Hey Phamily! I finally completed this commission for Ms. Dixie Rarity! She has been a friend and supporter of this project since almost the very beginning! I was so happy to be able to make this for her. She performed as Christine AND she made this dress! She is a multi-talented gem! I hope many opportunities come to her.

I love this image! I love the movement and the heaviness of the skirt, as well as all the detail of the skirt. I was a bit intimidated by the bold on bold colors but I decided to go all in and I'm so happy with the outcome! Thank you for the opportunity, DixieRarity!

Like, yes, I know he killed people, but he's faced so much TRAUMA he is baby. He is precious. He deserves a better life and sure he could've made some better choices and he deserves love. It does suck that the girl he decided to creepily crush on and stalk was a scaredy cat. He could've found a partner in crime, a cool feminist lady who did heists or also murders or something. I don't even know what I'm saying, just that basically I love him and his pain hurts me too.

Hi Phantom Tumblr! I'm looking for a post (or rather a series of posts). Basically, someone posted a masterlist of sorts of all the places in Paris mentioned by Leroux in the original book, accompanied by photos the person took themselves, as well as quotes, explainations and some architectural plans.

This included La Madeleine, Rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires, Bois de Bologne and of course Le Palais Garnier, along with a few other sites of which I can't remember.

If anybody knows of this post, or any posts similar detailing certain places in Paris mentioned in TPOTO, do let me know!

Kind of a pity the design is based more on the musical version rather than the Gaston Leroux full face mask version of Erik. Would have been nice if he had yellow eyes and a skull-like face.

The mask is neat though 🤌🏻

So many thoughts about Raoul de Chagny. He’s so babygirl. I want to read the original novel just for that silly little man but I’m hesitant because the last time I read a classic French novel for a silly little man in a musical adaptation he ended up being a 20 year old stalker of a 15 year old girl. Victor Hugo, you disappoint me.
