TIPS FOR INTERACTING WITH MULTI-MUSE BLOGS:

it's okay to just write with one or two muses! especially when there are a lot of muses, it can be overwhelming. pick one or two that you and your writing partner will focus on developing more. these will be your Main Guys. it doesn't mean you'll ignore everyone else, but it will help give some focus. nobody is expecting you to write with every single muse on a multi

send in headcanon question asks for characters that you are not writing/plotting with as well. pick a character that the mun writes frequently, or one that you know NOTHING about and send in random questions for headcanon memes when they come up. they don't have to be characters that you want to/plan on writing with, but branch out and give the mun a chance to write about their less-loved muses

give options. if you haven't plotted yet or aren't sure who you want to write with, or just can't decide, list a few possible character options that you may want a meme or starter to be for. meet your writing partner halfway

utilize your drafts as a bookmark. see a memes list on your dash but don't have the time/energy to pick different muses to send prompts for? save the memes to your drafts and come back to it in a few hours or days when you have more spoons

be open to learning! multi-muses give the chance to discover all new characters and dynamics that you might not otherwise consider or know about. learning about new muses is one of the best things about the rpc and shifting your attitude to just be not only open to, but also excited about, learning about your friends' creations can make the rpc a much more fun place

remember that multis overall get less attention. so put in extra effort interacting with their posts so that they know they're loved just as much as solo blogs!

multi-muses have and always will be a staple part of the rpc and it's past time that we start focusing on them as we should. yes it can be difficult and overwhelming at times, but it's also worth the effort to interact and to learn about the muses featured on multi-muses. don't ignore our friends in the rpc just because you have to spend a few extra words to specify a muse.

Looking back over yesterday, the timeline for The Realm is wild /pos

First, Foolish eats a sandwich.

Ros shows up to inform her King she negotiated to put in a good word for his longest enemy to take him to the ball cause he helped build the ballroom, and now owns 10% of it.

Foolish agrees to go to the ball as long as he can kill his date on the night of the event.

He asks Smajor if he can kill him after he just arrives, stating he feels out of pocket today and Smajor declines. He invites Smajor to Yellow, who declines.

Foolish states that in an ideal world, everyone would be on Yellow except BBH.

Ros shows off her ballroom build so far [has she slept? /lh]

Ros offers for Foolish to help with the chandelier, and he declines, citing the great Mansion crash out of old.

Foolish : "How does on kill BBH?"

Smajor : "With a lot of effort."

Foolish : "I'm just gonna ask him to take off his clothes."

[53 minutes into Foosh's VOD yesterday]

Foolish : "Take off your armour, we are going to fight to the death"

BBH : "Okay :D"

They debate the logistics of said fight and then pivot to speaking about the ball.

Foolish asks BBH about the invite, BBH gives him a diamond and asks him formally, which Foolish surprises us all by agreeing too.

Before adding the condition of murdering said demon at the ball, which BBH joyously agrees to only if he can kill the totem too.

Foolish agrees.

They then state how neither of them is going to treat the other well and the night is going to end in a swordfight, and yes I would mean it as an innuendo with the way these two bastards said it. /rp

Smajor tries to play relationship counsellor but gives up.

They then begin firing crossbows at each other?

BBH tries to argue he now owns 10% of the castle, which Foolish absolutely disagrees with.

BBH offers a tour of the cathedral after Foolish asks how progress is going.

BBH tells Foolish about Chip's pet parrot.

Foolish decides to 'trim' Blueberry's beak and kill the parrot.

BBH immediately threatens to kill Foolish and begins chasing him down.

Foolish dies and reappears at the castle, and then states deal is off.

Foolish then returns to the cathedral to murder every pet that Bad owns.

Bad also calls off the date for the ball and begins to hunt down Foolish for his crimes and for sport.

Foolish thinks the date is back on.

Foolish states he doesn't care how many lives he loses as long as Bad dies once, somewhere during this I believe is when Bad kidnapped the camel that Landduo has joint custody of.

Ros runs to her King in an attempt to save him.

Bad catches back up with Foolish.

By the skin of his serrated teeth, Foolish escapes due to a lucky pearl and flees into the mines.

Foolish decides to go mining.

Chip begins to hunt the King and tries to signal to Bad where he is hiding, appearing before Foolish to bother him and help Bad track him.

They run between dimensions and caves hunting each other, which goes on for quite a while.

At some point during this, Pili gets killed by Pangi once via his axe from Pili1 and the other via ender crystal placed in his home.

Doozers declare the King part of Witness Protection and name him Eduardo.

Foolish is still mining while Bad tries to convince him through chat to return to the castle.

The chase continues through several dimensions and areas of the Realm, with no luck.

The Doozers suggest for Foolish to disguise himself as a certain diamond-themed soul from Bad's past in efforts to hide his identity.

Ros & Aimsey are doing their darnedest to get Foolish to Sneeg cause they think he would be safest there.

They eventually do manage to reunite after several close calls including one in the castle where Bad almost caught Foolish escaping into a nether portal, Ros & Aimsey find the King and begin their mission to escort Foolish to their Smith Daddy aka Sneeg on the Mushroom Island.

They manage to reach Sneeg after Aimsey lends the King his elytra and explain the whole story to their blacksmith who sounds like the most disappointed father ever™.

The Kingdom then decides to have a Kingdom meeting as an aside and discuss Owen.

They receive information that Bad is approaching the mushroom island and proceed to stash their totem King near the Blender™.

Bad then decides to return to the main area after an unsuccessful hunt, and Foolish wants to go back to the castle. They do so.

At some point between the Kingdom meeting and returning to the castle, Pili begs Foolish to take his 3rd life.

Foolish follows through on this request on the castle's front steps, resetting Pili.

Bad and Foolish then get into another argument, and Bad kills Foolish again.

Which means Bad has killed Foolish twice today and four times in total upon this server.

Aimsey calls Landduo out for starting most of the conflict upon this server, which the immortals laugh off.

They reach an impasse but agree to truce on behalf of the mortals.

They discuss the invitation to the ball once more and decide today's events change nothing. They also decide to still go arm-in-arm to the event as well as agree the plan to demise each other that day is still a go.

They part ways, leaving us all confused and amused.

They hunt each other for sport by day and go on dates at night (which also might end in death), confound everyone around them, and drag poor mortals into conflicts.

Immortal courting goes wild man, like what the hell.

And this isn't the first time they have been on a server together but its slowly evolved into this bond no one alive understands yet is also goals at the same time cause it seems like they have so much fun together.

It just took The Realm for them to kick it up a notch. Or 3.

Thinking about how much fun it would be to have Flowey DM a game of Dungeons and Dragons. Technically the vote's not done yet, but quite a few people have expressed interest in seeing the Undertale gang play D&D, so I've been reading up on the rules, working on a cohesive art style, creating characters and so on.

Like, I homebrewed a "living skeleton" species modifier so Sans and Papyrus can play skeletons that aren't as weak as the enemy skeletons, and they can choose a species from the player's handbook because Papyrus likes the human +1 for every ability, while Sans is partial to the halfling "lucky" trait, but they also get unique weaknesses and strengths because they are also skeletons.

I wish I was better at drawing maps though...

And you know what? I'm glad we can't be assholes in Veilguard. Like not only would it make less sense for the hand-selected savior of the world, who was exiled from their faction specifically for being the kind of person who selflessly risks their own safety and position in order to help others, to be an abrasive douchebag, but also the writers potentially thought "if this is our last Dragon Age hurrah then we sure don't need to court the fucking bigots" and I respect the hell out of that decision.

HEHAHBFKI More South Park doodles I think I’m going insane.

Actually this is kind of the product of me being liking South Park way back in high school but was too embarrassed to draw them when I was bored in class and now it’s all kinda flooding back 💀

Read below if you want to know more about my New Kid and my thoughts behind some of the doodles cause this turned out longer then I though 💀

Anyways- introducing my New Kid. No name cause I literally have no idea. Whatever the cannon name is ig- though I’d think it’d be funny if she was referred to New Kid by literally everyone like in game. I like the idea that a lot of people have with their New Kids that they liked the makeover section with the girls during the Stick of Truth a little too much. I also like it cause… uh… I didn’t play Stick of Truth. (The combat system is not my cup of tea) So it’s not until the start of TFBW does she know shes really a girl.

To give context to the top right drawing- I couldn’t remember the dialogue Wendy says in the alleyway if you say you’re a trans girl- but I do know what she says if your a cis girl (I always knew you were a girl) cause I did a second play through as a cis girl. And I don’t know if there’s supposed to be a huge time jump between the end of Stick of Truth and TFBW but I think it would be funny if it was just the next day- so combine these two fact to get “Wendy always clocked New Kid as a girl but NK just found out yesterday 💀”

Anyways- she’s such a cutie, I love her and her cool superhero outfit I gave her. Outside of the game- I’d like to think of her basically exactly how she acts in game. Mostly non-verbal, with the occasional zingy one liner, and just kinda goes along with the crazy shit the happens in South Park un phased. Like if she was in a episode- the plot would happen and she would be on screen, but wouldn’t say anything, and anytime another character would address her, they’d respond however as if she spoke lmao. Aroace, just like me, so she’s just friends with everyone (except Cartman) and vibes with everyone.

The mini Style comic I though of cause 1) I wondered if Kyle had the same elf ears as the other elfs did in game (again, never played and it’s been a while since I saw gameplay so whoops if it’s confirmed or whatever) and 2) I thought it would be funny if Stan was caught lacking and tried to /rp his way out of it (I wanted to add an extra bit where Kyle would be like “Oh, are our characters gay for each other??? (ARE YOU /SRS OR /J STAN)” and Stan would have to just “yes, and” his way out.)

The last three images were kinda of a stream of consciousness put on paper and made neat lol. I really like showing that all the costumes the kids wear are homemade and stuff- either stuff taken from their parents or visibly taped together etc- cause I think it’s charming. Anyways- I though Kyle’s little robe could be like one of his parents bath robe- and it would be a little too long for him to run without eating shit so he’d have to hike it up like a skirt/dress. Which lead to me thinking that Cartman would say some shit about that and how Kyle, who has a literal Golf Club, would smack his ass up. Which then lead to me thinking about how since Kyle’s the Elf King and Stan’s basically his right hand how he might lift it up wedding dress style if needed (/RP GUYS, RIGHT?RIGHT???) and how Cartman would react, which lead to that one JoJo meme cause thats literally how they’d retaliate.

Always- I’ll probably have at least one more post about South Park I swear. There was a period of time before I stopped watching (I gotta pick it up again) where I would doodle a bit of whatever was happening in the episode, each episode. Crazy I know, but not only did it improve my drawing skills but it helped me remember what actually happened in episodes cause I have shit memory and definitely don’t remember some of the episodes I watched. So I might redraw some of those- see if anyone can tell what episode they’re from.

ur probably sick of seeing posts like these but i just want to sit here and muse about how, well, i enjoy tumblr #mytumblr not just because of all the obvious stuff like how it’s not run on an algorithm, and because it’s one of the only social media that i don’t have to jump through hoops to use and that isn’t phone-exclusive (for me)

but i think my favorite thing has to be the askblogs, and running one. which is weird, because if you asked me as little as 3 years ago what i loved most about tumblr, i’d probably say “uh, looking at owl house posts, i guess?”, it’s weird because i never actually planned to make one and created it on a whim based on a few random people’s tags, and even then it was made mostly as a joke. i just never thought about it before—i grew up with askblogs, an era of tumblr that was truly as magical as it was catastrophic (as all things that get vaguely popular), but i never thought about making one because: it’s a commitment, it seems like a lot, i’m inconsistent, how would i draw for it every single time, etc etc all that good stuff

but then i just made it. and fuck me is it the most fun thing ever. it doesn’t have to be consistent. it doesn’t have to be perfect, or polished, or anything really. it just has to be. to exist out there in the world and be open to messages. the most it has to be is loved by me and by u guys.

and that’s the thing! the best thing—i love involving u guys in my writing, pushing the characters in one direction and then the next, seeing where that takes us (because i don’t always know either, that’s what writing is all about babeyyy). i love that i don’t have to just post the most important plot beats one after the other and have the story be done there. i love that i get to weave the development through vaguely connected, sometimes relevant but sometimes completely random joke asks. that i don’t have to write a whole ass novel of build-up or draw everything as one long-running comic just to make my characters feel like they actually exist and react to the things around them, that they’re not just here to get from point a to b. and i love that you’re all part of it. the story seriously just wouldn’t be the way it is without all of you guys who are always so curious to ask something, or call a character out (depending on how much they need to be humbled COUGHHHHCOUGHHHHH)

so yeah, i’m just forever grateful for all of you and for the fact that tumblr allows things like these to happen. i have no idea what other site could possibly offer the same sort of experience, or anything similar, but i am just forever in love with the fact that it’s something you can do here. i wouldn’t trade it for anything. what a cool fucking thing to be able to do
