This was supposed to be Baxter, the mascot for Radisson Red Hotels. I botched the flip and it stuck together. Although it was done, I couldn’t accept defeat. I tried everything to put it back together. The end resulted in a lot of swearing and a chunky breakfast the next day. The video for this sort of says it all.

So after 2 attempts at batter, the hob catching fire and then, in a separate but completely related incident, the frying pan catching fire... we have eaten home made pancakes on shrove Tuesday! A day in the life of my #pancakeadventures ... today #pancakefail via @eatbychloe . These are their #applecinnamon #pancakes with #applecompote ... covered in #maplesyrup ... imagine maple syrup + cinnamon .... that's all I tasted. I'll give this one a 4/10 ... and that's just because it's #notdairy #dairyfree #nodairyforme ... but other than that, the batter is super thin and everything just tasted like sugar (or maple syrup) the sweetness was so strong, couldn't get past that ... sorry. Test Run - #PancakeFail

I tried to make pancakes with a new recipe, this is my third time making pancakes first two times were great.... tried a new recipe for this project and it failed. Took some pictures to show some examples, next week I will try the pasta and re-do the pancakes to see which one fits my project well.

This is probably one of the weirdest combinations I've tried to make. Gluten free oats, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, almond milk, and apple chunks cooked in a saucepan and topped with almond butter and apples!
