money and support.
