Been a lifelong Greek myths nerd, just started taking up drawing, and JUST got into EPIC.

I know that it's based on the Homeric telling of Odysseus' life and that Hesoid's Thoegony was basically fanfic. HOWEVER, it doesn't stop the thoughts swirling about if Hesoid's idea of Odysseus' lineage existed within the context of this musical; a man who occasionally snaps back into reality, and names sons whose existence he can barely stomach after the two things he wants most in the world, a quick ship and navigation proficiency so he can return home to Penelope and Telemachus and not the woman who is about to strip him of his memories and make him play house with a song.

Zuma Appreciation Week - Day 2, Favorite Friendship

HA. If you thought I'd say it's Rocky, WELL, YOU WOULDN'T BE WRONG. Buuuuuuuut... I actually have a Top 5 favorite friendships with Zuma: Rocky, Cap'n Turbot (in my mind, since they never interacted much), Skye, Hurricane Harrigan and this one specific case: His friendship with Chase in a private RP/story I have been writing with @pcwpatrol. And I just couldn't PICK one above all! So I decided to do it different for this prompt... And go with the "different" one.

In this AU we share, Chase had an accident in the river which nearly had him gone for good and Zuma was the one who got to rescue him, but both ended up getting some trauma after that - Chase's been having trouble to stay calm around water and Zuma has been having trouble to see Chase near water, so they work together to overcome this, step by step. This includes some time in the pool at least twice a week, going for walks next to the river, etc.

This whole process of these two working together and caring about each other even long after the issue's "gone", made me keep them as one of my favorite of Zuma's relationships, non-negotiable.

Made an PJ Mask OC for @elmushterri ‘s Gunntech au. Everyone should go check it out it’s amazing.

Her name is Kristin (Kit) Ezra Hokenson. She’s a little bit older than the PJ masks but went through training around the same time. Kit came from a poor family and her parents were originally going to turn down Gunn’s offer but she told them to accept wanting a better life for her and her siblings. She has a fox implant, and is still under Gunntech’s control at the start of the series.

I haven’t thought of much of her story beyond that. I really loved drawing her. I tried to emulate elmushterri’s style but obviously it turned out more like my own.

Paw patrol but adult dogs. I imagine Ryder trains them for more difficult missions as they get older.

Chase is more of a search and rescue, police K9. Marshall teams up with Chase for search and rescue and also stays a firefighter. Zuma is more of a lifeguard for rough water.

Their jobs are more difficult and more important than looking for lost pets. And Ryder continues to expand the paw patrol throughout the world, maybe recruiting more people to train more dogs and… I’m getting off topic lol

I don’t know if I have a name for it yet! Maybe something to do with Ryder’s surname, Wilson (which I gave him from his mother, Kendra Wilson?) or something to do with Chairman Hutcherson? I still don’t know what Hutcherson’s company does! Maybe a huuuuge pet/animal related company? Maybe the title is to do with infiltrating/going undercover into his corporation?

Here are some ideas

1. Project Paw (Maybe this is the name of Ryder’s undercover mission?)

2. (An idea like “FBI” or “CIA” but paw patrol? Maybe P.A.W?)

3. (Something to do with the name Adventure Bay/City?) Secrets of Adventure City?

4. Lookout AU (From the catchphrase “Paw Patrol, to the lookout!”

5. Paws on Deck (from another catchphrase in the show)

so i started imagining how the transformers franchise would be generally represented in the Omniverse/Fandomverse and by proxy how every other fandom/franchise i like, liked or feel that it would fit.

It's probably gonna be personal/hc redesigns of characters from shows/continuities i've seen/familiar with or recently gotten into. In the TF case that would be RID2015, Cyberverse, Rescue Bot(shocker, i know), animated and Prime if i'm not careful(intimidated) enough, or BotBots since i just remembered about that and for the same reason for Prime.

I imagine the autobots and thier human allies being in a High-ranked alliance with the Omniverse Authoritarial Department along with the Metal cardbot cast, the Brave police, Blaze and his allies(mothertrucker was a firetuck and police tuck once or more and he sorta counts as a multi-altmodeed transformer), team Umizoomi, the Paw Patrol(shocker, AGAIN.(Also, there'll be two Chases)), the Mad Dogz, the police men from Spooky Month, the UT-DR Multiverse, Tom and his co-workers from the Sonic Movies(+ Sonic and his team) and so on, so more. And with a bias move I'M also apart in the OAD as an Privet eye Investigator/Detective, Spy, Police sketch artist and a 4th thing -

And for some ass reason I'm reinventing that one rottmnt g/t idea, but with Optimus thanks to a zesty TFP opXreader fic i read out of pure curiosity where Ratchet had to resort to Synth En to save Op, only to make Op freaky/zesty (i'm not using the word freaky/zesty as an insult, it's the best way to describe it, literally. Like, NSFW warning. Do not read if you're not comfortable with any form of Xes).

DELTA THE MERPUP!

Here's Delta, one of my main PAW Patrol OCs. This merpup uses they/them pronouns!

Their body looks different compared to canon merpups because in my Turbot Tales AU, they have pinniped-like (think of seals & walruses) bodies that enable them to survive both in land and water Although they move slower on land, they swim fast, in addition being able to wield and control Mer-Moon Magic!

Also, this is one of my first pieces painted on cold-pressed cotton paper! Although this took me a couple layers to paint on it, the texturing looks pretty good (totally worth it xd)

Delta is a merpup that lives in the outskirts of Puplantis. They are known for their curiousity for life above the waters, especially land pups and humans. It is also said that they are half land pup!

Every day, Delta would go and gather as much "land artifacts" as possible. From litter, to priceless treasures, their den is filled with these "artifacts", as they believed it could help them know more about life above the waters. Although some merpups teased them for their antics, they don't let that stop them.

One day, on a magical mermoon night, Delta was on the surface, and saw Seal Island. Closer, they saw a large tower, shining brighter than the stars above. Before they could see anything else, Delta caught a glimpse of a fisherman, sailing with his humble fishing boat. They had to hide away, so they wouldn't get caught.

Since then, Delta realised. For them to know more about life above, they have to be human. For many days, and nights, they went on the journey to the Deep Seas, to meet Mariana, the Canine Custodian of The Seas.

Upon meeting Mariana, Delta told her their wish to be human. Mariana accepted their request, but on one condition: They must give up their memories as a merpup, and remember this order

"You shall not hold anything that is from Mysteria, the Canine Custodian of The Sky and Space…"

Ever since then, Delta was never to be seen again. It is said, they became human, and lived in the big, bright tower with the fisherman!
