i need to talk to gansey and what i need to talk to him about is how the fuck he kept multiple mint plants happily alive indoors. that does not happen.

#(yes i do not have a good track record w houseplants)#but my boy was constantly abusing those plants #and mint does not thrive inside #and those plants were canonically surviving enough to produce enough leaves to be consistently plucked #the most logical solution i can come up with is that gansey was continuously replacing said plants #his mother does canonically gift him a new plnt #and its then like goldfish being replaced #but that doesnt fully track with who he is as a person #so he must have some sort of indoor/outdoor rotation system?#or some other gardening skills or botanical knowladge?#bc i know who he is in terms of soul and potential #but i also know how he lives #and how he lives does not support having a desk by an always open sunny window #unless it does #richard gansey iii #trc #the raven cycle

did anyone else have to do a trust fall from the top of a ladder onto the rest of their class in high school or was that just one of my adventist boarding school moments

#i guess other people are likely to have more than like 25 people in their graduating class. or maybe fewer i don't actually remember #the actual weird part of this was that it was during 'senior survival week' where they took us camping and had conspiracy theorists lecture #us on survival skills so we could survive The Last Days. but at least there are legitimate uses for outdoor skills the trust fall was.....#not useful or helpful or really justifiable in general and i feel slightly hazed but by the pressure from the faculty?#i think i had to try twice because the first time i got on the ladder i got scared lmao but then they pressured me into doing it anyway 👍🏻#i should have stuck with not doing it but i was already a Problematic Student due to being mentally ill #ugh i already barely remember high school but if i could forget the rest i wouldn't be losing much #me
