BURSA (İGFA) – 31 Temmuz 2019 tarihinde Antalya 9’uncu Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’nde ‘Silahlı suç örgütüne üye olma’ suçlamasıyla yargılanan ve meslekten ihraç edilen, eski Bursa Cumhuriyet Başsavcısı Namık Yılmaz, FETÖ/PDY silahlı terör örgütünün hiyerarşik yapısına, örgüt üyesi olarak dahil olduğu gerekçesiyle 7 yıl 6 ay hapis cezasına çarptırıldı.

Cezanın kesinleşmesinin ardından şüpheliyi yakalamak için Bursa İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü Terörle Mücadele ile İstihbarat Şube Müdürlüğü ekipleri harekete geçti.

Ekiplerin yaptığı teknik ve fiziki takibin ardından Yılmaz’ın merkez Nilüfer ilçesinde olduğu belirlendi. Cumhuriyet Savcılığından alınan talimatın ardından harekete geçen ekipler, bu sabah şüphelinin bulunduğu eve operasyon düzenledi.

Yakalanarak gözaltına alınan Namık Yılmaz, emniyetteki ve savcılıktaki işlemlerinin ardından Bursa H Tipi Cezaevine teslim edildi.
