"You're a small storm, Ms. Oh. No matter where you go, you change the flow of the air, although you don’t seem to notice it." - Little Women
. . . . .
Tropical Storm. That's what San had your name saved as in his phone before.
That’s what he saves it as again when he gets his new phone.
The old one had been damaged. Screen cracked, back cracked - if he wasn’t careful, bits of glass would sometimes try to pierce his skin. When he reached Greece, the first thing he’d done was pull out the SIM card, snap it in half, and toss it in a dump. The phone he kept. Sentimental purposes, or something.
He’d memorized your number. It was a given in case they were ever separated, in case his phone was out of commission and he needed a new one. When he gets his new iPhone, creamy white in contrast to the previous sleek black, he types the number into his contacts and presses save with a trembling thumb.
He hovers over the call button for a while, one minute turning to five, then seven, then ten. In the end, he turns off the phone and puts it away.
Choi San is not a coward. He worked with the Russian mafia. He worked with Park Jae-sang and his insane wife. He’s laundered money, murdered people, gotten himself in and out of terrifying situations without so much as blinking an eye, and he’s made it out alive and in one piece.
Still, as he closes the drawer with the phone inside, it’s hard not to hear the voice in the back of his head screaming coward.
. . .
He takes the phone out the next day. There are no new notifications, at least not important ones, and San has to fight down a twinge of disappointment. But disappointment at what? It’s not like he told anyone he’d gotten a new phone. He didn’t even tell anyone when he’d get one - all he’d said to you was a vague eventually. It’s not like he told anyone he was keeping the same number, either.
Still, though. It hurts. Even though he was the coward who didn’t press the call button in the first place.
Then the phone starts ringing.
He jumps. Looks around to see who saw him jump (no one, he lives alone and only his co-workers and parents have bothered him anything in the past six months) and looks back at the phone.
Tropical Storm
For all the anxiety you give him, maybe he should go ahead and change your name to Hurricane instead.
His hand automatically curls around the phone, thumb immediately accepting the call. “Y/N?”
(He’s bizarrely proud of the way his voice only barely shakes.)
A sharp gasp, almost a scream. San’s heart leaps into his throat. “Y/N? Hello?” he repeats, nails of his free hand biting into his palm.
Silence.
“Y/N?”
He’s got one hand on the doorknob, has already begun twisting it open when he finally hears your voice.
“Sorry.” It’s warped, garbled, and it sounds like you don’t have enough air. San knows that voice - it comes when unexpected things happen, when something shakes you to the core and you don’t know how to react. The door is open and he’s recalling the route to the airport, praying he can make the next flight to your country, when you speak again. “Sorry, I’m fine.”
Then you end the call.
San looks at the phone in his hand, dumbfounded. You hung up. You hung up -
He calls you again. And again, and again, and again until the number in the call logs beside your name reaches seven.
You decline every single one.
San closes the door. Turns. Automatically packs a bag of the barest essentials, then searches up the next flight back. It leaves in three hours. The trip to the airport takes one.
He shoves the phone back in his pocket. He can make it there in half an hour.
. . .
San doesn’t break into your apartment. It’s one choice he considers, but his flight touches down at three in the afternoon and from what he’s dug up about you over the course of the plane ride, your job at the florist two streets down from the apartment your grand-aunt left you will let you off at around five. And though he’s ascertained that you aren’t in trouble, at least not yet, San thinks there are better ways to make sure of this than by entering your apartment when you aren’t home.
The florist is called Green Garden. It’s a cheerful little place, even to his critical eye - lots of customers bustling about, one or two employees dressed in green aprons to help them out. But when San looks through the glass doors, only the cashier’s face catches his eye.
You don’t look up when he comes in, not at first. Someone’s just finished calling your name in the back and you say something in response, not that San is paying any attention to it. Instead, as the door shuts behind him, all he can process is how the air changes in your presence, shifting and swaying and whirling about you in a small tempest, drawing him into the eye as he wavers on the edge -
You’re looking at him. You’re looking at him now, and that’s the only thing San needs to step fully into your hurricane, meeting you in the eye.
“Hi,” he says, stepping up to the counter. Your mouth has dropped open and San lets himself smile at it, resisting the urge to tip up your chin and close it himself.
You close your mouth abruptly. Open it again. San watches your throat bob, the endearing expression of shock still on your face as you try to find your words. He wonders what you’ll say to him. Will you yell? Shout? Will your voice remain steady and low? Will it shake? Will it rise to the shrill screech you adopted when no one told you about the plan?
As it turns out, you do none of these.
Instead, you burst into tears.
. . .
“You’re an asshole,” you finally hiccup when San has gotten you out of the flower shop and back to your apartment, your bundle of things held in his hand. “You’re an absolute piece of shit, San.”
“I know. Sorry.” He brushes a line of tears from your cheek, smiling to hide the fact that his eyes aren’t exactly dry, either.
You fumble with the apartment keypad, pressing in a string of numbers that San will pretend he doesn’t already know. The door swings open and you herd him inside, still wiping tears from your face.
He drops your things where you point by the door, then puts his own bag down next to them. When he looks up, you’re already looking at him, eyes trained on his. “What?”
Quick as a flash, you step forward and slap him across the chest.
“Ow.” He looks down at his chest and then back up at you. “What was that -”
“How did you find me?” you snap, cutting him off. “How did you know where I work? And - oh my god - how did you know where my apartment was without me telling you? Were you stalking me?”
“I didn’t stalk you,” San replies, not bothering to dim the smile on his face. It would be too hard to hide the way his heart is buzzing with warmth at the sound of outrage in your voice, the voice he didn’t realize he missed as much as he did until now. “I found you.”
“That’s stalking!” You swat him again, and this time San doesn’t bother to hide his laugh, either. “Stop laughing! You didn’t text, you didn’t call -”
San takes the hand that just swatted his chest, still laughing. “I did call,” he says, squeezing your fingers lightly. “Seven times. You didn’t answer any of them, so I came.”
(”I tried my best to come up with a plan. But I couldn’t, so I just came.”)
You look down at your joined hands, then back up at him. Something shifts in your eyes, a questioning breeze flitting across your pupils before something solemn settles in them, a spot of calm in the storm.
“Why?”
He swallows. Contemplates answers. He could say he thought you were in trouble, that he thought you needed help. That would be the safest answer. But there are holes in that response, and in those eyes of yours San can see you wouldn’t let him stop there. Wouldn’t let him take the cop-out.
For the first time, San allows himself to wonder if you may have missed him as much as he missed you.
“Why?” he repeats, words soft. “Because you’re a storm, Y/N.” He steps forward and you don’t pull away when he takes your other hand in his, bringing himself into the swirling winds of your tempest eyes. “A small storm. Wherever you go, you change the flow of the air.”
Your eyes flash with a memory, a memory of the words he spoke in the car so many months ago.
“I’ve been caught in your storm,” he says quietly. “And I’ll follow it, wherever your winds blow.”
He presses his forehead to yours. Your eyes close for a moment, hands still gripping his.
“I want to be with you,” he whispers. “Forever, until the day I die.” He swallows. “Will you allow it?”
Slowly, you squeeze San’s palms. Your fingers weave between his, settling against his skin. Altogether it probably only takes you a second to respond, but there has never been a more excruciating second in San’s entire life.
“Yes,” you whisper, your breath a ghost against his skin. “Yes, San.”
Your eyes glitter into his, the calm in the middle of a storm. Dazedly, San thinks his name has never sounded more like music from someone else’s lips.
“I will.”

I am somewhat satisfied with the ending (except doil injoo not being the endgame lets talk about that later) but there are few things i wished to see differently.
1. The villain takedown was not satisfactory. I was left confused about the dynamics between sangah & jaesang. His character was definitely much more than just killing himself at one order of his wife. Especially when did see him overpowering her in the past. Also, I wanted a more painful end for Sangah.
2. The functioning of Jeongran Society. I was left confused whether the other members were aware of Sangah killing people in the name of the society? We do know that her dad was actively involved in murders but they dealt with it poorly considering they focused so much on it in the beginning. I was confused whether it was an actual foundation to help underprivileged children & then kill them off once they were no longer useful? Like how & why? I was strangely very much interested in the cult so imagine my disappointment that they didn’t clear these things.
3. Romanticising Hwayoung’s actions: unpopular opinion but hwayoung isn’t the hero the drama made her out to be. she intentionally dragged injoo into this mess by giving her the money. her happiness my foot. she ain’t dumb to not know what she was putting injoo into while living lavishly herself in singapore. She intentionally dragged Injoo in all the mess & gets away with only a sorry? just because she saved her life in Singapore when she was the reason why Injoo landed in danger in first place. I still don’t get her motives. if she indeed cared about injoo then she wouldn’t have given her the money at first place knowing how sangah has been grooming injoo using her. she would’ve sent injoo far away from anything related to sangah. they want us to feel bad for her? she used injoo’s naivety as well for her own benefits just like others. & the fact that she actually hired an innocent person to get killed in her place is so damn fkd up. all this just for a revenge? i am glad doil wasn’t involved in her plans because i had a theory that they were working together to bring down sangah. still mad that injoo forgave her just like that because she saved her life in singapore but not even a thank you to doil when he has protected her at each & every step 😭
4. Doil’s closure with his family. I know the story wasn’t about him but just a scene with him & his parents wouldn’t have hurt. Especially when his life was directly impacted by the evils of Jeongran Society. I wanted to know how he & his mom survived the accident? What happened to his dad? Argh if only.
5. Hyorin’s reaction to her parents’ death. No matter how evil they were, jaesang & sangah were still her parents & they should’ve shown atleast one reaction from her. Ah well.
6. One scene with the Oh sisters together in their new apartment. They should have given us atleast a reunion of them being happy together one last time.
All in all it was a fun watch. The screenplay was engaging with beautiful cinematography & great acting from everyone. I still think they needed 2 more episodes to wrap up things in a more convincing manner. 8/10 for me (deducting one point for the above mentioned reasons & one for no doil-injoo endgame)

Little Women | Trojan War Theory
Little Women is walking through the story of the Trojan War.
It’s been pretty clear the influence of Greek mythology that’s been present throughout the symbolism, set design, and characters, but after collecting it all it’s now clear that this all ties into one particular story. The Trojan War. Here's an analysis of the two stories and how Little Women is following this narrative thread.
The Plot
The Trojan war was between the people of Troy and the Greeks. It was orchestrated by Zeus who wanted to reduce the population on earth – specifically, his demigod children that were rapidly growing out of hand. In essence, Zeus was trying to cover up his indiscretions. The finer details of the Trojan War are that Helen of Troy was whisked away and seduced by Paris, causing the war to start as Helen's husband went looking for her. Near the end of The Trojan war, Hypnos, one of the children of Night and twin to Thanatos, tricked Zeus into falling into a deep sleep, at which point Hypnos was able to tell Poseidon the coast was clear so he could aid the Greeks. The Trojan War ended when the Greeks feigned a surrender, snuck a wooden horse full of soldiers inside the city of Troy as a token of their victory, and attacked the Trojans in the middle of the night.
Little Women is a war primarily between the Oh family and the Jeongran Society. It’s being orchestrated by somebody who is trying to gain power and is attempting to kill off his indiscretions. This fight initially started when Hwa-young stole the 70 billion and died/ran away (?) The Oh sisters, with assistance from others, are now trying to stop the Jeongran Society and expose their cruelty to the world.
Now, for the characters.
The characters
Park Jae-sang is Zeus:
Zeus orchestrated the Trojan War in order to wipe out all the many demigods that he felt were overpopulating the earth.Zeus also had an unending love for power and wanted to be the top dog. Park Jae-sang is obviously the instigator of most of what is happening here and, with his lust for power and desire to be president, it’s clear he is acting as the Zeus in this story. Additionally, his capacity for killing people that he views as superfluous fits the motives Zeus had in the original story.
Hwa-young is Helen of Troy:
Helen of Troy is what causes the whole war to start. By her capture/elopement (there are different accounts) by Paris, it causes her husband cash in on a promise that his friends would go to war with anybody who hurts her. One of the accounts of Helen during the war is that she went into hiding in Egypt, and that she had Hera fashion a likeness of her while the war was happening and she watched from the sidelines. After the war ended, Helen eventually returned to her husband Menelaus. Hwa-young is the catalyst in this story for why the war between the Oh sisters and Jeongran society is taking place. She also is in hiding during this war, and has also created a false identity like Helen did. Much like Helen in the original story, she is the reason the events take place, but remains absent through most of the fighting and action.
Do-il is the Trojan Horse:
In Greek mythology, the Trojan Horse was a wooden horse that hid Greek soldiers as it fooled the Trojans and entered the city of Troy. After infiltrating Troy, the Greeks left the horse, open the gates for the rest of the Greek army and were able to conquer the city, thus ending the war. Do-il is this Trojan Horse - the vessel used to infiltrate the enemy. By Do-il leading In-joo into this high class society of IOS, taking her to Singapore, protecting her, paving the way for her, and teaching her all the things she needs to know, he's acting as the vessel for her to take them down from the inside. A Trojan Horse.
In-joo is the Greek soldiers hidden inside:
The soldiers hid inside the wooden horse that was lured into the city of Troy when the Trojans thought they had won the war. The horse itself was supposedly a token of victory for the Trojans. However, once inside the city, the soldiers inside waited until nightfall and leapt from the horse. Attacking their enemy, they also opening up the city gates that allowed the rest of the Greek army inside to make their attack. In-joo is the one infiltrating the enemies lair. She’s the one who is going to the heart of enemy and pretending to work with them -- waiting to attack. By joining the orchid society and working for Sang-ah, she’s like the Greek soldiers inside the horse, secretly being led inside without them suspecting. Her weapon of choice being the ledgers.
In-kyung is the rest of the Greek army that invade once the gates are down:
In-joo will be the one to prepare the way to the heart of the enemy and unlock the gates, but In-kyung will be the one to bring the rest of the fire to destroy the city. With her report on the Jeongran society and all it’s corruption, it will be a final blow to the Trojans that will win this war.
Hyo-rin and In-hye are the twins Hypnos and Thanatos:
Hyo-rin as Hypnos:
Hypnos and Thanatos were twins who represented Sleep and Death. Hypnos was the human embodiment of Sleep and was linked to his mother Night, and his twin brother, Death - also known as Nox and Thanatos. Sang-ah has a picture of a female version of these characters, Night and Sleep, in her bedroom that we see in episode 7. With Hyo-rin’s reliance on sleeping bills, it’s clear she is representing this character. During the Trojan War, Hypnos ended up tricking his father, Zeus, by putting him into a deep sleep. After Zeus was asleep, he warned Poseidon who was able to help the Greeks get to Troy and win the war. Given Hyo-rin and In-hye's recent antics to get dirt on Park Jae-sang, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Hyo-rin trick her father once again so he gets justice - just like in the Iliad.
In-hye as Thanatos/Greek Soliders:
Thanatos was the brother of Hypnos and was the personification of death. Given In-hye’s fascination with death, her paintings, and her ease at talking about it, it’s clear this is the character she is representing. Thanatos also worked as an ally of the Trojans at one point during the war, so given In-hye is living in the Park home and seemingly helping Park Jae-sang, this also fits that character. Thanatos doesn't do much in the Trojan war other than retrieve the body of one of the fallen soldiers and stay by Hypnos's side, so it's a bit unclear how much of this character they'll pull from for the story Little Women. But In-hye could also be considered as part of the Greek soldiers along with her sisters - the three of them making up the army.
Sang-ah is Night (a.k.a Nox):
Nox or Night is the personification of night. Homer calls her the subduer of gods and men, and relates that Zeus himself stood in awe of her. In the ancient cosmogonies, Night is one of the very first created beings, for she is described as the daughter of Chaos. Sang-ah is the daughter of the general, who was there from the beginning with Jeongran Society. This general is the reason Jae-sang married her, and Sang-ah has also been secretly scheming in the shadows, under the guise of night, for a long time. Night being known as the subduer of gods and men also reflects how Sang-ah has been quietly tricking all the men in her life -- pretending to be a dumb, materialistic airhead and not the psycho, genius, mastermind she really is. Night is usually depicted as being a winged creature, so it’s interesting to see at one point that Sang-ha not only wears a winged ring, but that she literally has a photo of Night and Sleep in her bedroom. Also noteworthy is that Nox, Hypnos, and Thanatos all live in the underworld together. Which, in this case, is the Park house, where In-hye, Hyo-rin, and Sang-ah all live.
Looking forward
In the end, the trick on Zeus and the Trojan Horse are what allow the Greeks to win the Trojan War. So I think the characters of Hyo-rin and Do-il are going to be a lot more critical than we may have initially realized. With Hwa-young being the Helen figure in the story, I think it's likely that if she's still alive that she'll remain hidden. There's potential that given Helen wanted to return home, we could see In-joo and Do-il intentionally turn a blind eye per her request so she can disappear and return home (Singapore) for good.

shout out to the writers for adapting not one, but two classic novels in one drama.
bc you can't tell me that park jae sang and won sang ah weren't on some wuthering heights heathcliff and cathy shit
exhibit a: both couples are incredibly toxic to each other and to everyone around them
exhibit b: park jae sang as heathcliff, the family servant who becomes head of the household through years of endurance and sacrifice to prove himself. the biggest sacrifice is his humanity. the fact that he has a conflict with the eldest brother and was considered to be preferred by the father is also similar. his love (obsession) with sang ah (cathy) pushes him to extremes (e.g. violence, dying for her).
exhibit c: won sang ah as cathy, the wealthier wild woman known to park jae sang(heathcliff) since childhood, whose wild nature is overlooked because of her beauty. this later develops into mental instability which she uses to get her way, particularly with jae sang (heathcliff), she enjoys seeing him powerless in the wake of her actions. both are spoilt since childhood, impacting her personality as an adult.

greed bloomed from an orchid ~ little women (part I: the seed episode 1 recap)
Warning: Read at the risk of spoilers
I recently finished watching Little Women, which just completed its 12 episode on Netflix. If you haven't watched the show and you're wondering if the title is a homage to Louisa May Alcott's famous novel, the title of the show was inspired by the novel and is a very loose retelling of the book. Little Women, the k-drama, is a dark and twisted adaptation that takes place in a modern day hyper-capitalistic South Korea that is fueled by greed and selfish pursuit. However, like the novel, the show is a story about sisters, but imagine Beth dying as an infant.
There's an incident in the book, where Meg, impulsively buys expensive fabric that her husband cannot afford because she gets miffed by Sallie. For the most part, Meg, is a kind loyal sister, but throughout the book, we see that Meg is kinda vain and we see her aspiring to be part of an upper class that she could never belong to. Oh In Joo, her k-drama counterpart, is an exaggerated version of these flaws -In Joo can't stop talking about how poor she is and as she states herself, the only things she's ever cared for are men and money. Her younger sister, Oh In-Kyung, is based off of Jo. Like Jo, In-Kyung is fiercely independent and her goals in life are larger than the mere need to make money. In-Kyung is a journalist who is deeply passionate about her work and has an unyielding commitment to pursue the truth. She, like Jo, spent much of her life under the care of her cold but wealthy nurse turned real estate agent great aunt, Hye-Soek.
The youngest sister is the teenage On In Hye, who like her novel counterpart, Amy, is a prodigious art student studying in a prestigious high school for the arts in Seoul. For me, In-Hye reminds me of Greta Gerwig's Amy played by Florence Hugh. At first glance, In Hye, much like her eldest sister, is fixated on how her poverty impedes her dreams to study abroad in Europe. In-Hye appears ruthless and selfish in her approach initially to achieve her goals, even at the cost of her family's dignity. However, through the course of the show, the audience grows to appreciate her shrewdness and sensibility, which equips her to handle the obstacles thrown at her and her family much better than her impulsive and often foolish older sisters.
As a viewer, I found In-Hye and In Joo's characters to be nauseating and I think its because I'm used to watching k-drama protagonists that are relentless do-gooders with their only flaw perhaps being that they are too hard on them. In-Hye and In Joo's relentless pursuit of wealth is a reflection of the world that we live in- one in which we've normalized, money is essential for survival. To have no money is to suffer a kind of death. For In Joo and In Hye , this is a reality as they both have the shared memory of losing their infant sister because their family was too poor to get their sister in the hospital in time. While In Joo was old enough to remember this, In-Hye, who wasn't even born yet has these memories implanted into her by their mother, who told her the story as a child. The lives of all three sisters begins to drastically change when it starts to intersect with the politically powerful Won family, once helmed by the powerful patriarch, Won Ki Seon, which now consists of his son-in-law (also mayoral candidate and lawyer) Park Jae Sang, his daughter Won-Sang Ah, and his teenage granddaughter, Park Hyorin.
In-kyung ends up at logger-heads with Park Jae Sang, when she attempts to his expose his corruption as a lawyer on the Bobae Savings Bank case, where the bankruptcy of the bank that wrecked the lives of innocent people and embezzlement of 140 billion won that is transferred to one of the Won's family companies is cleverly covered up by the apparent suicides of 4 of the bank presidents. Park Jae Sang is a public favorite for the Seoul mayor position because of his altruistic work and his own rags to riches story of being the son of a former chauffeur. Her attempts to expose Park Jae Sang and hamper his political ambitions end up disastrously failing when he uses his influence to reveal In-kyung's alcoholism. She ends up being suspended from work for drinking on the job and is forced to work freelance. In-kyung, however, is still determined in her efforts to obtain justice for the victims of the bank scandal. When she reaches out to interview one of the nephews of the former bank presidents, she and her friend Ha Jong-ho are shocked to find him killed in a car accident and a mysterious blue orchid left at the scene of the accident.
In Joo is a lowly bookkeeper for Orchid E&C, a firm managed by the Won family. In Joo is an outcast at work due to her lack of education and social status. However, over the course of several years, she develops a close bond with Jin Hwa-young, a senior bookkeeper and secretary, who treats her like a younger sister. Before Hwa-young goes on a trip to Europe, she has the naive In Joo sign on a contract written in English, a language she doesn't know. At the office, In Joo ends up meeting Choi Do Il, one of Hwa-young's close colleagues, who asks if In Joo is aware of Hwayoung's whereabouts as she never returned to work after her Europe trip. A worried In Joo visits Hwa-young's home only to find her best friend hanging dead in her closet along with a suicide note and the same blue orchid that In-kyung encountered at the accident. A devastated In-Joo refuses to believe that her friend would unalive herself let alone embezzle 70 billion won from an illegal company slush fund before her death. To add to the layer of shock that she's already experiencing, In Joo finds that her friend left her 2 billion won in yoga studio locker. Seeing that much money for the first time in her life, In Joo is in tears, but also becomes more determined to team up with Choi Do-Il to uncover the mystery of the 70 billion won and absolve her friend.
Finally, In-Hye strikes a friendship with Park Hyo-rin. Her talent is noticed by Park Jae Sang and Won Sang ah and they commission her to paint a portrait of Hyo-rin. The two girls bond over their relatively quite dispositions and In-hye is in awe of the family's affluence. In-Hye also becomes the newest scholarship recipient of the Park Jae Sang family and her close relationship with Hyo-rin results in her becoming increasingly more aware of the dark truths that are carefully concealed behind the family's picture perfect demeanor.
Little Women has an incredibly detailed plot with many twists and turns that leaves the audience constantly guessing. The plot is balanced well with the dynamics between the characters. However, what truly allows is Little Women to shine is that it doesn't shy away from being audacious. A show of this nature runs the risk of being branded as a makjang and instead of fearing such a definition, Little Women wholly embraces the idea of making crazy and risky decisions with how the plot progresses. It's also a show that's not afraid to unravel the psyche of its very characteristics. The writers of this show are not afraid to engage in the blatant psychoanalysis of it's characters. As a viewer, I struggle with defining Little Women. Is it a psychological thriller? A heist drama? Or, perhaps a romance? Regardless, a well written and engaging story with an amazing ensemble cast makes this one of the defining k-dramas of the year.

Ok so I have a question
In Kyung said on the phone call to Sang Ah that she had set up the ledgers to be exposed in case the Park family killed her. That means that she has a backup.
So why is anyone not talking about it?

This was a kdrama. Enchanting in its cinematography mesmerising in its tunes and what glorious casting. Every actor had their A game and it's honestly always a treat when the story is good but the actors are just better.
The story could have ended as a mess and albeit they did leave with a bit of confusing explanations. It was good enough to keep you hooked.
And for the ending. It was what ought to happen. As much as I lament not getting a canonical Do Il and In Joo endgame, I understand that it was necessary to end it as such. In Joo had been through enough, it's time she explores life as her own and pretty sure Do Il will soon find his way to her. That's their fate ATP.
And In Kyung my love. She absolutely stood steadfast and realised along the way what she genuinely needs and what to let go of. I love how they wrote her love story too. It was sweet.
In Hye and Hyo Rin though. To imagine what they could have ended up as. Thank goodness they eloped. I'll read it as subtext that they're now happily in a cabin somewhere painting to their hearts' content and just really happy with each other.
Also Kim Go Eun you absolute beauty. Keep on choosing such roles. And Nam Ji Hyun, you're doing great sweety.

Hyorim, sweetheart...
How is it that your dad being a murderer is "like whatever, normal day, nothing new, i can deal with it"
BUT
When mom is the murderer you can't believe it and it is the end of the world?
Like, that is the normal reaction, don't get me wrong, but i don't think I would be fine with either one of my parents being a monster, so i really don't get the duality....
