Hi friends! I know I usually repost news about the genocide happening in Palestine, but right now, many scary things are happening in my country. China has been occupying very important marine territory, and harming our local fishermen and coast guards in the process. They are getting quite close to Palawan for some reason, and it's getting scarier by the day as our government is not really doing much. I don't know what i might achieve with this post, but it's important to me that what is happening in my country can be recognized.
I'm not the most articulate, so here's a more informative infographic on what's going on in the West Philippine Sea:

One of two things is gonna happen and I’m not ready for either…
Wan is going to either accidentally or on purpose use long beans and hurt Khaosuay.
Khaosuay is going to be the one to discover Wan is working for Meta & blow his cover.
It’s gonna be both isn’t it🤦🏻‍♀️

February 5, Monday - Coron, Palawan | Day 4
It was time for our island tour! The Airbnb we stayed at offered tour packages, and since we didn’t have an itinerary, we booked their ultimate private tour to explore at our own pace. The tour included a guide, boat with life vests, all permits, entrance fees, buffet lunch, snacks, fruits, and drinks.
Our first stop was Barracuda Lake. I was scared because I'm terrified of the ocean, but seeing many tourists in the water helped me relax. There were a few small fish, but they seemed just as scared of me. The water was beautifully blue, and its temperature varied between warm and cold. I enjoyed our time there.
Next, we visited Kayangan Lake. Reaching it required a tiring hike. I hadn’t expected this and was surprised how my parents managed the trip when they visited two weeks earlier. Anyway, this stop was crowded, and we even waited in line for our turn to take photos at the famous Coron view spot.
Our third stop was Smith Beach, where we had lunch in a hut. Afterward, we snorkeled at Skeleton Wreck. We saw many fish and divers, which made me feel less afraid. Watching the fish flock around when the boatmen threw food was a highlight.
Next was CYC Beach, where we finally managed to use the clear kayak we rented, which, by the way, was hard to navigate due to its size and the wind. Then, our last stop was Twin Lagoon. The vibes I got there felt eerie and uncomfortable, and the surroundings were smelly and dirty. We didn’t stay long and headed back to the port.
That night, we got takeout from McDonald’s and stayed in. I bought medicine and Gatorade for Asis, who had a fever from exhaustion and dehydration. We also did our laundry using the Airbnb’s washing machine. That was our Day 4—tiring but fun.
P.S. I'm uncertain if the locations I mentioned were indeed the ones we visited, and I may have overlooked some due to my poor memory, despite the trip being just this February.
