It is winter everywhere. It is winter in every place. And here it is – winter branches. Black branches at the white snow. Day. It was rather freezing day, as I remember.

Me & Alleys. A confession

I have "a thing" for alleys. I don't know why, but I find them fascinating places.

Maybe it's the way they seem to focus the mind down to an end point.

Or how they sometimes frame a slice of life at their end.

These were taken during a night walk in Motomachi around China Town late one night. All shot on with my trusty 35mm lens, f-stop below 3 and ISO 4000.

Another beach day, another quick watercolour sketch. Quite windy! It's nice to slow down and take in all the shapes and colours.

The crows might have been siblings, they are giving each other major side eye lol

Pigeons at the ice cube

Today, it is more warm. And so many birds at the streets. Pigeons, there are lots of them! They are living in the cities. So little bird is sitting at the ice cube. And look at the different sides. Here and there. They have lots of interesting at their winter fields. They are learning all the time. And soon they will go to celebrate a New Year!
