EVEN MORE pissever royalty au, this time focused on 4ever bc I love him <3

genuinely one of smartest people you'll ever meet. he knows all the laws of the kingdom back to front, and he's more than able to hold his own in a debate. When he was young, his teachers would test him by having recite the ordinances and letter of law for the kingdom in both english and portuguese-- which he did flawlessly.

forever's main job is to ensure that missa is able to make the decisions he wants, and to help him when he isn't sure what he should do.

forever is generally a very nice guy, though (like i mentioned in my last post) he knows how to puff out his chest and put someone in their place when need be, espcially when missa is involved.

forever still has his muscles like in canon-- he spent a whole spring and summer training with fit and phil, so he's also generally good with a sword or a bow, though its not his strongsuit. missa nearly faints the first time he sees them.

as adults, he and phil have an... interesting dynamic. they flirt with each other in private, usually at their rebellions base, quipping and cracking all kinds of jokes at each other, but they also trust each other more than anything. phil will roll his eyes as forever drops yet another innuendo, but he would have all the trust in the world for forever if he were at the other end of his sword.

speaking of trust, forever trusts in missa a lot-- he knows that his heart is in the right place, and that he only wants what's best for the kingdom. sometimes though, he just needs a little push to get past his anxiety.

Okay okay okay...So like I honestly thought it was really funny at first. Like the desperate pursuit of Phil was just so so funny to me. I can't even lie to you though...It took me a hot minute to warm up to Forever. He came off just so incredibly strong and he bothered me for a while and I didn't think he contrasted well with Phil at all. But I still found that dynamic so funny. That being said, I adore their friendship now. But I can't say that I like them as anything more than friends. I really can't imagine them in a romantic relationship. I'm glad they are friends and I'm glad they trust each other.

hi!!! sorry for taking ages with this, the holiday stress Got To Me lmao

at first, missa has no clue. but eventually, after a while he's able to figure out (mostly on his own) that the wolf, icarus, is forever. Missa is, generally, pretty non-violent, so he ends up cornering him, pressing him on everything, and forever, unable to keep lying to missa anymore, spills everything. he begs missa not to say anything, and eventually missa promises he won't. Phil is a little upset at first, but only because he doesn't want the council to target missa. the three of them stumble their way through a conversation about their feelings, and by the end of it, phil decides its time to take missa to their hideout (or well. one of them anyway.)

phil started pining for missa when they were very young. he was maybe.... 12? and never was able to quite let go of those feelings, especially as they grew up and missa just became more and more timid

forever was missa's first kiss. they were 15, and the former had been given a little Too Much wine for his age. it was sloppy, and a little awkward, but missa didn't stop thinking about it for a month straight. phil was only a little jealous when he found out.

missa's second kiss was with phil. missa had ended up having a panic attack at one of his families parties, so phil guided him to a guest room. they were about 17 and 18, respectively, and it wasn't nearly as awkward or clumsy as the first; phil gently guides missa and they end up low-key making out until a knock on the door interrupt them. phil is Very Annoyed at being interrupted, but missa immedately switches back into Royalty Mode and goes off xD

phil's first kiss, like missa, is also forever. They were 14-ish, and they just wanted to know what it was like.

Phil falls for missa first as kids, then forever once they're adults. Forever is the opposite, having developed feelings for phil first when they were kids, and later loving missa when they grew older.

Sugarduo are VERY protective of missa. any royal advisor says anything to him, forever is immediately at his defense, putting them in their place. Phil constantly has his hand on his weapon, ready to take out his sword or bow at a moments notice to protect missa. Missa doesn't really mind; he honestly kind of likes it (maybe a bit more than he should).

I have scene in my head of like. The rebels attack a party for the royals and missa ends up caught in the smokebombs, but he ends up being saved by phil. And then missa realizes oh wait. they're.... protecting me. thats. werid. okay then.

thinking about it some more, i think sugarduos organization in the pissever royal au should be a combination of the syndicate and bolas. phil is their leader, and they wear the gas masks, but they also use codenames too. anything to stay as anonymous as possible.

phils is of course a bird/crow, forever's is a wolf, and they have one prepared for missa thats a skull <3

but basically. missa is the crown prince of the biggest empire in the world. forever is his advisor, and phil is his personal knight.

missa, being his shy, kindhearted self, was very much a victim of abuse at the hands of the people who raised him. constantly pressuring him to be the best, that he would be a voice for millions of people, that he had a lot of responsibility on his shoulders.

forever and phil, who were respectively plucked off the street as children and basically grew up with missa, were witness to a lot of this treatment. they were pressed into keeping quiet, of course. so they're both very protective of him.

SO the twist is basically, as of the past few years, there has been this anarchist rebellion trying to take down and dismantle the empire. This organization was started by phil, because he wanted to free missa and allow him to be happy and free. he and forever is a sort of double agents for this organization, strategizing based on info they get.

Every day i wonder what it would be like for Missa to wingman for Forever to Phil. Like Missa knowing he can't be around as often, and he likes Forever well enough, and be Knows Phil likes Forever, whether Phil knows it himself or not

i've always thought that pissever was always going to be endgame for qphil tbh. and this concept could also play Very Nicely into missas whole "im not good enough" thing.

i imagine that missa wingmans forever pretty hard for a while, and at first phil is amused. eventually though, rejects forever again, not because he doesn't lover him, but because he doesn't want to replace missa. He loves him, too, after all. Forever, who has also caught feelings for missa at this point, agrees. if we're going to be together, all of us will be together.

cue phil and forever bombarding missa with so much praise and kindness and love and gentle reminders that he deserves love too, that the reaper physical cant process it lmao
