Two lorge green bois are done!

Vulkan's biggest sons (except Dreadnoughts, of course). Plus one very cute and helpful Servo Skull.

I like that I'm learning something new with each new mini I'm painting.

Next one may be a fat roadblock, though, since it's a very detailed Word Bearers Raptor and, boy, does he have many tiny swirlies and edges on his armour! I'll have to start with the metal and get to the red later. Let's see how this plays out. May take longer than all my sallies combined.

I made my own little Noob Noob fella. Meet Dee! <3

He's pretty different from the average Noob Noob. In basic terms, he's defective. He doesn't really smile, he doesn't seem scared of anything, and he likes bow ties rather than hats. The only reason he dislikes Frankie's bow tie is because it touches his face too much. And most importantly, he doesn't explode! He kinda can't. Dee is even a bit shorter than other Noob Noobs. I love drawing this fella.

I'm so glad @ladymirdan badgered me into starting painting minis this spring! Such a fun new part of the hobby.

I'm still at the beginning of my learning curve, but I see that I'm going somewhere and that's very satisfying.

And it's great to have little men (and monsters) as a tangible proof that I'm getting better!
