photos with hopefully more useful info! i took a platinum ink converter i usually use in my platinum brand fountain pens and hacked off the gold ring on the end that plugs in, and that allowed me to wedge it onto my pocketbrush successfully and thus use custom ink instead of the usual cartridges!

the converters have twist pistons so you twist the black knob on the end to push the piston/plunger inside up and down to suck ink into the pen.

put fountain pen ink into a platinum converter and wedged it into my pentel pocketbrush and i love it

Initially this was a tricky prompt to get into. I didn't feel much personal connection to it. After looking up some references, I recalled a certain spooky and sad game. This game has a lot of awesome music, so obviously I had to revisit the soundtrack as well. This was a blend of Pentel Pocket brush for the bolder lines and dark spots, Pilot Technica for the fine lines and details.

Trying to look for my favorite refillable brush pen just to realized I have zero idea where I put it and then going like 'well I use it back when I was an intern not long ago it can't be THAT hard to find' just for the 'not long ago' in question to be mid 2023

Here's a little timelapse video of how I inked the sketch of a fish, using a pentel pocket brush pen.I also have the "realtime" version of this online, so you could watch the whole slow process... listen to me ramble on about fishing and drawing.... but I guess only a hand full of people enjoy that type of video ^^. So therefore, the timelapse!
