So I was wondering why I feel a little down and melancholic today because there's no real reason why I should feel sad (yesterday I had a great time with my shared horse and a great riding lesson afterwards)

Gesundheitssystems in Deutschland

Seit der Coronakrise habe ich komplett das Vertrauen in Ärzte und das deutsche Gesundheitssystem verloren, da Ärzte gefühlt völlig durchgedreht sind und ohne zu hinterfragen alles mitgemacht haben.

Meine Ärzte, denen ich vertraut habe, sind in Ruhestand oder in Rente gegangen. Die neuen Ärzte, ihre Nachfolger, sind größtenteils nur noch profitorientiert.

Ich meine: Was soll ich von Ärzte halten, bei denen heute noch (April 2024) eine Maskenpflicht in der Arztpraxis herrscht, oder telefonisch nicht erreichbar sind, ihre Patienten nur noch oberflächlich medikamentös behandeln, Neupatienten abweisen, die Schwestern am Empfang unfreundlich und überfordert sind, ihre Patienten aus Kostengründen nicht ausreichend behandeln?

Ich gehöre zu den sogenannten Angstpatienten, leide unter einer Angststörung und Panikattacken und Depressionen. Der bloße Gedanke zum Arzt zu gehen löst bei mir Panik aus. Sie äußert sich durch rasende Gedanken, Wut, Weinen, Schreien, Herzrasen, nervöses auf und ab gehen, innerliche Unruhe. Das war nicht immer so. Erst seitdem sich die Situation in den Arztpraxen verschlimmert hat, ich zunehmend schlechte Erfahrungen in den verschiedenen Arztpraxen gemacht habe, habe ich zunehmend das Vertrauen zu den Ärzten verloren.

Ich leide unter Neurodermitis und mache gerade wieder einen richtig schlimmen Schub durch. Normalerweise müsste ich zum Dermatologen, aber ich tu mich richtig schwer damit. Ich meine, was soll ich von einer Arztpraxis halten, die sich GmbH nennt und ihre Patienten draußen, außerhalb der Praxis in der Hitze oder Kälte warten lässt? Auch die Rezensionen im Internet sprechen nicht gerade für diese Arztpraxis.

Gerade deswegen hatte ich gerade wieder eine Panikattacke, liege heulend im Bett, trinke Beruhigungstee um erstmal wieder runterzukommen.

Ich versuche den Ausschlag seit zwei Wochen allein in den Griff zubekommen, mit Schwarzteewickel und Kortisonsalbe aus der Apotheke zur Nacht, aber die Salbe hilft nicht mehr. Ich benutze Urea Creme.

Auslöser für die Neurodermitis sind verschiedene Faktoren: Eine hormonelle Umstellung, starke Hormonschwankungen, eine Zwangsstörung (Waschzwang) und eine Keimphobie. Tja, aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Therapeuten, tu ich mich schwer mit Psychotherapien, da mir die letzten Therapeuten nicht zuhörten und auf meine Bedürfnisse überhaupt keine Rücksicht nahmen. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass sie selber nicht so richtig wussten, was sie tun sollten.

Hinzukommen noch lange Wartezeiten oder gar Abweisungen à la "Wir nehmen keine Patienten mehr auf". Was auch nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend ist.

Zusammengefasst habe ich absolut kein Vertrauen mehr zu Ärzte und Therapeuten. Die, denen ich vertraut habe, praktizieren nicht mehr und die Nachfolger... Was soll ich sagen? ...Sind eher eine Verschlechterung. Man wird irgendwie gefühlt wie am Fließband abgefertigt.

Mein Augenarzt müsste schon längst in Rente sein, praktiziert aber weiter weil er keinen vernünftigen Nachfolger findet. Der Hausarzt meines Vaters führte seine Praxis bis zum Tod, weil er keinen vernünftigen Nachfolger fand.

Was ist nur los in diesem scheiß Land, dass alte Ärzte keinen vernünftigen Nachfolger finden, dass beim Nachwuchsärzte Kosten und Profit wichtiger sind, als das Wohlergehen der Patienten?

So... Ich wollte mich zu diesem Thema nur mal auskotzen, in der Hoffnung es beruhigt mich ein wenig. Und, ja, das Schreiben über dieses Thema hat mir ein wenig geholfen. Aber zum Arzt gehen mag ich immer noch nicht.

The small pink 'mon floats around, seemingly without any direction. They seem a bit down, but their ears immediately perk up at the sight of other Pokémon, it notices the Pawniards and immediately floats in their direction. It stays still in mid air, observing, deciding if it should approach. It let's out a small meowing noise to alert them of their presence.
