1920s BIRTHSTONE LOOKBOOK - PART 2
Welcome back to the glitz and glamour of the 1920s birthstone lookbook! After hair, jewellery is my favourite CC to hunt for so these ensembles were so much fun for me to put together. Want more good time gals and fabulous flappers? You can check out part one here. CC links under the cut.

Ruby is one of the most expensive gemstones and with its rich red colour it isn't hard to see why. Rubies have long been connected with physicality and strength, thought to be intimately connected with the human body.
Hair | Earrings (TSR) | Necklace (TSR) | Dress | Gloves | Bracelets | Ring (TSR) | Shoes (TSR)
Peridot is one of my favourite stones thanks to its gorgeous yellow-green hue. Because of this lively appearance they were often thought to protect their wearer at night.
Hair (retired - direct download) | Hairband (TSR) | Earrings | Necklace | Fur Bolero | Dress | Gloves | Bracelet | Cigarette Holder | Stockings (TSR) | Shoes
Sapphire is considered a protective gemstone. They may shield the wearer from physical harm, as well as bad intentions and envy. It was also thought that sapphires had medicinal properties.
Hat | Hair | Earrings | Necklace (TSR) | Coat | Gloves & Stockings (Base Game) | Shoes
Opal is an incredibly unique gemstone with its multi-coloured appearance. Opals are associated with light and magic, with some crediting them with healing properties.
Hair | Earrings | Necklace (TSR) | Feather Trim | Dress Mesh (retired - direct download) | Dress Recolour (retired - direct download) | Gloves | Bracelet (TSR) | Ring (TSR) | Stockings | Shoes
Topaz comes from the Sanskrit word for fire, which is reflected in its vibrant and rich orange-yellow colour. It is believed that topaz worn above the heart assures long life, beauty and intelligence.
Hair | Hairband | Earrings | Choker (TSR) | Coat | Dress | Gloves (Vampires) | Shoes
Blue Topaz actually comes out of the ground colourless or pale blue. A two-step heat and radiation laboratory treatment is then used to turn these stones vivid blue.
Hair (TSR) | Hairband | Earrings & Bracelets | Necklace (TSR) | Dress | Gloves & Stockings (Base Game) | Shoes

Everything You Need to Know About Crystals: Peridot
Peridot (The Tears of Pele)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
*Yes Peridot from Steven Universe is here. She demanded to be added okay!?
Color:  Olive Green to Yellow-Green
Rarity: Easy to Obtain, Harder to higher quality
Hardiness:  6.5 – 7
Type: Orthorhombic (Gem form of Olivine)
Chakra Association: Heart and Solar Plexus
Angels: Achaiah or Raphael
Deities: Pele and Isis
Birthstone: August
Astrological Signs: Leo, Libra, Gemini, and Capricorn
Element: Earth
Planet: Venus and the Sun
Origin: Brazil, Hawaii, Myanmar, Egypt, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, USA
Powers: Purification, Cleansing, Wealth, Happiness, Prosperity, Protection
Crystals It Works Well With: Rutilated Quartz, Rose Quartz, Sunstone, Carnelian, Tourmaline, and Citrine
How It is Created: Peridot is the gemstone variety of olivine, a mineral made up of magnesium, iron and silicate compound. The higher proportions of magnesium and iron are used to identifying the key features in the gem, while the chromium and nickel impurities contribute to its beautiful green color. Some specimens of peridot can even appear in meteorites called pallisites and found during volcanic activity on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.
History: The Egyptians mined peridot on the island of Zebirget, which is located in the Red Sea. Egyptians used the gem for over 4,000 years and was even said to be Cleopatra’s favorite. It is regarded as a sacred stone during Medieval times and was even used in the design of the Shrine of the Three Kings in Germany. Peridot crystals found in the black volcanic sands of Hawaii are said to be the tears of the Goddess, Pele. Now most of the world’s peridot comes from Arizona or Pakistan.
What It Can Do:
Keep away evil spirits and great for protecting aura
Releases and neutralizes toxins on all levels
Purifies the subtle and physical body and mind
Opens, cleanses, and activates the heart and solar plexus chakra to release “old baggage”
Clears the feelings of burden, guilt, and obsession
Guides you to better influences
Alleviates jealousy, resentment, spite, anger and stress.
Enhances confidence and assertion without aggression
Sharpens the minds and opens it to new levels of awareness
Banishes lethargy, bringing to your attention all things you have neglected
Is said to heal and regenerate tissues and strengthen the metabolism
How to Get the Best Out Of: Peridot works best near the throat area and heart area of your body so a peridot pendant or necklace would be best.
How to Cleanse and Charge: Cleanse using smoke or running it over water. Charge it by placing it under a windowsill during a full moon.
Talisman:
Social Media Talisman
Peridot ring, worn on the hand you scroll with
Chalice
Moon water
1 small piece fresh or dried valerian root
1 fresh lemon slice
Cleanse and empower your ring with the ability to dispel feelings of envy and inadequacy.
Gather your materials in a sunny area during a waning moon.
Fill the chalice with moon water.
Take the valerian root in your hand and hold it in the direct sunlight.
Say, “Valerian root that calm sting, add self-assurance to my ring.” Visualize it absorbing the sun and pulsing with a gentle, light. Place it in the chalice.
Hold the lemon slice up to the sun, feeling the illumination and bright energy coming from it.
Say, “Bright yellow lemon with a bite, filter that which befalls my sight.”
Squeeze the lemon slice so the juice goes into the chalice.
Now the chalice holds a soothing brew imbued with calm from the valerian, confidence from sunlight, and optimistic realism from the lemon.
Put the peridot ring in the chalice and let it sit in the sun for about an hour.
Retrieve your peridot ring from the chalice and wear it. Pour the water into the earth.
The ring help ground you in reality while filtering your impressions of what you consume on social me protecting your self-confidence and dispelling any feelings of jealousy or inadequacy.
Perform this spell in direct sunlight, if possible, to illuminate the truth and soothe uncertainty. If you don’t have a chalice, use a bowl, or any kind of cup. Moon water is water that has been left outdoors under the full moon to absorb its power.

Note
For the ring event, if you don't mind. My favorite primarchs are Vulkan and Alpharius Omegon. I'm a somewhat shy person, but I love reading, writing and painting. Thank you very much. Your headcanons are amazing.
🥺 you're so sweet <3

Tsp au where everyone has a physical representation of their soul called crystal hearts that are made from 2-6 gems. The more gems the more powerful the person is or the more potential power: 5 and 6 are almost exclusively demigods/minor dieties (5) and Gods/ major dieties (6). There are 10 different gems to choose from based on personality, though there are some traits not covered by the gems chosen. Each crystal heart is represented by a chosen vessel. Narrator has a crescent moon necklace, Timekeeper has a pocket watch, and Stanley has a bracelet.
Giving someone your heart is the ultimate love confession or confession of trust since shattering a crystal heart can kill. Exchanging heart crystals is basically marriage or engagement depending on culture since most prefer to have a ceremony with rings and all
My narrator and co info:
curator and narrator are twin gods/dieties of creation thus have 6 gems.
timekeeper has 4 gems as a Minor god/diety of time. Originally it was 5 but he got demoted due to stealing and attempting to destroy Narrators'.
stanley and mariella have 2
Roles:
Stanley was previously a down on his luck office worker who signed a contract with narrator for a job that was the parable game. he works from monday-friday from 8am-7pm, his job is to be the protagonist of narrators game and act as a the only worshipper of narrator. Narrator pays Stanley 20-25 dollars a hour. He makes money through the game and various other avenues.
Timekeeper-
he dislikes Narrator, Timekeeper is a minor diety under Narrator who can control time. he took a liking to Stanley as well.
The gems and color to use:
1) You're a Sapphire! Light blue
Known for your calm and reflective nature, you possess a deep wisdom and inner strength. Like the tranquil waters that inspired this gem's name, you bring peace and clarity to those around you
2) Peridot yellow
You're positive, open-minded, and honorable in all you do. When you're really interested in a topic, you like to become an expert on it. People admire you for how intelligent you are.
3) Rose Quartz- pink
You, like this stone, are full of love. You're trustworthy and always support those around you while managing to keep harmony in your own life.
4) Lapis lazuli blue
You signify all that is regal and sought after, and have power in both body and mind. Wisdom and truth are at the forefront of what you care about most.
5) Opal orange
You're intense in your emotions and fiercely loyal and faithful to those you deem important in your life.
6) Ruby! Red
Fiery and passionate, you're not afraid to face challenges head-on. Just like this dazzling gem, your vibrant energy and determination make you stand out in any crowd.
7) Diamond! Silver or cream
Strong-willed and resilient, you possess an unbreakable spirit that shines brightly even in the face of adversity. Like the brilliant sparkle of a diamond, your presence illuminates any room, and your unwavering determination inspires those around you.
8) Amethyst! Purple
Imaginative and creative, you see the world through a unique lens of wonder and curiosity. Like the deep purple hues of this gem, your vibrant spirit and originality shine bright in everything you do.
9) You're an Emerald! Green
Sociable and compassionate, you thrive in nurturing relationships and creating harmony. Like the lush green forests that evoke this gem's color, you bring life and vitality wherever you go.
10) You're a Moonstone!- grey or white
Intuitive and empathetic, you possess a mystical aura that draws others to you. Like the ethereal glow of the moonstone, you have a calming influence and a knack for seeing beauty in the simplest of things. Your gentle spirit and intuitive nature make you a cherished friend and confidante.
QUICK EDIT:
I forgot to mention that you can feel what happens to your heart crystal to an extent. Depending on what is done, as long as it doesn't chip, crack, snap, or break your crystal then it can only be described as pressure or a vise like grip similar to a miagraine over your entirr body.
For example; (using timekeeper and narrator): if Timekeeper where to bite Narrators' heart crystal, Narrator would feel pressure similar to a intense miagraine. If Timekeeper threw narrators' heart crystal into a lake, narrator would feel the sensation of being wet and cold without actually being wet as well as the sensation of mud.
Another edit:
Forgot to mention, you can get "demoted" a crystal for trying to or destroying someone's crystal heart
Sidenotes/Creator note:
FEEL FREE TO USE THIS AU FOR YOUR OWN FANDOMS LIKE DANNY PHANTOM OR ANYTHING REALLY! IM INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU CAN ADD OR CHANGE!

Jewelry Diaries: Gold version
Disclaimer: not all of them are real gold. Most of it are either gold plated or gold filled. I only have a few pieces of solid gold jewelry. (the ones to the lower left). I'm also just an avid gemstone collector.
Tumblr media
Lately I'm really liking gold jewelry because it goes well with my warm tones. Growing up, I've always worn silver or white gold. I am now slowly being converted. Similar to my last post, I am a sucker for vintage style pieces. They just add a little bit of magic to my day when I wear them.
Ok so rollcall from the top:
Rings: all of them are gold filled except the only 22k solid gold crown at the top. This is my first solid gold purchase so its special. Honorable mention: the sapphire one was me yanking the stone from another ring and placing it there.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Below the ring box will be the other 22k solid gold pieces that I currently own: 2 pendants, a bracelet, a necklace and a pair of baby hoops. I added those little beads separately. The pendants deserve a spotlight showcase of their own. The peridot clover pendant was a rare find because where I'm from it's very difficult to find gold pendants with gemstones and with a vintage-ish style?? I'm SOLD! I always get compliments when wearing this. I really dig the intricate designs of the longevity lock (right). It has tiny little bells that jingles, adds a spring to my step.
Tumblr media
Pendants from the left to right (close up): sandstone moon cycle pendant (which I later found out was ACOTAR merch but I bought it because I like the moon design), Tiny garnet, amazonite locket, rainbow moonstone, opal, labradorite, kyanite spear, Aquarius constellation (its not my sign I just like the constellation), another labradorite at the top.
Tumblr media
I think this opal deserves a closeup because LOOK AT IT! SOOO pretty! It's manmade tho. Love love love the pendant frame. When I wear this I feel like a bridgerton character ready to ho it up
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The amazonite locket is really neat because it opens up and you can change the gemstones!? Its so cool. The back also has star motifs on it. You get 2 looks in 1. I got it from a local brand, Wanderlust, really good quality and doesn't tarnish. The labradorite is my latest purchase. I think I got scammed because it was not as flashy as advertised.
As for bracelets just 4: amazonite chain, star and moonstone bracelet both from Wanderlust and the butterfly.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Close up on the hoop earrings. (Left) Iolite with labradorite layered on top. They do that probably because the Iolite wasn't as high quality but its such a sick combo. Look at that ethereal glow! (Right) 2 star motif earrings that I wear everyday that weren't in the pic. The huggies are from Wanderlust too. (not sponsored but wish I was)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These tiniest natural opal studs require you to squint to really see the beautiful colors. Its the daintiest piece I own.
