im in the middle of reading stormbringer and why does nobody talk about adam and chuuyas friendship goals its peak (if there is a certain spoiler ab them do NOT run thy mouth)

ima scrap my old stormbringer fic and can yall tell me which typa fic u want me to write first:

non violent ending obvi but y/n is one of the suspected people thats going to be targeted by verlaine. and so chuuya and adam come to protect her and defeat verlaine. and like chuuya and y/n are sassing each other and chuuyas like "okay i had a shitty week too yknow?? people i actually cared for died and i dont want you to be next!" --everything goes silent and adams like "Master Chuuya, I believe there are better words to articulate your romantic feelings towards y/n, maybe then you can form a relationship after this is all sorted out--" "NO."

dazai is either overseas for a while or disappears off the face of the earth(not uncommon of him) and stormbringer chuuya is given a temporarily partner (y/n). and the dynamic is like "i wish i had a family" "trust me you DONT". at the end chuuya uses corruption and y/n genuinely is like "beautiful. you're beautiful." while she smiles like GENUINELY.

TELL MEEEEE bc i like both of these ideas but idk which to write first!! stormbringer chuu chuu season!

ps. march break is after this week and im sorry for not uploading cus i have like two exams this week along with two essays and one big ass assignment :(

Ooooh, this is my first time getting a shipping ask! Very cool. As you may or may not know, I have had asks open on the topic of shipping thoughts and character headcanons for some time, so I am very happy to have actually received one!

Let’s get started!

Ship: Paul Verlaine (BSD) x Adam Frankenstein (BSD)

Fanon ship name: Unknown

Have I ever heard of this ship before this ask?: No, this is my first time hearing of it.

Do I ship this ship?: No, not personally; I have other Verlaine ships I’m more interested in, and I’m mostly a one ship per character type of person (barring any potential past relationships).

My personal rating of this ship: 8/10

Even though it’s not really for me personally, I think this ship definitely has a lot more potential than some of the other ships I’ve seen in the fandom, dynamic wise, and I can definitely see why someone would be interested in shipping it:

With Verlaine and Adam both canonically being artificially created beings, there is definitely a common ground they share that I feel could fairly easily bring them together in one way or another in some manner of AU.

Since they both have such different philosophies on what it means to “not be human”, I could easily see one or the other being fascinated by those unique outlooks; Adam is totally fine with what he is and doesn’t mind performing his created duty of protecting humans and bettering the world, even if he has dreams of his own, whereas Paul is completely discontent with what he is, feels he shouldn’t have been born, and wants revenge against humanity for forcing him to exist.

In time, it could be possible for one to convince the other of his own philosophy; Verlaine could convince Adam to despise humanity for creating him only to be used and potentially discarded if needed for their own selfish gain, and we could have a villain Adam Frankenstein AU, or Verlaine could be persuaded to find peace and a purpose in his being and perhaps help Adam create his dream of a non-human detective agency, creating a good detective Paul AU of some manner. There’s definitely room, whatever the case, for someone to play with this dynamic in a cool and interesting way, so yeah! It may not be my specific thing, but I can see it! I hope you have fun with it if it’s your ship, and there aren’t a lot of Adam ships in the world to begin with, so the more the merrier. 💖

I have two questions about SAGAU X BSD:

1: I'm really curious about how the BSD cast would interact with Genshin Impact characters who helped the reader?

2: will you write something where the BSD cast saved the Genshin Impact characters who got captured while helping the reader like Nahida, Xiao and Furina?

1. They are friendly towards them. BSD Cast also really grateful, that there were people, who tried to help.

As I mentioned in previous posts, BSD Cast will'transport' people, who helped Reader to the Real World. After that, BSD Cast will try to help Teyvat Helpers to settle in. Naval Helpers will stay in the Real World either until BSD's Cast Revenge is over and Teyvat will be safe to return to, or forever, if Teyvat got destroyed.

2. I do have some round drafts about Self-Aware! Paul Verlaine fic about saving Furina (maybe, with Wriothesley, I still on a fence about what side he in this au). As for Xiao and Nahida, I do want to write about them, but, for now, I don't have any ideas about who from BSD Cast should I use. They would either also get Verlaine, or Adam Frankenstein or Rimbaud. Maybe, will include Xiao in Mori vs Morax fic.
