Lee por favor: Salmo 61 El autor y teólogo Russell Moore describió sentir un silencio inquietante en el orfanato ruso cuando adoptó a sus hijos. Más adelante, alguien explicó que los bebés habían dejado de llorar porque se habían dado cuenta de que nadie respondería. En tiempos difíciles, nosotros también podemos sentir que nadie nos escucha. Y lo peor de todo es que podemos sentir que Dios mismo no escucha nuestro clamor ni ve nuestras lágrimas. Sin embargo, ¡sí lo hace! Y por eso necesitamos las palabras de petición y protesta que encontramos especialmente en el libro de Salmos. Los salmistas le piden ayuda a Dios y también protestan sobre su situación ante Él. You have worked with Salman Khan in films like, ‘Ek tha Tiger’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Bharat’, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Sultan’, ‘Tubelight’ and ‘Kick’. Tell us something about the equation you share with the ‘Dabangg’ star…

He is an awesome dude. He is one of the coolest guys to be with. He is so welcoming, supportive and chilled out. His presence itself is overwhelming and you tend to do much more than you are capable of, especially when he is on screen. He is a huge figure of support and I am really blessed to have been a part of all these awesome movies that he made.

Does Salman ever participate or give his opinions and suggestions when it comes to the music of the film.

Not really. He actually lets everybody have their hand on it. Being professionals, he is appreciative of people who are in charge of their departments and they will do their best and he respects that. I appreciate that. Yet sometimes, in the beginning, during ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, when the theme was being made, he suggested how the theme should be. He did have some suggestions and his suggestions were very potent and valuable. They definitely helped in the creation of the theme. excerpt from article

3 Years of Bajrangi Bhaijaan. (17/07/2015)

Bajrangi Bhaijaan is a drama film, directed by Kabir Khan. Written by K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, the film was produced by Salman Khan and Rockline Venkatesh. It stars Salman Khan and Harshaali Malhotra, with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kareena Kapoor Khan in supporting roles. Salman Khan plays Bajrangi, an ardent devotee of Hindu deity Hanuman, who embarks on taking a mute six-year-old Pakistani girl (Malhotra), separated in India from her parents, back to her hometown in Pakistan.

The cinematography was done by Aseem Mishra and was edited by Rameshwar S. Bhagat. Julius Packiam composed the film score while the songs featured in the film were composed by Pritam. It became the highest-grossing Indian film ever at the time.

The film won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment at the 63rd National Film Awards. The film was nominated for Best Film and Best Actor in the 61st Filmfare Awards, as well as other categories, and won the Filmfare Award for Best Story. It was also nominated for Best Foreign Film in China's 6th Douban Film Awards for 2015.

In the mid-1960s, two people participated in research on the effects of darkness on the human psyche. They entered separate caves, while researchers tracked their eating and sleeping habits. One remained in total darkness for 88 days, the other 126 days. Each guessed how long they could remain in darkness and were off by months. One took what he thought was a short nap only to discover he’d slept for 30 hours. Darkness is disorienting.

The people of God found themselves in the darkness of impending exile. They waited, unsure of what would take place. The prophet Isaiah used darkness as a metaphor for their disorientation and as a way of speaking about God’s judgment (Isaiah 8:22). Previously, the Egyptians had been visited with darkness as a plague (Exodus 10:21–29). Now Israel found herself in darkness.

But a light would come. “The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned” (Isaiah 9:2). Oppression would be broken, disorientation would end. A Child would come to change everything and bring about a new day—a day of forgiveness and freedom (v. 6).

Jesus did come! And although the darkness of the world can be disorienting, may we experience the comfort of the forgiveness, freedom, and light found in Christ.
