you mumbled back and grinned, only for patroka to lightly bite your bottom lip and make you wince quietly.

“no, you…” she huffed back. “you're a stubborn idiot… and i hate you…”

you laughed against her lips. for someone who hated you, she couldn't keep her lips off yours.

“and you're a brat who can't admit she likes me~”

patroka nudged your side and glared at you, yet her lips stayed glued to yours.

“i don't like you…” she lied. “…’m just bored… and i got nothing better to do… than to be with you…”

Even if a lot of them are underwhelming as characters, their dynamic elevates all of them, and being a villain found family also makes them much more unique imo.

man they did akhos and patroka so dirty in xenoblade 2 like akhos is so cool except he only gets like two good moments throughout the entire game. patroka has it even worse, she doesn’t even get one good moment and has bad voice acting to boot. the two of them are definitely the least plot important members of torna so i get that they’re not gonna get the same time that the rest of them get, but… cmon man they’re so cool, i want more of them

a/n: mikhail & patroka were my first ship in xc2 so of course i HAD to write poly headcanons for them!

patroka doesn't like public displays of affection, nor does she like talking about your relationship to others. she's a very private person in that regard

but mikhail is the complete opposite! he can't shut up about the two of you and the other members of torna are tired about hearing about your relationship from mikhail every day…

but honestly, how could mikhail NOT brag about dating you two? he doesn't just have one amazing partner but TWO! that's worth bragging about!

mikhail flirts even more with patroka and you, now that he's your boyfriend! but he has stopped flirting with everyone else, given that he's a taken man now!

patroka always gets super flustered and defensive when mikhail flirts with you and when you're affectionate with her, it's no different

patroka always blushes and insults the two of you, but you know she doesn't really mean it. she's just bad at conveying her feelings for you!

on very rare occasions, patroka does manage to admit how happy she is to date you two and how much she loves you. but only if she's sure absolutely nobody but you two can hear it!

and on even rarer occasions, patroka will do something sweet for mikhail and you, like cooking you a meal or complimenting you, only to tease you that “nobody would believe you two anyways if you told anyone!”

if it were up to me and I got to rewrite his character (but couldn't stray too far from canon) I would have both toned down his advances towards patroka as well as played them up as a more banterlike dynamic between them or at least make it something that the viewer can see patroka doesn't hate. and also throw out most/all his stupid pickup artist-esque characterization that he gets in the dlc. why did you even give him that
