All Minecraft SMPs (or simulations in my AU) are all connected.

Jumper & Minute met Quackity while tracking down Hannah to make sure she's okay. Zam, Ash, Kyle, & Redd accidentally bumped into Gempearl (Geminitay & Pearlescentmoon) once while in a Hub like place where all people from different Simulations can interact. Parrot fought Philza once as a bet while drunk... And won. Rekrap & Luzu (A Popular Spanish Creator) once met at said Hub and became friends while talking about their lives. Branzy, Philza, & Pol (another Spanish Creator) all are millions of years old and grew up together as Vampire type creatures so they age slowly. Branzy also was an Ordained minister for Phil's Wedding. Oh, also Hannah heard about what a certain ex - acquaintance did to Shubble (who are friends, they met around 2022 in my AU and bonded over plants & animals) & Niki. So she broke that persons body beyond repair and he had to get taken out of the simulations... Permanently. Which was what gained her, her place in Lifesteal! And yes she does still talk to Shubble & Niki. Them, the rest of the Lifesteal Girlies, Bagi & Tina (from the Qsmp), & The Hermitcraft Girlies have a HUGE sleepover night every year. :)

Every once in a while, these rough pencil tests animated by Milt Kahl - one of Walt Disney's "Nine Old Men" and to my estimation one of the greatest animators - pop up on the internet...

It is a deleted scene from THE RESCUERS, the Disney studio's 1977 animated feature.

I can only imagine where this scene would factor in, though?

I don't think it's a scene cut from the story they chose to go through with for the finished movie. The only daytime scene in New York City in THE RESCUERS is the beginning of the movie, when the Rescue Aid Society all get together within the United Nations building to find out where the next person in need is. After that scene, it's nighttime. Not too long after, they are out of New York...

My best guess is that this pencil test was done by Milt for a much earlier version of THE RESCUERS, when it was in development circa 1973-74. At one point, THE RESCUERS was going to involve a polar bear in a zoo voiced by Louis Prima, who had previously voiced the standout King Louie in 1967's THE JUNGLE BOOK. No shock, this character's name was also Louie. Director Wolfgang Reitherman liked to bring back actors that voiced in the animated films he directed at Disney. At another point, once the setting of the bulk of the movie was moved to the South, Phil Harris - Baloo, Thomas O'Malley and Prince John - was set to voice a bullfrog who lead the swamp critters.

I'd imagine the people above, including that vendor who looks like Kahl's Edgar from THE ARISTOCATS, are patrons at a zoo watching the wildlife in their exhibits. Note the bench and the fence. If not, then maybe in that version of the story, a baseball field was involved?

The zoo is kept in the finished film, but only for a short scene of Bernard and Bianca searching the rainy New York streets for any clues they can find. A lion's roar is heard, and that's it. The polar bear version of THE RESCUERS also featured a lion who was to be voiced by comedian Redd Foxx.

But it's fascinating that a piece of test animation exists that features these characters, ostensibly for a version of THE RESCUERS that didn't make it past early development.

Or I could be completely wrong in my theory, and that it is a cut scene from a version of the movie that's much, *much* closer to the released picture. If so, I can only imagine where it would've fit. Probably in act one.

Mystery-Solver Club

Detective Monty is usually the best detective in the business, but his latest case has him scratching his head. A member of the museum has been stealing the art and replacing them with counterfeits! He needs you at the museum right away to help him search for clues in the forgeries that might identify the culprit.

Suspects:

Muffy: As the museum curator, she has ins with all of the art world. Has she been calling in favors to produce fakes and sell the real art? Despite making a good salary, sylvana overheard a conversation muffy had with the bank, and it seems she has a bit of spending problem.

Phil: The museum's exhibit designer. Someone with his talents would have no problem creating forgeries, but why would he ruin his own exhbits? According to Marlo, Phil shows up to work tired ever since he started taking dance classes from a fancy private instructor.

Pudge: The newest of the bunch. Pudge is your typical overworked and underpaid intern. Could he be making up for his low wages by selling art on the side? Muffy says Pudge frequently complains about student debts and "isn't as timid as he seems".

Marlo: The Museum Director. He used to be business partners with the infamous Redd though he swears he has cut contact and turned over a new leaf. Is it really possible for someone to change so much? Pudge was too scared to go into details, but he did say that he finds "Mr.Marlo" very intimidating.

Sylvana: Peppy and Extroverted. She is the museum tour guide. Has she been using her position to trick guests into thinking they are viewing authentic pieces and throw off suspicion? Phil says sylvana originally applied for his job with a much bigger salary.

(IMPORTANT: i've tested this multiple times to be sure it works properly and there is one possible issue. On the wall in the suspect room i added a sign which you can turn on to reveal the culprit once you have your guess. Unfortunately sometimes monty will wander into that room and turn on the sign. To avoid this please exit the room and go back in so monty resets if you see him by the suspects and culprit sign.)

Tom has been waiting all week for this night. It’s Saturday, and that means as soon as darkness falls over the island, K.K. Slider is to make his usual appearance in the plaza. His ears twitch with excitement, he just loves the singer too much to hold his enthusiasm in, no matter how many times he sees him perform. And no matter how crammed Tom’s work week is, or if the rain catches him on his way to the Resident Services building, nothing can get him down on a Saturday… or nothing so far.

It’s Orville who finds him at his desk this morning, looking so distressed his beak keeps clicking when he tries to explain what’s happened. Tom follows him to the airport worriedly, to find Wilbur running in circles around his beloved plane. There’s been damage from the storm the night before, and there’s no way they can get it on the air today.

Tom rubs his paws down his face, relieved. As awful as this is, nobody’s been hurt and the Island Representative is sure to fix it shortly. He hasn’t seen her all day, but she’ll likely drop by later to get her daily Nook Miles. ‘I’ll make sure to let our Island Representative know of this wrinkle, yes, yes!’

‘But Tom,’ pipes up Isabelle, who’d followed them there. ‘How is K.K. going to get here now?’

The ground sinks beneath Tom’s tiny raccoon feet as he realises she is right. ‘To the pier!’ He decides. ‘We need to get Kapp’n in the case immediately!’

The brainstorming session starts getting heated after Raymond boasts that he’d never have only one plane, needing at least two backups in any case. As tensions rise, someone clears his throat loudly from the shadow of a palm tree.

They all turn, following Tom’s motion as his eyes land on the last person –the last fox– he wants to see in this moment. With a blue apron that looks way better tailored than the last one he saw him in and a selfsatisfied expression, Redd stares at him, absentmindedly biting into a pear. Tom darts a glance to the villagers and, gauging by their expressions, he can guess which have crossed his path. He sighs.

‘You are not allowed on this island, Redd.’

‘First off, that’s Jolly Redd now, Tom, the brand has changed and the business as well! Maybe we could luncheon one of these days to catch up, what do you say?’

‘Not interested?’ Tom can’t help saying it like a question. It’s hard to make affirmations around the fox, but he’ll have to find a way to stand his ground.

Redd’s boat is as shabby as he’d expected it to be, and still, it will do. They set sail without exchanging more words that are strictly necessary, disgruntled to be in each other’s close proximity again, and he can tell Redd is; no matter how calculated his veneer of nonchalance is.

K.K. is most accommodating, and they leave their differences to the side in the presence of their idol. The trip back is less tense, both of them in their best behaviour and K.K. happy to answer questions about his craft as he tunes his guitar and plays around with some scales. This is the most time Tom has spent with K.K. Slider and a part of him can’t help but be thankful to the boat. And its owner, peripherally.

The show is a success, the representative’s back from her expedition and the whole island congregates to hear the music. Tom stands next to the entrance to the Resident Services building, taking in the breezy night, as many of the nights he’s spent listening to his favourite singer and yet, different. Redd stands to the side, eyes glued to K.K.. Earlier he’d tried to hustle some sort of raffle, as expected, but he’d given it up as soon as K.K. started playing.

As the first notes to Comrade K.K. float in the air, Tom walks over to Redd, who gives him a sidestare, more cautious than distrusting. ‘Well. It seems we’ve saved the day, mister businessman.’

‘So it seems.’ Tom pretends not to notice as Redd takes a step closer, still not looking at him. Very quickly, before he loses his nerve he adds. ‘If you were serious about grabbing lunch, that’s something we could do, hm?’

Redd turns to look at him this time, blinking twice like processing the words. The smile that breaks through his face now is less knowing than his usual business mask. ‘Yeah, I think I’d like that,’

Dream SMP AUs/Fanfics I have yet to see part 2

A fanfiction from Glatt's pov as he watches over Quackity as he learns to move on after Shlatt's death( Karlnapity and Glatt anxt)

Siblings AU: Techno and Ranboo are brothers, Tommy and Wilbur are brothers, Shlatt and Tubbo are brothers, Foolish and Puffy are siblings, Niachu and Jack are siblings, and BBH is Sapnap's, big bro.

Mall AU: Everyone works in a small mall that gets business from 3-4 small towns. (Potential for crossovers between SMPS) (Ex: Ranboo works at hot topic and Tubbo works at the Cinnabon across the way. Wilbur works at the hot topic too with Eret and Sapnap. Karl works at clares with Niki and Hanna. Willbur, Shlatt, Charle, Fundy, and Quackity work at a male host cafe)

MCC Radio AU: People who aren't in MCC (Techno, Ranboo, Karl, ect) are radio hosts for the MCSN (Minecraft sports network) radio and are assigned to a team. (EX: Ranboo gets the red rabbits and Techno gets the pink parrots)

Animal Crossing NH AU: It's exactly what it sounds like, Samnook and Ponkabell invite you to join them on an island getaway. Ponk and Purpled replace Timmy and Tommy, KK Slider is Quackity, and The Able Sisters are replaced by Wilbur, Tubbo, and Tommy. Techno replaces Daisy Mae, Fondy replaces Redd, Phil is Blathers and everyone else is villagers.

Phantom of the Opera and DSMP crossover but it's about Karl and James

Coconut AU: Fundy and Niki won the 2020 elections without cheating and Shlatt never became president

A series of fanfictions based off of the songs of Taylor Swift, it doesn't have to e the same charicters or the same universe every time, but each fanfic is based off the storys found in taylor swift songs (Love story, better than revenge, white horse, last kiss, change, ect)

Las Nevadas Cult AU: LN is a cult and Quackity is it's god

A fanfic about Tubbo playing god and making Ranboo Frankinstine style

Pokemon AU: everyone is either a pokemon, trainer, researcher or part of the evil team

Tharopy AU: Everyone go gets theropy and Puff does her fucking job. (you get to explore how events affected each member of the SMP and each chapter could be a new session)

A series where Karl fucks up the past somehow and creates new versions of the SMP in an attempt to fix the timeline.

Youtooz story AU: Someone owns all the DSMP youtooz and they come to life when the person isn't there. The youtooz are not inbox so they can freely go around. feel free to add other youtooz to the party for fun.

Thousand acer wood AU: Major inspo from Whinie the poo. The events of the dream SMP are happening but it's just Micheal playing with his toys while his dads are busy around the house or at work. Sometimes he is babysat by Phil, Techno, Tommy, Fundy, Ghostbur, or Glatt depending on what you feel like.

Micheal AU: Micheal is god

Cat AU: Everyone is cat and the pets are the owners

Domestic AU: everyone lives in a gated community, Tubbo is head of the HOA, and Shlatt is head of the neighborhood watch
