"shit." Kai cursed under his breath as he realized he'd left his phone beside the pool, he could see it through the fence. He really could not be bothered to go all the way back inside and explain that he'd just been in visiting the pool to give a little lesson to the last of the tourists for the season. It would be a whole drama that he wasn't ready for, when he could just hop the fence, grab his phone, and hop back. Simple.

Climbing in wasn't the problem, however. The problem was someone had seen him climbing in, so with a sheepish grin he looked up at the stranger. "Hey! Just grabbing my phone, I swear."

So much in Wes’ life had changed in the last two years. He’d gone from living in a broken home and never having a real relationship before, to marrying into a loving family, being a father with a second child on the way, and having to study for college finals. It wasn’t at all what he’d expected when he moved to Aurora Bay, and all those huge life changes left him feeling a bit lost and unsure of who he even was anymore. Part of moving to Aurora Bay was to get a fresh start and learn about himself and heal, but so much more than he’d ever expected happened instead.

Wes was trying to quit smoking, he really was.. but it was harder than ever to try to stop now when he felt as overwhelemd as he had lately. He held a cigarette between his lips and flicked his lighter over and over again but it was hardly a spark. With a huff he looked over at the person next to him and asked, “you have a lighter?”

Or maybe it was for the past hour - time had started to slip past him while wrapped up in this torture because of her. "When I said I might help, I didn't quite envision this." Maybe his mind had gone towards eggnog or any other type of drink while some semi-mild annoying thematic song played from the speakers. He most certainly never would've agreed to this. "Am I even doing this right? Please come and take a look."

Kaigan (or Kai for short) is the heir to the small Kingdom of Shīdoragon (quite literally translated to seadragon). He has always tried his best to play the part of the picture-perfect prince. At first glance, he can come off as standoffish, stuck up, and insincere but deep down he’s just an insecure boy desperate for a place to belong. His father is dismissive at his best and downright cruel at his worst, so Kai could seriously use a lesson on self-worth. If you can manage to peel back the many layers of fake bravado and sharp-witted sarcasm and teach him that there’s more to him than just his crown and pretty face, you’ll find that Kaigan is actually a sweet, brave, hopeless romantic of a boy with a passion for Malacology.

vash isn't human, he's a "plant". basically an energy source/battery that's grown independence and a soul. he doesn't produce any "energy" though.

he has powers that he's yet to discover and unlock.

he's got an evil twin brother that's the reason for the bounty on his head.

he's over 150+ years old, with superhuman capabilities etc.

he's too nice for his own good. his moral code has almost gotten him killed.

thus he doesn't kill his opponents or anyone, which he suffers greatly from.

he's a very skilled marksman and fighter, but ironically he hates doing both.

BUSTS DOWN THE DOOR TO TALK ABOUT MY OC BLUE BIRD

Ace "Shark bite" Morelli is an American man in his mid- late 30's. He works for a Private military company called Chimera, and is apart of Unit 5. Ace joined Chimera after feeling he could do more than just the U.S. Army. Due to his stature and size, he was quickly accepted.

Morelli stands at 6'6, with a muscular/bulky build. He has a white and slightly tanned complexion, he has a definite tattoo on his right arm of a shark, specifically a tiger shark. He weighs about 270lbs, mainly muscle with a firm layer if fat, prominently in his chest and thighs.

Ace wears an average American-style tactical uniform, customized to his size and body. Morelli pairs this with a mouthless ski mask he has airbrushed a shark mouth onto. He prefers to use semi-automatic guns, and explosives. Due to his frequent use of explosives, he can sometimes have trouble hearing due to improper placement of protective gear.

He is a father of a girl named Misha, and doesn't not have custody to see her. Misha is 7 years old, her mother is Ace's ex-girlfriend Anastasia. Ace wishes he had visitation rights, but due to his frequent military time, and Anastasia claiming he is an unfot father, he does not meet to qualifications, and hasn't seen Misha since she was 4.

In his spare time, Ace enjoys listening to older rock music, he also enjoys a bit of country music. He cooks frequently, as he eats a lot of calories to maintain his body weight, which he uses to build muscle mass.

Morelli likes sweet iced tea, and will occasionally mix alcohol into it if he wants a small buzz. He is fairly friendly, though can sometimes be a bit gruff or stern with his men.

self proclaimed guard dog simon who’s never held a conversation with you or even really tried to interact with you at all. he had caught a glimpse of you out on the town and traced you back to your current job, lucky for him, on base. you’re a little freaked out, this mammoth of a man randomly shows up one day and pulls a chair up to your desk, takes out a book and just hangs out for a few hours? even leaves an extra lighter for his cigs in your pen holder. introductions were a quick back and forth on names and that’s about it, sometimes he comments on your clothes or jewelry, he saw your dainty little chain on your neck and purchased an S charm the next day, left it on your desk and that was that. you really shouldn’t be okay with this but he’s kinda intriguing, and the guy that has the office next to yours hasn’t bothered you in weeks, something you’ve been begging for mentally, so really what’s simon doing wrong? he sometimes even brings you a stray pudding cup from the mess, how sweet.

but what really gets you is when you’ve just got in your car, setting your things down, buckling your seat belt, the works, but simon slides in your passenger seat, gives you a look (his eyes look so pretty in the sunlight) and tells you to “take us home”, you’re nervous to say the least, you heard what happened to janet in admin when she told him one of his stacks of paperwork was filed wrong, that she wasn’t gonna take his next one until he fixed his mistake (she’d left crying, cursing his name to high hell, and asking for a transfer) so really what choice do you have.

and maybe he walks into your place, goes straight for where you always store your remote and turns on the channel you like to watch, almost as if he’s seen this routine before, he even asks what face mask you’re gonna do tonight, you wonder how he guessed that you do a face mask every friday night (he suggests the blueberry charcoal one, says it makes your skin glowy (he did not use the word glowy)) you shrug and go on with your nightly tasks, make dinner, do dishes, shower. but what actually makes you stop in your tracks is when he walks out of the bathroom, still steamed up from his shower, butt ass naked and asks you what your favorite position is, pet.
