The claim has prompted critics to accuse the Arts and Humanities Research Council, which has funded the study by academics at the University of Roehampton, of promoting “cultural clickbait”.

The project, devoted to “centering marginalised communities in the contemporary performance of early modern plays”, is due to be completed in two years’ time.

The researchers want to challenge the “normative trend” in “classical theatre” arising from “the disproportionate representation of William Shakespeare in scholarship and performance”. In response they are mounting a production of a comedy by Shakespeare’s contemporary John Lyly, Galatea, which features characters disguised as the opposite sex. The researchers say the play offers “an unparalleled affirmative and intersectional demographic, exploring feminist, queer, transgender and migrant lives”.

They say the play “has almost no stage history since 1588”, adding that “Diverse Alarums”, the name of the project, “will transform this state of affairs with a unique combination of methods, ranging across early modern studies, practice-as-research, audience studies, qualitative research, trans, queer and disability studies”.

Writing for the website Before Shakespeare, Andy Kesson, the project’s principal investigator, said that “masculinity and nationalism were crucial motivating factors in the rise of Shakespeare as the arbiter of literary greatness” and that “[w]e need to be much, much more suspicious of Shakespeare’s place in contemporary theatre”.

‘His themes are timeless’ Lionel Shriver, the author, told The Telegraph: “In Shakespeare’s day, half the European population was white and male. They didn’t have rainbow flags. Being disabled like Richard III was a matter of character rather than politics, and luckily for them no one had ever coined the linguistic abomination ‘cisgender’.

“Still germane because his themes are timeless, Shakespeare will survive even this dogmatic mangling, and his plays will continue to be enjoyed long after today’s ‘intersectional’ performances have foreshortened into a freakish comical footnote in theatrical history.”

Andrew Doyle, the comedian and author, said: “There’s a very good reason why Shakespeare is performed frequently and John Lyly barely at all. Shakespeare was by far the superior playwright. Yet again, ideologues are reducing great art to mere mechanisms for the promotion of an ideology.

“A production of Galatea would be welcome, but given that those behind it are already using anachronistic pseudo-religious terms such as ‘cisgender’ suggests that it will be a tedious affair. They evidently believe what they are doing is radical, but virtually all theatre companies today are obsessed with identity and gender, and so this is likely to be just more conformist and insipid propaganda.”

Jane Stevenson, the Conservative MP, who sits on the culture, media and sport committee, said: “Theatre does and should entertain, challenge and educate us. I’m all for widening repertoire to bring lesser-known works to audiences, but I’m not sure reducing Galatea to a celebration of all things woke, or knocking Shakespeare for being pale, male and stale is much more than cultural click-bait.

“Shakespeare’s works have been translated into 100 languages and clearly still resonate with people all over the world. Love, hate, ambition, loss, jealousy – all universal emotions we all still identify with.”

An Arts and Humanities Research Council spokesman said: “The Arts and Humanities Research Council invests in a diverse research and innovation portfolio. Decisions to fund the research projects we support are made via a rigorous peer review process by relevant independent experts from across academia and business.”

A spokesman from the University of Roehampton said: “This project was funded by a national organisation following a rigorous review process. We support academic colleagues to seek external funding to pursue high-quality research in their areas of specialism, which in this case involves national theatre heritage.”

I guess it's time I sat down and fleshed out the meta on Shakespeare I have been meaning to finish, because every word in this article is effing bullshit. William Shakespeare, a very good playwright, has nonetheless been pushed to the upmost, for centuries, and England even came up with an entire hoax, to make him popular, for one main reason: His plays represented Paganism, Occultism and most of all Queerness. She couldn’t read the labels. She could barely reach them. I offered to help.

After I handed her the raspberry preserves, she thanked me, paused, and then asked, “Do you know why I buy this brand?”

I laughed and replied, “Because it tastes good?”

“Yes, it tastes good.” She paused again. “I am a Holocaust survivor.”

This was not the conversation I expected on a Sunday grocery run. “During the war, the family that owns the company hid my family in Paris. So now I always buy it. And whenever I go to the store, my grandkids remind me, ‘Bubbe, don’t forget to buy the jelly.’”

I told her that that was the best reason I ever heard to buy any company’s product. And then we both smiled behind our masks and went our separate ways.”

Someone else on Twitter looked into the story and indeed, the town that Andros Company, the makers of Bonne Maman, comes from, hid and saved Jewish families in WW2. It was called Biars sur Cere, which then had about 800 villagers.

I sense a seismic shift. The bankers have overplayed their hand and exposed themselves and their Freemason vassals (our elected "leaders") as traitors, gangsters, psychopaths, criminals, perverts and mass murderers. This is what a benevolent reset would entail. 1. First and foremost, the nations must take control over their credit and currency-creation. They would renounce all "debt" created out of thin air and create the medium of exchange by spending it into existence, debt-and-interest free.

2. mRNA vaccines would be banned. All politicians, journalists and medical officials who collaborated in the Covid hoax would be fired. Jacob Rothschild, George Soros, Bill Gates, and Tony Fauci would be tried for crimes against humanity and have their wealth confiscated and added to public coffers. Joe Biden would be jailed for rigging an election. The traitor Donald Trump will be tried for reality-show false opposition and dereliction of duty. All those complicit in the election rigging, including Trump, Pence, Congress and the Supreme Court judges would be fired and put on trial. The same applies to all those who promoted the covid hoax. Pharmaceutical companies will be broken up and rigorously regulated. Bill Gates, Klaws Swab, Anthony Fauci and George Soros would be put on trial.

3. Media and tech monopolies would be nationalized, broken up and resold to people who will guarantee free speech and the free flow of information. The CIA and FBI will be shut down and reorganized. Local and state police will be purged of Freemasons. The UN will be shut down and the building destroyed.

4. Freemasonry would be banned. Its leading members would be tried and incarcerated. Freemasons would be banned from holding public office or employment.

5. Communists would be purged from the education system, especially universities. Universities would protect free speech and inquiry. Scientific method would be re-instated.Confederate statues would be restored. History will not be photo-shopped. 

6. Antifa, feminists and other Leftists would be sent to "re-education" camps.  Diversity, cancel culture and CRT would be banned and punished. Hiring would be gender and color blind. Illegal migrants who have not found employment will be deported.

7. Elections would be publicly funded. No private contributions would be permitted. Politicians would not be permitted to profit from their term in office. 

8. The promotion of Satanism, gender dysphoria, illegal migration, climate change and all globalist shibboleths would be punishable by fines and prison terms. What people do in private is their own business but the deliberate subversion of society can't be tolerated.

9. Family values -- marriage, fidelity, responsible parenthood -- would be become government policy. Human life would be considered inviolate. Abortion would be scaled back or banned. A healthy national and racial pride would be encouraged. Everybody would be afforded opportunity on the basis of individual merit and industry not race or gender.

10. There will be a collective effort to discern and enact the Creator's Design. The public would be encouraged to celebrate the Miracle of Life and praise God!   

If these measures are adopted, mankind would step back from the abyss and regain the path to a world where humanity can flourish as intended. 

 WHAT NEXT? The bankers' attempt to lock down and mandate experimental "vaccines" for a phony pandemic is going to fail. People are not going to put up with this bullshit.  The bankers tend to double down when thwarted. The Dark Genius of Stanley Kubrick and his path from the "staged moon landing" to a strange death from a "seizure"

According to one extremely popular version, director Stanley Kubrick did not die of a heart attack on March 9, 1999 in his English castle of Childwickberry. In fact, he was poisoned by CIA agents with a special agent simulating a heart attack, because the authorities feared that Kubrick would expose last century's flights to the moon by US astronauts as staged. A madman, or a genius hunted by special services who made a "deal with the Devil"? Director Stanley Kubrick, like any brilliant artist, was a man with "oddities". Over the years, it seems that he developed a persecution mania. He kept looking around and annoying his friends by claiming that the special services were following him and want to kill him. A doctor (Tom Cruise) appears before a satanic "high priest". Indeed, Kubrick's films show how he was literally driven mad by the entry into the world of the elite - all his movies are about this.

Kubrick's alter ego, Jack in The Shining. drinks something narcotic that the devilish bartender pours for him, after which he begins to see the dead, etc. enters the "elite". And, of course, opens his mouth wide from the "happiness" that has befallen to him. It all started from the moment he "made a deal with the Devil", that is, he signed a contract with the US government to direct a staged flight of US astronauts to the moon. Kubrick was hired for this job after his cult space epic "Odyssey 2001", where he, working with NASA, showed that he was quite capable of imitating this flight. Kubrick's handwriting quite shows that this is his work, possibly done in the same pavilion.

James Bond runs across the set where Kubrick appears to be filming The Moon Mission. Frame from the film "007. Diamonds are forever" (1971). This deal, of course, solved all his financial problems - he was now able to embody any of his movie fantasies. The only thing he couldn't do was tell the world the truth about the Moon Scam. The disclosure of this threatened him (and his family too) with inevitable death. That is why he decided to tell about it in a different way, through the language of artistic symbols. Perhaps, he so wanted to be freed from the heavy burden that tormented his soul. We are talking here, of course, about his thriller cult movie "The Shining", which the adherents of the theory of the staged moon landing have long ago dismantled frame by frame, and deciphered the mystical message transmitted to humanity by director Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick's mystical message about the Moon Scam in The Shining (and also in A Clockwork Orange). Based on a novel by Stephen King, The Shining is a thriller about writer Jack Torrance (resembling, by the way, Kubrick himself), who decided to get a job as a winter caretaker of the Overlook Hotel, because the previous caretaker went crazy, killed himself and his two daughters. And so the writer moves there with his wife Wendy and son Danny, who, by the way, also hears voices and sees ghosts.

Jack, Wendy and Danny drive to the Overlook Hotel. This is an unusual hotel, it stands on the "bones of the Indians", and its owner looks like President Kennedy. In a word, it symbolizes America itself. This hotel is full of ghosts and creepy dead, very reminiscent of the American elite. And then the whole film is filled with symbols and references to the secret work of Kubrick himself, which also drives him crazy. Here are the most obvious of them. First of all, let's pay attention to the ornament on the carpet and the boy's sweater with the image of the Apollo 11 rocket.

Launch pad and Denny ("Apollo 11"), symbolizing the launch of the Apollo mission. The carpet, on which the writer's son Danny Torrance plays with cars and then sees bleeding ghosts, has a pattern with hexagons. As noted by moviegoers, this hexagon resembles the launch pad with which Apollo 11 went into space, and the black strip with cars is an access road with equipment serving the rocket. Also, Danny wears a sweater with a picture of a rocket and the inscription "Apollo 11". He himself here, obviously, symbolizes a rocket.

Danny (Apollo 11) meets the Gemeni at the elevator. Gemini starts from the elevator support. Danny's encounter in a sweater with an Apollo 11 poster with the ghosts of the twin sisters killed by the former caretaker (Gemini according to some) reminds just about the Gemini flight program, preceding the Apollo, especially since in the book there are no Stephen King twins. There is also an Indian ornament in the hotel, symbolizing rocket launches. And one more thing: in the movie, from time to time, an ornament appears on the wall, similar to images of launching rockets. There is also a scene where Jack throws a ball (moon symbol) at the wall (meaning staged moon launches).

Jack throws the ball at the "Indian Ornament". Among the decorations in the office of the Kennedy-like hotel manager, you can see the Eagle, the same Eagle is also on Jack Torrance's T-shirt. This Eagle strongly resembles the emblem of the Apollo 11 lunar mission. Also, there is an enchanted room number 237 in the hotel, where an ominous ghost lives, suddenly turning from a beautiful and seductive girl into a revived corpse of a half-decomposed woman.

"The Shining". Eagles are circled. A Kennedy-like innkeeper. According to moviegoers, this room is a symbol of the studio where the filming of the "Moon Mission" took place, and the ghost is a symbol of what the idea of ​​​​the Moon staged landing turned into. Room number 237 recalls the distance to the moon: 237,000 miles. An enema, also known as a clyster, is an injection of fluid into the lower bowel by way of the rectum. The word enema can also refer to the liquid injected, as well as to a device for administering such an injection. So, this was most likely a reference to Laurens wishing to study medicine. But another interpretation was the historical reference to homosexual acts. A “clyster pipe” or “clystering” was also used as a sexual reference, particularly in regards to sodomy. Like in The Crafting of Absalom and Achitophel;

the author continued: “and when he has rais'd his own Beastly Concupiscence, Tilts at 'em with his Nasty Clyster-Pipe”—clyster meaning enema and the medical clyster-pipe quite likely being of brass. If Dryden in fact meant a reference to Oates's sodomy, we should note two things about it: Dryden has made it briefly and wittily, through verbal ambiguity, and he has kept it very much subordinate to his undermining of Oates's credibility. Foster displays more 18th century examples of this too;

The year before “In Defence of Masonry” appeared in print, Green's popular An Entertainment for a Winter's Evening went through two editions in Boston. It emphasized anal intimacy between the men and also used the analogy of clystering to evoke sodomy. The poem also used the imagery of a banquet to link sex to Masonic initiation rules, this time with an accent on international fraternization of an illicit kind.

Here, Luke, a “cook from London,” is a sodomite upon whose “ample bowls” (read: “bowels”) the Massachusetts Freemasons lavish their “grateful” “honours.” Indeed, without him “the LODGE is undone.” His symbolic posterior fills the men's “hearts with gladness” and “oft dispell'd their Sadness.” The stanza continued with a commentary that appears to ridicule the Masons by suggesting that they pervert the principle of fraternization between manly peers.

Luke in return is made a brother,

And still, though broke with age and wine,

Preserves the token and the sign. By cozying up to Luke, the elite membership allow themselves to be seduced by their “brother” from overseas. Their new “brother,” in turn, is debauched in the end by the excesses of the Freemasons: “broke with age and wine.” In the winter of 1777 a series of letters printed in the Boston Gazette echoed the sentiment that Freemasons, because of their homosocial secrecy and ritual, elicited concerns about same-sex behavior. In December 1777 a response to a “Lawyer who pronounced an Oration to the Free Masons” said to be written by a “Lady” expressed the following:

The poem impressed one unidentified diarist sufficiently to prompt the chronicler to record the poem in its entirety, preceded by this explanation: “The following lines written Extempore by a Lady. To the Lawyer who pronounced an Oration to the Free Masons on Saturday the 27 Day of December 1777.” The charge of sodomy turned the image of the Freemasons as manly participants in orderly civic rituals upside down. As a marker of their deviance, it operated to define their character. And they stood as men who lacked normative desire for women and who deviated from heterosociability.

By the mid-eighteenth century, through newspaper accounts, some sermon literature, and imported fiction, Massachusetts' print culture was no stranger to discussions of a minority population of men who preferred sexual romantic contact with other men. But then an interesting thing happened. In Massachusetts the apparently proto-homosexual subject largely evaporated from broad public discussions. The enduring Puritan cultural message of general depravity that gave local significance and meaning to reports of molly houses and sodomites in Europe had waned by the Revolutionary era. That this earlier message was influenced by the Puritan cultural climate of early eighteenth-century Massachusetts is suggested by the fact that Pennsylvania newspapers, for example, did not print as many of these notices. Massachusetts printers selected these stories because they resonated there. By the Revolutionary era, stories of sodomites no longer symbolized the need for all men to guard against sinful excesses, but rather described a minority concern irrelevant to the Massachusetts social setting. For much of the eighteenth century, although official discourses of capital crime and sin viewed sodomy primarily as an act deserving punishment, popular conceptions of sodomy could view it as a feature of character. However, it would not be accurate to say that eighteenth-century Anglo-American popular culture had an understanding of sexual subjectivity that equated the sodomite with the modern medicalized and psychologized homosexual subject. Rather, the various discourses examined here joined sexual proclivity or taste to specifically religious ideas about corruption and immorality. What evidence we do have on sexual practices suggests that long-term practitioners of sodomy were characterized by their deviant sexuality; it was viewed as an aspect of their personhood, as a proclivity or taste.

It is highly unlikely this was Henry's true intent of wording, as I'm heavily dubious to believe Henry would casually imply such considering the severity of the matter. But what is interesting, is Laurens's interest in these matters that could be deemed homosexual.

For those who don’t know, the Catholic Church, just as any other political institution, is divided in factions that tend to be more liberal or orthodox. Church authorities are not legitimate

It is a dogma of the Catholic faith that the Church cannot substantially change. This means that the church cannot contradict nor change her teaching from what has always been universally taught or has been solemnly defined. Any one who claims to be Catholic and knowingly professes a faith which contradicts a teaching of the Church is considered to be a heretic and is considered to have a removed himself from the Church.

As St. Thomas states: “[one] who disbelieves [even] one article of faith does not have faith, either formed or unformed.” This is known as the unity of faith which means that all Catholics profess the same faith. Likewise it means that heretics cannot hold a clerical office in the Church. Thus if a heretic were to be elected even to the Papacy they could not be considered a legitimate Pontiff because a heretic has separated himself from the Church (source).

Would a real Pope bow to a religion declared false by the Church?

Simply put, you have to be Catholic to be Pope, and the absurdity of a heretic claiming the See of Peter is where we find ourselves today. For just as the institutions in the West have been infiltrated and seized by the enemy, likewise have the institutions of the Church been usurped by apostate forces. The hierarchy currently residing in the Vatican are not legitimate authorities and do not represent the perennial teaching of the Church. Therefore I have listed for your benefit the actual Church’s positions on some current areas of contention.

The Catholic Church is vehemently opposed to communism. Without Pius XII valiant efforts, communism would have prevailed over postwar France and Italy. The Pope went so far as to issue the Decree against Communism in 1949 which excommunicated any Christian who professed communist doctrine.

On Abortion and Contraception

So what is the real teaching of the Church in regards to abortion and contraception? The teaching is any member who has an abortion or supports abortion is automatically excommunicated from the Church. That’s right: every single Democrat who claims to be Catholic is actually excommunicated, including Nancy Pelosi who likes to sanctimoniously drone how she is a good Catholic grandmother.

Contraception is also considered a mortal sin because it is an unnatural stoppage of life.
