How a Personal Trainer in Abu Dhabi Can Transform Your Workout Routine
Tumblr media
In today's fast-paced world, staying fit and healthy is more important than ever. However, many people struggle to find the right balance in their fitness routines. Whether you're a beginner trying to get started or an experienced athlete looking to push past a plateau, working with a Personal Trainer Abu Dhabi can be the key to unlocking your full potential. A personal trainer doesn't just teach you exercises—they transform the way you approach fitness, offering tailored solutions that can elevate your workout routine to new heights.
Personalized Workouts for Optimal Results
One of the greatest benefits of hiring a Personal Trainer Abu Dhabi is the personalization they bring to your fitness regimen. Everyone has different fitness levels, goals, and body types. A personal trainer takes all of these factors into account to create a workout routine that fits you perfectly. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve overall endurance, a personal trainer will design a program specifically for you, ensuring that you achieve maximum results in a safe and effective manner.
Personalized workouts not only help you avoid the frustration of trial and error but also keep you motivated. With a trainer by your side, you'll be encouraged to push through barriers while knowing that each exercise is crafted to suit your abilities and goals. This individualized approach ensures consistent progress, transforming your fitness journey into a more fulfilling and successful experience.
Correct Form and Injury Prevention
When it comes to exercise, doing a movement incorrectly can lead to injuries and slow progress. A Personal Trainer Abu Dhabi is trained to observe and correct your form, ensuring that you perform every exercise with proper technique. They provide guidance on posture, alignment, and breathing, which not only minimizes the risk of injury but also helps you get the most out of each workout.
By focusing on form, a personal trainer helps you strengthen the correct muscle groups, which leads to more efficient workouts and quicker results. This attention to detail transforms the way you approach each exercise, allowing you to become more mindful of your body’s mechanics and achieve better overall fitness.
Accountability and Motivation
Staying motivated can be one of the toughest challenges in maintaining a consistent workout routine. It's easy to skip a workout or cut a session short when no one is holding you accountable. A Personal Trainer Abu Dhabi acts as a source of motivation, pushing you to stay committed to your goals and showing up even on days when you feel unmotivated.
Having someone to track your progress, celebrate your victories, and help you overcome setbacks is invaluable in keeping you on the right path. A personal trainer not only encourages you to push harder but also helps you develop the discipline to make fitness a long-term part of your lifestyle. This consistent motivation can completely transform your workout routine, turning exercise from a chore into something you look forward to.
Breaking Plateaus and Achieving New Goals
Hitting a fitness plateau is a common challenge for many people who work out regularly. Despite putting in the effort, results can stagnate over time, making it difficult to stay motivated. A Personal Trainer Abu Dhabi can help you break through these plateaus by introducing new techniques, varying workout intensity, and incorporating exercises you may not have tried before.
By constantly adapting your routine, a personal trainer keeps things fresh and challenging. They can also help you set new fitness goals that align with your progress, ensuring that you continue to grow and improve. Whether it's increasing your strength, mastering a new skill, or improving your cardiovascular fitness, a personal trainer can help you reach new milestones that seemed unattainable before.
Tailored Nutrition and Lifestyle Advice
Fitness isn’t just about working out; it also involves making healthy choices outside the gym. Many personal trainers in Abu Dhabi are knowledgeable in nutrition and can provide valuable advice on what to eat to complement your workouts. They can help you develop a meal plan that fuels your body, enhances recovery, and supports your fitness goals.
In addition, personal trainers often offer lifestyle advice to improve your overall well-being. From sleep patterns to stress management, they can guide you on how to make positive changes that will benefit both your physical and mental health. By focusing on the bigger picture, a personal trainer transforms not only your workout routine but also your approach to living a healthier, more balanced life.
Conclusion
Hiring a Personal Trainer Abu Dhabi can truly transform your workout routine by offering personalized programs, correcting your form, keeping you motivated, and helping you reach new fitness milestones. The guidance and expertise of a personal trainer can elevate your fitness journey, making it more enjoyable and effective. If you're looking to take your fitness routine to the next level, consider partnering with a personal trainer to see the lasting impact on your health and well-being.

source: "proust questionnaire: charles leclerc" (now deleted) format: interview season: f2, 2017
What is your greatest fear? Charles: Snakes! They’re scary!
When do you lie? Charles: I really rarely lie: I hate lying. Probably when my trainer asks what I ate for dinner! [laughs]
What do you most dislike about your appearance? Charles: My hair: it’s always such a mess to get it right!
What is the quality you most like in a man? Charles: In a man I don’t really care! [laughs] My friends are mostly funny, so I’ll say funny: I like to laugh.
What is the quality you most like in a woman? Charles: I think it’s a mix between her looks and what she is inside.
Full text of now-deleted interview:
What is your idea of perfect happiness? Charles Leclerc: Racing on a circuit with a beach quite near.
What is your greatest fear? Charles: Snakes! They’re scary!
Which person do you most admire? Charles: My father. For many people the father is somebody who inspires you: he was a bit of an example for me since I was a child, and he went racing and taught me many things, so that’s probably the reason.
What is your current state of mind? Charles: Very happy! I won the championship with a race to go, we’re in Abu Dhabi and it’s a great place for a holiday! [laughs] It’s also a good place to race, and you can arrive with a bit less stress with the title in the pocket, so it feels good.
Tumblr media
When do you lie? Charles: I really rarely lie: I hate lying. Probably when my trainer asks what I ate for dinner! [laughs]
What do you most dislike about your appearance? Charles: My hair: it’s always such a mess to get it right!
What is the quality you most like in a man? Charles: In a man I don’t really care! [laughs] My friends are mostly funny, so I’ll say funny: I like to laugh.
What is the quality you most like in a woman? Charles: I think it’s a mix between her looks and what she is inside.
When and where were you happiest? Charles: Probably any time I’m on track and it goes well: Jerez was one of those moments, last year in Abu Dhabi as well. When you win a championship it feels amazing: you put a lot of dedication to win the title, and when you win a title there is so much happiness all around you as well, because obviously the team is very happy as well. It can sometimes be very short, but as short as it can be, it’s very intense happiness.
Tumblr media
Which talent would you most like to have? Charles: Playing football: I’m so bad at it! I’m actually quite good on the kick ups, on the technical side I’m quite fine, but any time I need to shoot in the goal it doesn’t go well…
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Charles: I don’t know! It’s a question I’ve never really asked myself, and you can’t really change yourself. I’m definitely not perfect, and any time I see something in myself I don’t like I change it, but at the moment…
What do you consider your greatest achievement? Charles: I guess winning Formula 2. Every year you go a step up in your career, when it goes well anyway, so the last championship I have won is Formula 2, so I would say that.
Where would you most like to live? Charles: I am so happy with my city: Monaco is an amazing city. Probably the only 2 other places that I really enjoy going are here in Abu Dhabi, and I went this year for the first time to Los Angeles and it was an amazing experience: I loved it. I probably don’t see myself living either here or in LA: I have everyone in Monaco, it is a small town where everyone knows everyone else, so Monaco.
What is your most treasured possession? Charles: My Fiat 500! It’s from 1969, and it’s just a great car! [laughs] It’s so much fun, and it’s not so quick but it’s very fun to drive, and actually people look at you more than when you are in a supercar or something like that! It’s always very fun to go in it.
Tumblr media
What is your favourite occupation? Charles: It would be strange to not answer a driver!
What virtue do you most value in your friends? Charles: Honesty.
Who is your hero of fiction? Charles: Harry Potter: I’ve always been a fan when I was younger, and it has stayed with me! Okay, now a bit less, but if I have to pick one I will chose him because he is the one I followed: the movies I didn’t really like, but I was a huge fan when I was younger. And actually, many people say I look very much like him! [laughs]
Tumblr media
Which historical figure do you most identify with? Charles: That is very difficult to answer! I don’t know.
What is it that you most dislike? Charles: Arrogance! It just makes me angry, to see an arrogant person: I think there are no reasons to be arrogant. And I have been racing for 15 years: I know many people! [laughs]
What is your greatest regret? Charles: Probably to have not enjoyed the times with my father enough while he was here.
What is your motto? Charles: I have one, but I can’t remember! [laughs] It’s something like with no dedication you won’t have the results you want: I can’t remember it in English…

f1 news, rumours and interesting bits of information from today:
Carlos Sainz' personal trainer/physio is leaving to serve the same role for Max Verstappen (their families are interlinked funnily because his father worked for Jos Verstappen)
After leaving f2 Arthur is in talks to join Ferrari gt3 488 (please become a bestie with Antonio and Pepíno please and thank you)
This has 0 credibility (because it's from off hand tumblr text posts and youtube comment section) but people say he broke up with his partner (and then also that Lando was seen leaving a party after abu dhabi gp with two girls, i guess we didn't have a landogate in a while)
Some people think Pierre is trying to get into ferrari in 2025 because his father was seen chatting with Fred Vasseur in Abu Dhabi but again. French people like talking to other French people 😵‍💫
In true f1 fashion, the post season test (pirelli tyre testing and junior tests) was messy: started about 20-30 mins late because no helicopter was ready for potential medical purposes, it was stopped for a water leak from a hotel by the track, George crashed and caused a red flag and then Iwasa's car had some mechanical problem of sorts
Williams will have the same wheel as everyone starting next season with a display incorporated in it as opposed to display and steering wheel being separate like they do now
One of Alex's first words was Rari which is what he called Ferrari (and another was smokes which was a word he used to describe exhaust pipes because he was obsessed with those)
Ferrari is said to have a completely reworked floor for next year onward
The general consensus is that red bull will be ahead since they had like one vigger update this year
Monster Energy is leaving the long term partnership with Mercedes and they will support McLaren from 2024 BUT they should stay as Lewis' personal partner

Hi there, it's sad anon here. I just wanted to say that i have been feeling like charles will stay at Ferrari. Which honestly i don't find convincing at all. I mean, i have trust issues with them, every year they keep saying that they'll come back stronger and it never happens. Not only the car is shit, but the strategies and everything else are too. Even if they promise to give charles a good car they lack seriousness in everything else. You can't win a WC like that. Besides all the moving to rbr plot that i support, if charles decides to stay and renew for god knows how long i just hope that Ferrari put their shit toghether, for charles' wellfare. I don't want him to loose time when you have the most competitive team right around the corner willing to sign you😭
Sorry for the bible, i needed to cry here a little bit. Hope i didn't bother you🫶
hello hello!
no need to be sad! we can still be delusional (about ferrari in this case being better). we have to stay tuned into all the updates that come around this winter break silly season -- for example carlos' personal trainer left him after YEARS to work with max instead, or ruth buscombe who worked with both fred and charles at alfa romeo (sauber) quit her job so there are discussions about her possibly moving to ferrari.
when it comes to charles going to RBR -- the entire possible pre-contract plan clearly worked in charles' favor at the end as the negotiations that happened around that time seemed to make charles more confident in the future of that team (and tbh, he still can have RBR as a backup if things end up being the worst) and also put more pressure on ferrari -- you can see the change of their statements about charles in abu dhabi (before it was more even between the preference of either charles or carlos, now fred is blaming carlos for his bad race and saying charles is the leader the team needs) so the entire messaging of the team changed with the last race.
again, i still think there will be more unpacked as we go and i'm SEATED to see where it goes -- clearly max and charles seem to be getting along so i don't think charles using a possible move to RBR to his advantage in negotiations put some bad blood between them, quite the opposite as the entire triple header - abu dhabi timeline really seemed to make them grow closer!

Life in the Fast Lane: George Russell Has Momentum Ahead of the Australian Grand Prix
The F1 driver and IWC Ambassador is adamant of a strong season ahead with Mercedes.
By Josh Bozin 21/03/2024
Tumblr media
“Right now, I want to be as fast as possible. It’s that simple.”
These are the words spoken boldly by George Russell, the 26-year-old Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 driver—and IWC Schaffhausen ambassador—who, despite a 2023 season riddled with shortcomings and heartbreak, remains as confident as ever in his abilities to compete in the Formula 1.
“There is a fast car in there, it’s just about dialling in the performance,” he tells Robb Report at an exclusive event celebrating IWC’s newest Chadstone boutique. “Personally, I feel like I’m performing at a great level.”
As we approach this weekend’s Australian Grand Prix—the third race of the 2024 F1 season and one of its toughest—Russell, as always, is poised and focused on the task ahead. With a racing style that’s “fast, adaptive, and precise,” and a teammate in seven-times world champion Lewis Hamilton, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS know what it will take to reclaim the dominant run of wins it was once accustomed to.
Below, Russell discusses the challenges associated with Formula 1, the growing awareness of mental health in sport, and his partnership with IWC which has afforded a newfound appreciation for the world of watches.
-
Robb Report: George, it’s great to see you back in Australia! We spoke last year and you mentioned a newfound appreciation for the ocean. During the off-season, did you manage to get away to any exotic or tropical location?
George Russell: Well I had every intention of doing so [laughs] but I actually got really ill at the end of last year and had to cancel all my plans and just stay at home. After Abu Dhabi, I spoke with the team doctors and they were like, right, you need six weeks off.
RR: So 2023 really was a rollercoaster ride for you, wasn’t it?
GR: It was, yeah. I’m glad it’s out of the way. But no, I’m definitely going to do a bit more exploring this season. I was hoping to go to Japan after this week and do a bit of exploring between Kyoto and Osaka but after Melbourne, I have to head back home to the UK and jump straight on the simulator.
RR: Have you had the chance to reflect on the season that was, and what are some of the things that you do to cope with the mental and physical pressures that come with a new season (and racing in general)?
GR: I think on the mental side, it’s important to talk about this and be open and honest with those around you. I’m so fortunate that my trainer, who travels with me every single race and has been with me for seven years, understands the racing world. So when we have these conversations, whether it’s to and from the track in the morning or during a session at the gym, that’s a really good way for me to release whatever maybe in my mind or for him to soundboard or bounce ideas off. Or really, just to hear me out.
On top of that, I do talk with a professional psychologist, which I think is really important. I think the views around mental health and talking with professionals is that you only do it when you need it and when you’re down in the dumps. Whereas my view is you want to be talking with those around you, whoever it may be, so that you don’t find yourself down in the dumps.
On the physical side, this sport is very demanding of its drivers. If we take this week, for example, I flew in last Sunday, jet lag hit me hard on Monday. Tuesday, I hit the gym but couldn’t go all out because you’re fatigued and you’ll do more damage. You need to let the body rest and recover. Wednesday, I’m doing events all day. I’m with the team Thursday at the track. And then, you know, come Friday it’s just racing, racing, racing. Sunday night, I fly back and come Tuesday, I’m back on a simulator. So it’s important on hitting that winter hard [off-season] because once the season starts, you just don’t get the time to increase your muscle mass or your fitness.
RR: A few weeks ago in Saudi, the team didn’t get the results you were hoping for. As we head into this weekend, do you know where the car is at in terms of performance, and what are the things you can do as a driver, however small, that will help optimise the team’s performance?
GR: We don’t yet know where the car is at… If you take Red Bull out of the situation, the grid is so close in Formula 1 at the moment. So that’s why you don’t know where we are in terms of performance because one tenth of a second is all that separates us from the likes of Aston Martin, McLaren and Ferrari. I mean, I qualified P3 in Bahrain. If I was two tenths slower, I’d have been P8. And that can change your whole weekend.
Sure, the car isn’t performing as we expected at the moment, but we’ve got some indications why that may be. We’re making some small changes ahead of the weekend in Melbourne, but it’s still early days, we’re two races in, it’s a 24 race season, and we need to utilise every single race right now to maximise the learning of the car before trying to optimise the last millisecond of performance.
It sounds a bit crazy that you’re still trying to learn during races, but we only get three days of testing. Fortunately, we have a week off between all of these races, so it gives us time to digest the data and be very thorough with that and try and pick off what we need to do.
RR: Are you feeling confident though ahead of the weekend?
GR: A driver’s role ultimately is to drive as fast as possible. Personally, I feel like I’m performing at a great level, especially over the last couple of races of the ’23 season. Right now, I feel like I’m doing well and you know, obviously you’ve got Lewis [Hamilton] as my teammate. You can only really use your teammate as your benchmark and I’ve got probably the best benchmark of all of the drivers. So we’re pushing one another. we’re trying to motivate the team and direct the team in the right way; that’s all we can do.
RR: Last month, the sixth season of Drive to Survive returned to Netflix. Obviously, the series has helped introduce a new generation of F1 fans but I’m sure it has its disadvantages, too. What are your thoughts on the series and with the added spotlight that it brings, how do you best deal with all the outside noise?
GR: I haven’t seen it yet [laughs], but I think it’s been amazing for Formula 1. It’s shown the sport through a different lens, which has been really important. And it’s brought so many new fans into the sport, as well as a younger audience. I think we’re seeing more females than ever watching Formula 1, which is also incredible, as well as a really a diverse group of people now supporting. Of course, as these things are, it’s of course, dramatised – that’s what TV is for. I think that’s why a lot of drivers have mixed views on the show. And for them [Netflix], it’s always important to find a narrative and a story.
To be honest, last year I made the decision to focus more on the performance rather than too much time with the Netflix crew because you do have to give a lot of time to developing the story and the narrative. And for every interview I’m doing, that’s two hours spent that I’m not talking to my engineers, or I’m not training, or I’m not talking to my psychologist, or I’m not on the simulator. I had the view of, will this make me faster? And I concluded, no, it won’t make me faster. Right now, I want to be as fast as possible.
RR: Let’s talk watches! You’ve spent some time with IWC now as one of its global ambassadors, and I’m guessing you’ve been wearing the new IWC Pilot’s Performance Chronograph that launched in Las Vegas last year. Has it been getting some wrist time of late?
GR: It’s the second edition of the Mercedes team watch and I’ve got to say, I really like its style. I think this model is a slightly elevated variant from the first one – it looks fast and aggressive, especially in its contrasting black and neon green colours, and add in the Petronas green that we see on the race car; it totally changes the watch.
You know, I didn’t know much about watches before joining IWC, and I wouldn’t say it was really a passion of mine the past, but since visiting the IWC manufacture in Schaffhausen, seeing the precision that goes into every single watch and how fine the details are is incredible. To be honest, the details are far finer than what we actually have in Formula 1.
RR: Do you prefer it on rubber or with a different strap option?
GR: On rubber, it brings a slightly sportier look to the piece. But I like bracelets and other materials, because it looks a touch classier – you can still wear it casually, but it gives you that option to dress it up. It’s super versatile.
RR: So would you say you’re more of a Pilots/Performance watch kind of guy, or do you prefer the timelessness of a good dress watch, like your IWC Portugieser Annual Calendar?
GR: I’m very fortunate because now I’ve got a number of options [laughs]. I would say I probably go towards the Portugiesers. Smart casual is my dress code of choice, and I think the Portugieser goes really, really well. I’m lucky to own the Portugieser Annual Calendar with a white dial and black leather strap. But I’ve also got the Boutique Edition, which I really love with its touch of navy.

a tired canadian trying to put back together two annoying europeans
summary: Lance is tired. Tired of putting Esteban back up each times Alonso just looks at him, tired of feeling shitty about Mick leaving, and exhausted about having said Spaniard as his teammate. Yet, he needs to be strong, for he’ll learn he has a new quest for the 2023 season: making his teammate and friend see reason, and date again. Also he’ll have to threaten some people to get Mick back on the grid, but nothing is impossible. tags: eventual happy ending, crack, emotional hurt/comfort, eventual fluff, breaking up and getting back together, warnings: none apply, some f-bomb swearing. part: 2 of 6
Part 1 ;
Abu Dhabi cannot end soon enough. The heat is unbearable, and so it the car. Thank god Sebastian has such a keen eye on everything that involves engineering, maybe next year the Aston Martin will be able to battle the Williams. Speaking of that German driver, one of the Powerpuff crew is in desperate need of help too. Mick is glued to his friend’s side, trying hard to not cry.
What a German mess they are making of themselves.
Lance, always tactful and empathic, comes up to them with his best bitchy face. It throws Seb off, when really it shouldn’t, after all the time they spend together. Mick, on the other hand, looks even closer to crying that before. He hugs the other German man closer, rambling in that awful language Lance cannot understand. Really, you wouldn’t believe how many times he had to say to people Belgians don’t speak German, it’s frightening.
The Canadian driver goes forward, to hug his friend. Seb wants to leave him some space, but Mick is too busy melting himself against him to leave some space for Lance. Seb gives him a i-told-you-so glance. Lance can only sight, and awkwardly hug both of the drivers.
Lord, what wouldn’t he do for his friends?
When the situation becomes too cringe, and Mick has relatively calmed down, Lance goes away, to change at the Aston Martin garage. On his way there, he goes past his team’s hospitality, and almost knocks down someone wearing Alpine blue.
“What the hell do you think-“ He starts talking to the person, only to realise it’s some Alpine PR person.
Lance glances past them, and his jaw almost drops on the floor. What the hell is he doing here?
“Hello, teammate.”
His eyes are glimmering from mischievousness, his loop-sided smile only a consequence of that PR stunt. His whole posture is made to impress, to intimidate whoever stands in his way. Lance’ll be damned, it does work.
Fernando Alonso, of all people, is standing in front of him, and for the fist time of his life, Lance actually wants to run away from his team. No, he was supposed to officially met him the next day, at testing, not now, not when the whole grid is in shambles with one fifth of them leaving. Especially not when Lance knows he’ll have two person to comfort this night, after partying like the world is ending, anyways.
But for the time being, he’s still in his raceoveralls, in desperate need of a shower, and an old man is just standing there, like he owns the damn place. Lance sees red, but doesn’t show it. After all, it’ll clash horribly with Aston Martin’s emerald.
“Hello,” Lance replies, not even allowing his teammate a name.
Conversely from others, he holds grudges for years, especially against people who hurt his friends, n’est-ce pas Pierre?
Yet, his murderous stare doesn’t seem to impress the king of on-and-off-track war crimes. Alonso just snickers, as if the Canadian driver is just a mere inconvenience in his day, and walks past him, shouldering-checking the younger one.
“Oh, sorry,” he says with his stupidly annoying Spanish accent. “Thought I had enough space.”
Ok. Lance is ready to throw hands now. But before he can do anything, his trainer comes up to him, to take him away.
Yeah, do that, Lance thinks. Otherwise I would have decked that man to the fucking ground.

14 years… Well, nearly 15 years of excitement, happiness, stress, disappointments, hope and joy. I remember the first grand prix appearance, first pole position and win. I remember the day when he got his first world title like it was yesterday (even though this actually happened 12 years ago now). I remember the second title, the third and the fourth. I remember team changes. I remember all special races and moments - Malaysia, Monaco, Germany, Azerbaijan, Japan, Singapore, Brazil or Abu Dhabi - all for different reasons.
I remember the controversies. I remember the hatred and mockery that followed on public forums if you said that you supported him in F1.
I remember how much has changed and how much he changed.
Because of Sebastian Vettel, I decided one day that I want to become a journalist. I decided that this will be my career path just so I could perhaps interview him one day. I went through secondary school and high school with this thought in mind. I decided to learn French just because FIA is French. Then I got to uni to study journalism. During my time at uni , I volunteered at motorsport events just to get this one step closer to my dream. I downloaded Duolingo to learn Finnish. Cause his personal trainer was Finnish 😂
I decided to move to the UK cause most F1 teams are based here, so perhaps this would help somehow. Maybe by living in England, through some magical intervention, stars will align and I get a chance… I sent CVs to most of the F1 teams based in the UK. I submitted numerous job applications advertised by F1 teams for junior PR roles… I got one response. It was a “NO”.
This fantastic dream of mine never materialised. I’m not a journalist and I don’t work for any media outlet. And I definitely don’t work for an F1 team. Or FIA. Not mad about the last one 😉
And I never even met Seb…
I’m glad I was bored one Sunday and decided to watch an F1 race on tv. I’m glad I spotted that funny blonde head in the crowd. I’m extremely happy I got hold of that Red Bulletin magazine. I learned that day that witty German guy supported by Red Bull’s Young Driver Programme loves the Beatles. That sold me.
Would my life be different if it wasn’t for Sebastian Vettel? Definitely. I would probably be a nuclear physicist… or a teacher, I don’t know. But it doesn’t matter. I live in a cool country, I have an amazing job, a fabulous boyfriend and gorgeous two cats. I have a journalist degree of some sort. And I can fluently swear in Finnish. All thanks to the guy I never met, all thanks to Seb!
And I wouldn’t change it for the “welt” (like in weltmesiter 😉) 🖤❤️💛 #dankeseb

title: proust questionnaire - charles leclerc (original article deleted, link through internet archive) source: the insider magazine author: fia formula 2 media team format: interview (english) season: 2017, f2 summary: charles talks about a wide range of topics, ranging from the traits he looks for in other people to what makes him happy.
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
What is your most treasured possession? Charles: My Fiat 500! It’s from 1969, and it’s just a great car! [laughs] It’s so much fun, and it’s not so quick but it’s very fun to drive, and actually people look at you more than when you are in a supercar or something like that! It’s always very fun to go in it.
