“Nii-san?!”
The lump in Idia Shroud’s bed lets out a pitiful groan.
“Nii-san, are you alright?! Are you hungry?! Sick?!” Ortho demands. “Hold on, I’ll do a scan to see what’s wrong!”
A pale, long fingered hand emerges from beneath the covers. It points languidly.
“…sekai…”
“Eh?” The android crowds closer to the bed. “What is it Nii-san? Your computer? Did something bad happen in one of your games? To Precipice Morai? Did an anime get cancelled?”
“…Isekai…”
“Isekai?” The android asks, confused. “Nii-san, what—?”
“I CAN’T ACCEPT THAT A REAL LIFE ISEKAI WOULD COME FROM SUCH A LAME LIGHT NOVEL!!”
It’s with this impassioned cry that Idia Shroud throws off his duvet, hair flaring wildly.
“After all, there are so many worlds that would be so much more likely to be real?! A tech punk world like LoPri just violates several laws of physics, not to mention thaumaturgy?? Plus the characters are so bland and uninspiring, how is it meant to enrich the blackened hearts of this Wonderland if they’re real?! At least if they were from Hyrule or Laputa or Exandria, they could teach us valuable life lessons that would lead to world improvement!”
His fist hits the mattress. “But no! And on top of that, this happens at the same time as they’re leaking that a LoPri movie is in the works?! That’s so cheap!! It’s like an awful marketing tactic that takes your cherished childhood hopes and dreams and crushes them for a few wads of madol!! I can’t believe—”
“Nii-san, wait!” Ortho begs. “What do you mean, there’s been a real life isekai? The sensors you installed should have noticed a large amount of energy coming from something like a world-crossing event.”
Idia jabs an accusatory finger at his computer screen, where the illustration and photo are posed side by side. “Apparently, not if they hijack Night Raven’s carriages to get here!”
Ortho’s optic sensors dilate and contract as his facial recognition software runs.
“…It’s a match.” He says. “Barring the 4% deviations from differing mediums, this person looks almost exactly like the illustrations from Lost Princess. And the Dark Mirror reported they’re entirely magicless…”
Idia jumps when the facsimile of his younger brother appears in his space. “Nii-san, what should we do?! If she really is from this other world, she’s a criminal, isn’t she? Should STYX take her into preventative custody??”
“Eh—Calm down, Ortho.” The elder Shroud says sternly, as if he hadn’t been in near hysterics only a moment ago. “It’s illegal to lock people up if they haven’t done anything wrong yet.”
“But Nii-san—!”
“Besides, as a bad guy she’s like, seriously wimpy.” It takes a moment or two of flailing in the bedclothes before Idia’s phone is retrieved. “See? According to the wiki, even the worst stuff she does is thanks to abusing her rich family’s power and money. Without that, she’s as pathetic as some hero who’s had all his strength sucked out. Even more harmless than a level one slime.”
Ortho’s synthetic brow furrows. “I guess…”
“Heh. Some of those LoPri simps online might even say that this is divine retribution. Getting banished to a world where she’s worth less than nothing.” Idia slumps, flicking through his apps idly. “Ah, the fates are cruel. Why’d I have to be inflicted with this?”
“I will monitor the villainess, Nii-san.” Ortho announces. “If she attempts to partake in any criminal behavior, it will be reported to the authorities, so Nii-san’s daily school life may continue unimpeded.”
“Eh? Well, uh.” Idia’s attention fights with the gacha he’s just opened, but ultimately surrenders to the colorful world within. “Only if it’s a low priority thing, okay?”
“Roger!”

Vil is distracted.
Not enough for his makeup to be anything less than perfect. Certainly not enough to make his class work, modeling, or acting suffer.
But enough that the poison apple he’s trying to polish has nearly given him the slip twice already.
That is unacceptable. If he cannot maintain a firm standard of discipline, how is this Epel meant to absorb any of his lessons?
Vil cannot allow this to continue.
He saw the villainess the magicless interloper yesterday morning, on his way to History class. Wearing some truly shapeless castoffs that can only have come from the dumping ground that passes for a Lost and Found, raking leaves away from the statue of the Beautiful Queen.
Vil had mostly convinced himself that it was purely his imagination. An unfortunate side effect of working on so many projects at once.
Surely what he had heard was merely a word that sounded like the fantasy names his script contains. The author had to take inspiration from somewhere, after all. And word association tricked him into believing that some potato who bore a little resemblance to his mental image of the villainess was, in fact, the person in question.
An honest, if slightly embarrassing mistake.
And then Rook reported over breakfast that the magicless janitor had somehow wormed their way into becoming a student, and a Prefect. Of the most prestigious magic school in the country. Despite the aforementioned complete lack of.
And all those foolish doubts Vil had spent so long laying to rest reared their ugly heads again.
A long, perfectly manicured finger taps the cafeteria table.
The potato is sitting with Clover and Diamond from Heartslaybul, alongside two first years and that little monster. From his position, Vil can see the back of their head if he inclines his own just slightly.
“Epel.” The boy in question jumps at the sound of his name. “Tuck your elbows in, your dorm mates shouldn’t need to defend themselves every time you lift food to your mouth.”
“My ba—ah, I mean! I, I apologize.”
Immediately, his arms go from imitating a chicken’s spread wings to an eastern dragon’s bent forelegs.
Behind Epel and slightly to the left, Rosehearts blocks Vil’s view of the magicless prefect. With the way his shoulders are tensing, his voice raising, he’ll likely be there a while as he metes out his slovenly attempts at discipline on his juniors.
Vil suppresses a grimace as he sighs. He’s going to get frown lines at this rate…
He needs to put this from his mind. If the sheer force of his not inconsiderable will is somehow lacking, then he needs to try something else. Obtain some definitive proof one way or the other so this irritating matter can be settled once and for all.
Proof…
A collection of ideas begin swirling in Vil’s head. Nothing concrete, just associations and possibilities of possibilities. Not enough for a proper plan of action.
Not yet, anyway.

Idia’s back cracks as he stretches.
“GG Muscle Red-shi,” He mutters as he types. “You carried hard for that secret boss encounter.”
Only a few moments after he hits send, Muscle Red’s response pops up.
Muscle Red: You give me too much credit, my friend. It was your strategic thinking that won us the day.
Muscle Red: This old man will need to log off shortly, but I wish you a pleasant evening and good hunting.
Gloomurai: NP Muscle Red-shi! GN
He tries to ignore the disappointment in his chest as Muscle Red’s avatar disappears. It’ll be hard to top the fun he had in that raid, so he may as well just log off this game. Maybe catch up on some of the anime he’s been letting build up so he can binge it all at once…
Ah, but there was that one that Ortho said he might be interested in, but that Idia had been too busy to start watching yet! The one about an otaku security robot that was exasperated with the scientists it had to look after…
“Hey, Ortho, we can start I’m a Murderbot But I’m Keeping A Diary…” Idia turns to where his brother is meant to be charging in the power station in the corner.
It’s empty.
“Ortho?”
There’s no one in the room except Idia right now.
He tries to tell himself that it’s fine, that Ortho’s fine, he’s probably just…just gone on a snack run? Yeah, he must’ve realized Idia was getting low on food and decided to help! What a good, kind brother Idia has! There’s no way he’s in any kind of trouble that he needs Idia to save him from, right?
Right??
Idia’s able to stave off the anxiety for a record-breaking four point two seconds before he turns to his computer, bringing up the “Find My Brother” program and sending his tablet whizzing out the door to the coordinates it brings up.
Why is he in the library at this time of night? Idia gnaws on his fingernails as the tablet gets closer, and prepares to use the mic once he can see Ortho’s back.
“…you’re planning to cause trouble, I will report you to the Headmaster and the relevant authorities.”
Idia straightens at his brother’s serious tone coming through the speakers.
It’s the work of a moment to gain access to the feeds of the library’s security cameras. Although there’s only three of them, and they’re really shoddily placed for actual monitoring purposes…
“Oh that’s rich.” The villainess scoffs, low voice made tinny over his speakers. “I’m not the one causing trouble here. Besides, it’s a public library. All students are free to look up reference materials on whatever they’d like.”
“Materials on restricted subjects are monitored.” Ortho declares. “Failure to return them to the library is logged against a student’s profile. You have not returned [SEVEN] books by their assigned due date.”
“So, Overblot is considered a restricted subject then.” Uh, hard pass on the villainess’ tone in that reply, it’s just as sus as some sixth ranger smiling to themselves while everyone else’s back is turned. “Why exactly is that? Is it the same reason there’s no primary sources on it in any of the history books or scholarly articles?”
“That is classified information.” His baby brother says coolly. “You do not have even the lowest level clearance, so it does not concern you.”
The villainess’ voice drops dangerously. “Doesn’t concern me?”
Idia begins prepping to set off the fire alarms in the headmaster’s suite. If the villainess makes any move against his brother, he’ll not only make sure the ultimate authority figure is there to catch her, he’ll publish her past and every embarrassing search she’s made since coming to Twisted Wonderland online for everyone to see. Maybe even post her address online so those LoPro simps can avenge their faves in person?
“Things that jeopardize my safety don’t concern me? Things that endanger my wellbeing don’t concern me? Threats to my life don’t concern me?!”
It’d be easier to watch if the villainess hit the wall, flipped a table, threw some books on the floor, something. Instead Idia’s on the edge of his seat, eyes fixed on his monitor like he’ll get jumpscared if he looks away.
He flinches when the villainess does, movement made jerky by the old cameras. Seriously, this is why he can’t stand live action analog horror!
But it is kinda weird how the figure opposite his brother is hunching over the table like that. Almost as if standing is difficult?
“..f you think,” Ortho’s mics can barely pick up the sound. “That I’m just going to wait in the wings until another one finally kills me—that I’m going to die quietly—then you’re sorely mistaken. I don’t care who you are. I’m not going to let anyone or anything stop me. I refuse to end up in some forgotten grave in this twisted world!”
Kind of a mid monologue tbh. He was low-key expected something…more villainous? But considering how trash LoPri is it makes sense.
It’s the kind of cringe that almost makes you feel bad for the one you’re meant to be rooting against.
“You’re injured.” Ortho says, uncertain. “Partially healed rib fractures and a torn posterior tibiotalar ligament. How—?”
“Sorry, but I’m afraid that doesn’t concern you…?”
“Ortho Shroud.” His kindhearted brother supplies.
“Shroud-san.” The first year bows stiffly. “I’d like to say it’s been nice to make your acquaintance, but it really hasn’t.”
The villainess attempts to stride away from Ortho—well limps is more like it, holding herself stiffly and putting much more weight on her left ankle than her right, when did that happen? Surely it would’ve been flagged somewhere in the school records if something serious enough to cause those injuries had happened. It’d be noted in her student file, if nothing else.
Idia frowns. Then he accesses the school’s mainframe.
Wow this is. Really half-assed. You’d think the headmaster would put a bit more effort into filling out this kind of thing!
It’s a weird parody of the file Idia created for himself and Ortho in his second year at Night Raven, which the headmaster was too inept to create himself. In Idia’s, Ortho is nominally listed as a student, even if he doesn’t get graded or even enrolled in any classes like a regular student.
In the villainess’, half of that careful formatting has been thrown out the window in the name of grading a “two in one” student. Some of the information is missing or contradictory, and the rest seems to focus on the magical familiar rather than the human prefect.
There is a section way down the bottom of the file where there’s some notes from Nurse Kamac recording visits to the infirmary. But for some reason, the broken ribs have the amendment from the headmaster of “incurred before enrollment” and so don’t list how it happened, and the only notes for the ankle injury are that it occurred a few days later during a “Heartslaybul dorm head challenge”.
Idia pushes his fingers against his eyes as he groans, stretching his aching back and trying to crack it again.
This has nothing to do with him and Ortho. That much the vi—Prefect had gotten right. It may be weird that sh-they’re checking out all the books on Overblot the library has to offer, and are this badly injured only within a few days of starting the new semester, but it could be nothing! Certainly it’s not enough to be worth reporting to their parents.
“Ah, Nii-san? Were you looking for me?” Ortho sounds apologetic over his speakers. “Don’t worry, I’ll come back to the dorm right away!”
“Mm. I was thinking we could start binging that series together…”
“It’s not good for you to stay up late watching anime, Nii-san!” His younger brother scolds. “…But, I guess a few episodes of I’m a Murderbot But I’m Keeping A Diary can’t hurt!”
He grins. “I’ll get it queued up for when you get back. TTYL.”
Yeah, this is definitely worth more of his time than worrying about some weird magicless Prefect. Even if part of him itches at the memory of h-them saying “another one finally kills me”…
Definitely not his problem. Definitely not gonna think about it.

It would seem that the Headmaster has decided to make the magicless Prefect into a gopher-slash-amateur investigator rather than looking into the mysterious injuries of each dorm’s Magift players himself.
Vil’s heard from Rook and from some of his other dorm members that the first year and their little monster have been interviewing everyone involved in an accident.
Of course, it’s only a matter of time until they begin questioning those who have not been affected, to rule out some causes if nothing else.
So, when Rook spots them, along with a redheaded potato, a blue potato, and Diamond, he motions his vice dorm head to bring them over.
“You must have had some reason for spying on us.” He says to the motley group. “Out with it and maybe I’ll let you off with a warning.”
“Busted~” Diamond says cheerily. “Well, can you guys keep a secret?”
“Mais, bien sûr Monsieur Magicam!” Rook proclaims. “Consider our lips sealed!”
“We think that the injured Magift players are being deliberately targeted.” The blue haired second potato says. “We’re investigating potential suspects who could be behind the a—”
“Dude!” The redheaded first potato hisses. “You can’t just TELL ‘em!”
“Yeah!” The monster yowls. “They’re suspects!! If we tell ‘em that, they’ll know we think they’re suspicious!!”
“You just told them anyway…” The magicless first year mutters.
“Hm.” It doesn’t surprise him as much as it should to hear that this year’s games are being deliberately sabotaged. And given a certain someone’s uncharacteristic enthusiasm at the dorm head meeting recently, he’s fairly sure he knows who’s behind it.
“While it is rather rude of you to cast aspersions on myself and my vice dorm head like this, I believe we could provide some assistance with this matter.”
The monster perks up. “Great! Then—”
“However.” Vil crosses his arms. “I’m a busy man. I can’t offer my assistance without being assured that it’ll be worth my time. I need something in return first.”
“Man, shoulda figured.” Potato #1 sighs. Potato #2 shakes his head. “Nothing’s ever easy, is it?”
Diamond hushes both of his underclassmen. “So? Whaddya need, Vil-san?”
Vil carefully does not smile. Not yet. “You. I need you to help me with something.”
The magicless prefect blinks at the end of his pointer finger. “Huh? Wh—if you don’t mind my asking, why me?”
“Your presence compared to the others’ makes you most suited for the task.” He turns to his bag and flicks through the contents until he finds what he’s looking for. “It’s hardly a trial. I just need someone like you to fill in for a certain role.”
Vil holds out a copy of the script.
The magicless prefect reaches out warily, as if Vil’s handing them a serpent rather than a few pieces of paper.
“This is the script for a movie I’ll be starring in.” He says. “I’d like you to help me practice my cues. You’ll be reading the lines that aren’t highlighted.”
And, seeing Diamond’s hand creep towards his phone, he adds. “Given that this is confidential until the film’s release, the production company has been assured that I refuse to be party to any leaks, and will prosecute those who create them to the fullest extent of the law.”
Diamond’s hand suddenly changes direction to scratch his cheek instead.
The Prefect takes the script, eyes scanning over it.
“Eh—how come the names are blacked out?” Potato #1 asks.
“To prevent leaks, of course.” Vil lies smoothly. “Now, do you want my help, or don’t you?”
The villainess’s teeth snag on her lower lip. Vil keeps his own from curling at the sight of the dry and torn skin there.
“Alright.” The villainess says. “How does this work?”
Vil straightens. It wouldn’t do to show his triumph at this juncture.
“If you start halfway down the page, I will respond. Make me aware if I deviate from what’s on the page in any fashion.”
The villainess nods, clearing her throat. “He-hem. You wished to see me, brother?”
Vil slips into the character as easily as buttoning a shirt. “My wishes are immaterial. But we need to talk.”
“What could be so important to waylay the young heir?” The villainess’ lip curls as she reads. “I hardly merit the attention, usually.”
“You know what I’m talking about.” He snaps, dignity and guardianship offended. “Your behavior is completely inexcusable.”
The villainess balks, her tone hardening from mockery. “My behavior? I do believe I need clarification, brother. I have done nothing to dishonor our family—”
“If that’s what you think, then you’re even blinder than I imagined.” His fury is ice, solidified through years of abnegation and honor. “Your conduct towards our sister has been abominable. Either you correct it, or I shall correct you.”
“C-correct?!” The villainess stutters, unsightly for a scene partner. Vil will need to recommend someone else for the final production. “I have done nothing to—”
“For once we agree.” Righteousness straightens his spine, quickens his stride. “You have done nothing to make her feel welcome or as if she belongs. Ignoring her at school? Making snide remarks to tear down her confidence? Who do you think you are, to commit these acts with such audacity? It seems you’ve forgotten who has the natural right to live in this household, and who is here merely due to Father’s generosity and goodwill.”
“I—”
“I don’t want to hear your excuses.” He scolds the unsightly cuckoo before him. “I am telling you what will happen. You will be civil towards our sister. You will be polite to her. And you will still your sharp tongue every time it decides it wants to say something unkind. If that means you never speak again outside the necessities, then so be it.”
“Wait, please wait, please, stop—”
And now going off script? Will blunders never cease? Vil continues the monologue as best he can in the face of such unprofessionalism.
“And if you disregard my words—if you fail my instructions in any way? Well.”
He tilts his head, channeling Gracey Enji in every pore of his being. “What will happen to you will make the punishment you received for ruining Asahiko’s high school debut feel like the gentlest kindness by comparison.”
And the villainess—
The Prefect flinches, curling in on themself as if in anticipation of a blow.
Their eyes are staring down, unseeing, as their mouth babbles, clearly not even trying to stay on script any more.
“No, no, I’m sorry, I won’t, I, I didn’t—!”
But somehow still reciting exactly what’s written on the page despite that.
There are two ways to read these lines, Vil is suddenly realizing.
One is as a hero decisively warning a scheming villainess that his patience with her wiles has run dry and that there will be consequences for her actions.
And the other…
“The hell do you think you’re doing?!”
Potato #1 has moved into Vil’s space, shoulders tensed like the first year was about to lay hands on him if not for Rook’s intercession. His vice-warden’s grip strength clearly has taken the potato by surprise, uniform wrinkling as he attempts to yank himself free.
Potato #2 is hovering around the Prefect, the monster whining and tearing holes in their too-long trousers. “Prefect, are you okay? Do, do you need something, a, ah, some water maybe? Hey, hey, Prefect, Yuu, look at me, please?”
“Ooh-kaaay!” Diamond pops up between Vil and his underclassmen, perfectly fake smile not quite as magicam-ready as it usually is. “Not that this hasn’t been su~uper interesting, you’re a master of your craft Vil-san, really, but y’know we’ve gotta lot of work to do with this investigation thing, hate to see the dorm head if he thought we were playing around, you know how it is, right~? C’mon guys, we’d better get moving, this is an important date and we can’t be late!”
Potato #2 nods at Diamond, an arm tight around the Prefect’s trembling shoulders as he pulls them away, still murmuring low platitudes. Potato #1 is still glaring daggers at Vil even as he shrugs out of Rook’s grip. He picks up the copy of the script on the ground—when had it fallen?— and shoves it at his vice dorm head.
“Next time someone tells you they wanna stop,” He spits. “Maybe listen instead of just doin’ what you please. Freaking tyrant.”
The insult stings, but Vil controls himself as Potato #1 scoops up the whining monster and strides after the rest of the motley little group.
He can still hear the panicky, shuddering hitches in the Prefect’s breathing, after all.
“Roi du Poison?” He blinks back into himself to see Rook peering at him in concern. “Vil? Are you all right?”
“F-fine, I’m fine.” He turns sharply on his heel. “Come, Rook. It’d be best to return to the dorm for now. Epel may be attempting to shirk his etiquette lessons again.”
“…Oui, Roi du Poison.”

But it’s ridiculous, he assures himself as they emerge outside of Pomefiore. Just a combination of his previous experience and some, some personal issues the Prefect clearly has that have mixed poorly in his mind. Gracey Enji is the male lead. Vil’s chance to play the hero, for once in his career. There’s no way that Bella DeNiâmerée intended for the character to come across in any other fashion than the style in which Vil has been playing him. No chance in the slightest.
Certainly not as a high school senior threatening a child five years his junior in a way that they cannot defend themselves from.

Nah, but ageswap Sunstreaker and Sideswipe finding out about Prowl’s weakness for cute things… Prowl spotting a stuffed petrorabbit in a market and just melting into a puddle. It’s black and white, like he is, with a little puff of a tail. He can’t help running his fingers over the soft fabric, picking it up to bury his face between the big, floppy ears. He lets out a soft little squeal as he huggles it, only to freeze when someone clears their throat. His mentors are staring. Actually, so is the vendor—but that’s with an indulgent field for a cute young mechanism, unlike Sunstreaker and Sideswipe. They’re staring at him like they’ve never seen him before. Sunstreaker looks like he wants to eat Prowl up, and it makes his plugged pussy cycle down on its toy. And then they buy it for him. He can’t help thanking them over and over, holding the petrorabbit to his chest with one arm and clinging to their plating with another. It’s the start of *something* although none of them is quite sure what.
When they get back to the twins’ shared hab, Prowl is promptly filled with Sideswipe’s spike. The plug is pulled free with a wet sound, tossed to the side and forgotten as the red mech fills the hungry hole it’d vacated. Prowl moans, long and horny, as it slides in. Still clutching his little black and white bunny. And then Sunstreaker starts to slip in too, until Prowl is gasping and almost too full. Sweet little pussy stinging withe the stretch of two spikes, overwhelmed tears sparkling in his optics. He can only clutch his bunny and try not to overload without permission, burying his face in the fur to stifle his little gasps and whines as his plugged spike bobs untouched between his and Sunstreaker’s bellies.
“What’s your little friend’s name, Prowl?” Sideswipe purrs in his audial, equal parts mocking and desperately aroused.
“Ru-uuuby!” Prowl hiccups when they begin to slowly thrust into him, spikes sliding together in his slick valve. They’re rubbing all of his internal sensors as they do, lubricant bubbling up between them and drooling out of Prowl.
“Aw, sweetspark,” Sunstreaker drawls, hoarseness betraying how affected he really is, “do you wuv her?” Prowl can’t think, can only feel a wash of humiliation that leaves his node tingling with charge. Silly, little trainee. His vents come in little gasps, lips trembling as he tries to stutter out an answer.
“Ye-es,” he manages, trying not to focus on the feeling of two fat spikes stuffing him to the brim, “I. I wuv her.” It makes his plating crawl with embarrassment in the most delicious way as he stumbles through yet another thank you that gets muffle by his plushy.
“Why don’t you give Ruby some cute little kisses,” Sideswipe suggests. Prowl obeys, planting chaste little pecks on the toy bunny’s head and cheeks even as the fuck into him. Sunstreaker groans low in his chest at the sight. None of them will last very long, the twins allowing Prowl to overload soon after he obediently hugs his bunny even tighter up away from his ‘naughty spike’ so she doesn’t get dirty. Never mind that it’s plugged and can’t leak.
Now that they know Prowl melts over cute things, there’s soon to be a parade of adorable but embarrassing outfits and accessories from Sunstreaker. New plushies to crowd his bed and confuse his roommate. And, of course, new ways to play with their cute little trainee. Some of his sitters are gonna blow a gasket over how cute this slag is.
AAAAA i completely missed this one. They make him baby talk, that’s so fun. Nothing’s ever made Prowl as hot as being forced to act like a mechling that can barely get words out. They think it’s hilarious and super hot when he blushes and glares at them while squeezing his cute new rabbit toy…

little cries echo from the human swindle had caught, he eyes them through the large Cube he had caught them in debating what he should do with them. Their eyes linger on him wide as if pleading for him to let them go. He wasn't sure how the human had gotten there but he was fascinated by their smaller form
Swindle peered down at his unusual catch through the translucent edges of his containment cube, rotors whirring thoughtfully. The tiny creature writhed within, clawing vainly at the barrier as strange cries emanated from its primitive vocalizer.
How curious that such a fragile thing could have wound up aboard his ship. The Decepticons had little need nor patience for biology beneath their notice. Still, as a businessman, Swindle appreciated any commodity's potential value - and rarity commanded the highest prices on the black market, where only the boldest dared to deal.
"Now now, no need for that racket," he said, tone placating yet laced with calculation. The human stilled at his words, wide optics locking onto Swindle's face with an expression...pleading? Most odd.
Lowering the cube, Swindle gazed within, scanning hastily. Basic carbon-based, bipedal, underdeveloped neuronal network...but sentient nevertheless. His grasping servos gentled upon feeling its erratic organic pulse. Perhaps this catch deserved study before rushing to market. Potential discoveries could revise alien worth beyond raw material.
They curl up on themself, eyes darting around as they watch swindle check his warehouse stock. Small trembles rack their small frame as they try to make themself even smaller. As Swindle surveyed his stockpiles, peripherals noted movement within the containment cube set before him. Curious, he knelt for closer investigation, crimson optics peering through the translucent barrier.
Within, the tiny human had drawn into a quivering ball, trembling violently as large optics darted about the warehouse in panicked disorientation. Clearly, its primitive systems found the vastness overwhelming. How fragile such an alien organism must seem without protective armor, weaponry or even adequate size to impose any will.
Lifting the cube. The human merely shrank tighter, as though hoping invisibility might shield its vulnerable form. An interesting survival mechanism, yet ineffective among their kind. Its continual shaking set oddly on Swindle's sensors.
Crooking a digit, Swindle nudged the cube gently, awaiting response to stimulate and assess this odd creature's potential. What solutions might it improvise under pressure? Fortune favoured the bold and clever, after all.
They shout as they tumble out on the table. Their eyes go wide as they try to bolt across the metal table. Neatly tumbling over the edge. He's curious about the tag on their leg, it held the information on where the human was from, where they were going and what their purpose was for.
As the tiny human tumbled from its confinement, Swindle's keen optics tracked each jerking motion broadcasted by its tag chip and primitive garments. Clearly disoriented amongst the warehouse's cavernous machinery, the thing bolted recklessly across the table, servos scrabbling for purchase on the slick metal.
A sharp gasp escaped them as momentum carried the fragile body over the edge, sending it plummeting toward the unforgiving ground far below. An unfortunate demise would ruin this rare find before its potential could be explored.
Snatching the thing from the air, Swindle brought it close for examination, ignoring its frantic pounding against his braced digits. There - the identification chip embedded in its vest offered tantalising insights into origins and intended fates of this hitherto unknown species.
The human squirms under Swindle's grip as the bot checks them from damage or injuries, moving them close to make sure they aren't broken.  they whimper out. Swindle's optics narrow as he processes the information on the human's leg tag. 
A chuckle escapes Swindle's vocalizer as he holds the squirming human firmly to the table, his grip unyielding. 
The information on their leg tag filters across his processor.

Destination: Vos, Cybertron 
Buyer: offlined 
Other information: 'exotic pet', bid off to the highest buyer or keep them. I don't care.  
"Earth, eh?" he murmured, scanning the encoded lines rapidly. "A long way off course, meatbag. But who said the black market honours authorities' designs, hmm?" The human writhed uselessly, but clever optics observed its every microexpression carefully.
As swindle downloads the language file attached he can finally understand the small squeaks and chirps from them. His audials twitch at the implications, his curiosity piqued by the concept of an 'exotic pet' from Earth being brought to Vos, the city of seekers. It seemed that someone on Cybertron had quite the fascination with organic, soft-bodied creatures. As he downloads the language file attached, the squeaks and chirps they emit start to make sense to Swindle. Their plea for freedom.
"Please let me go," they whimper, their voice carrying a mix of fear and desperation.
Swindle's optics flicker as He leans in closer, his tone low and contemplative. "Now, why would I do that, little human? You see, you've been bought and sold, and it looks like I'm the one in possession of you now. You're quite the valuable commodity, and I must say, I'm rather curious to see just what makes you so 'exotic.'"
Swindle's grip tightens slightly, ensuring they couldn't struggle out of his gasp. He can't help but enjoy the power he holds over them, relishing the control he has in this situation. "Now, don't you worry," he muses, a sly grin playing on his face. "I'll take good care of you, my little 'exotic pet.' Perhaps we can find some... mutually beneficial arrangement."
As the human's plea lingers in the air, Swindle's mind races with possibilities, calculating the potential profits and leverage this situation could bring. For now, they were at his mercy, and he intended to make the most of it. They try fighting against his hold but its useless, only making him chuckle as he holds them to the table.
 'Exotic pet' could mean a lot of things and Swindle was more curious now just what had been intended for the human, but for a human to be set to Vos, the city of seekers he had a pretty good idea. Some Cybertronian had a kink for organics. soft bodies. It was the dead seekers lose now.
Swindle's grip tightens as the human futile struggles against his hold. Their attempts only serve to amuse him, a chuckle slipping past his vocalizer as he maintains his firm grasp, preventing any chance of escape.
A smirk curls across Swindle's face as he contemplates the missed opportunity for the deceased seeker. They had lost out on what could have been a valuable acquisition, but now the human was within his grasp. "Looks like you're quite the prize," Swindle comments, his voice laced with amusement. "I wonder what makes you so special, hmm?"
Their smaller frame lit a fire in Swindle. "What do you want from me? " they whimpered out in the most delightful way. They lean into his servos, they squirm as his digits Begin removing clothes. Swindle intended to test drive them. See what all the fuss was about.
A sly grin spreads across Swindle's face. He takes a moment to savour their squirming, their body responding to his touch. Swindle intends to explore every inch of their being, to push boundaries and test their limits, all while satisfying his own curiosity and desires.
As their clothes fall away and their vulnerability is exposed, Swindle's optics gleam with anticipation. they whine out as Swindle runs his glossa against their skin, arching under his touch as he takes in the sweet taste of their skin, Swindle smirks, savouring the taste of their skin against his glossa. His fingers trace teasing patterns along their body, revelling in the shivers and arches it elicits from them. The sweetness that lingers on their skin reminds him of the finest energon wine or a well-aged high-grade.
"Mmm, you taste as delightful as the finest concoctions," Swindle purrs, his voice dripping with satisfaction. "You're like a rare vintage, my dear, a delectable treat I can't resist." He continues to explore their body with his lips and tongue, leaving a trail of tantalising sensations in his wake. Swindle revels in the power he holds over them, the ability to elicit such pleasurable responses from them.
His hands roam, caressing and teasing, seeking out the most sensitive spots. Swindle's lips curl into a mischievous grin as he trails his glossa between their legs slowly lapping against their skin. He revels in the sounds of their pleasure, the way their breath hitches and their body arches under his touch. His servos roam with purpose, gliding along their curves and tracing patterns As his lips trail lower, Swindle's tongue flicks out to taste the sensitive spots he discovers along the way. He savours the delicious moans that escape their lips, the sweet melody of their pleasure.
"You're so responsive," Swindle whispers, his voice laced with a mix of satisfaction and hunger. With a final, lingering kiss, Swindle pulls back slightly, his gaze filled with a predatory gleam. He knows that he has them right where he wants them, teetering on the edge of overwhelming desire.
"Now, my lovely, it's time to truly indulge," Swindle says, his voice low and sultry. "
His mouth continues to explore their body, his lips and tongue leaving a trail of heat and sensation in their wake. Swindle's hands roam, seeking out every sensitive spot, every place that elicits those delicious reactions. His lips press against their leg as mischief flickers in his optics. 
They lay there shuttering slightly before Swindle takes them further into his mouth. They squeal out as Swindle swallows them. " hey! Let me out!!" They shout and it only makes swindlers chuckle. They cry out again as his tubing slowly drops them down into his tank making an echoing thump as the land. They try to pull themself back up but only get stuck before they land back in the small chamber of his tanks their naked form shivers slightly. 
"Now, now, there's no need to get all worked up," Swindle taunts, his voice smooth and sly. He relishes in the control he has over the situation. He takes a moment to appreciate the sound of their voice echoing within his tanks, a reminder of their helplessness.
 "I'll make sure to take good care of you. After all, you're quite the valuable asset." With a satisfied chuckle, Swindle returns his focus to his work. The human squirms and moves around in the tight confines of Swindle's tank, banging their fist against the inside, It echo's lightly. “Let me out, Let me out !” Swindle's grin widens as he hears the muffled sounds of struggle within his fuel tank. The echo of their fist banging against the walls only adds to his amusement, fueling his desire for control.
"Oh, you're quite the feisty one, aren't you?" Swindle taunts, his voice laced with a mix of amusement and superiority. "But I'm afraid all that struggling won't get you anywhere. You're securely locked away, completely at my mercy."
He takes a moment to savour the sounds of their frustration, "You might as well settle in" Swindle continues, his voice dripping with smugness. "Perhaps if you behave, I'll consider letting you out," Swindle teases, his voice filled with false promise. "But for now, you're mine to keep."

Touch of Sight - 11
A Cornerstone’s bells rang out calling the faithful to worship. Prowl lay on his belly, face buried in his pillow and listened to them ring. There was no mistaking the call of lesser temples for that of a Cornerstone. Minor temples had only a single bell in their bell towers, where Cornerstones had three octaves at least of bells that were not rung haphazardly, but in a score written by some ancient temple musician. He should not have been able to hear them at all, tucked away as he was in the market. Might the wind be blowing in just the right directions? With the haze of recharge still thick in his helm, Prowl listened. It was odd, he had never heard a Cornerstone’s call so clear and yet they sounded one dimensional, flat. There was something missing. Prowl stretched out his doorwings to “hear” a little better, only to realize he could not “hear”, could not “feel”, could not feel his doorwings, could not move them at all. He was blind, truly, completely blind. Imm. His audials heard his strangled cry as he tried to push himself up, digits clawing at the berth under him. He tried to reach behind himself but Prowl was not strong enough to hold him even partly upright.. His whole frame ached and his arms trembled. His voice was hoarse as he keened. A gloved servo brushed his helm and Prowl collapsed back down on the berth, the keen fading into a weak sob.
“Shh,” it was Jazz. Prowl felt the berth sag as Jazz sat on the edge. Prowl could almost feel tears wet his face, but he had no optics. He had no tears. Jazz’s gloved servo left his helm and covered Prowl servo. It took a long time before Prowl realized Jazz was writing glyphs against the back of his servo, only then did the panic roar fade in his help enough that Prowl could actually hear and understand. “Y’re okay. Y’re doors got burned in the fire. Ratch, my medic friend’s lookin’ after ya. He turned off yer relays so ya don’t gotta feel as yer sensors heal.”
“Fire...” Prowl frowned as his whispered the glyph, surprised by how hoarse his voice sounded and how raw his voice felt. He remembered. The madmech, he had set fire to the apartment, set to killed them all, to kill him, the mech he had declared a demon. “My mechlings?”
“Are perfect,” Jazz promised and Prowl prayed he was true. “A bit o’ smoke was all they got, Ratch made sure their intakes are good. Got’em in class. Ori thought it was important for’em to have a lil normalcy.”
“Where am I?” Prowl asked. His sentio-metallico still prickled with anxiety as the panic ebbed. He was blind, wholly blind but he was not alone. Still, his spark continued to race. How was he supposed to live on like this? How was he meant to care for his creations?
“The Celestial Temple,” Jazz replied. Prowl felt the scarred sentio-metallico of his face strain to stretch as he raised his brow ridge with surprise.
“Why?” He asked. His spark pulsed out of control and he trembled with fear. Had Smokescreen said something? Had they discovered who they were, who they had been? The Celestial Temple was not just a Cornerstone, it was the Prime’s residence. Why would paupers be brought here for medical treatment?
“It’s sorta Ratch’s home base,” Jazz replied. “He runs other clinics but his apothecary is here. My home base too. Seemed like the best place to put ya were ya could be safe.”
“There is no more danger,” Prowl replied. He rested his helm on the pillow. How had he ever mistaken it for his own? It was far too luxurious and its cover too soft against his scarred sentio-metallico. “The voices haunting that mech told him to jump into the flames.”
“Sounds like ya feel a lil sorry for ‘m,” Jazz said.
“His processor was broken,” Prowl replied. He was tired. He had only just woken up but he was so tired. “He genuinely thought I was a demon. He genuinely thought Primus and the angels were telling him to cleanse me. He never should have been let out of the sanitarium. Let me guess, they deployed mnemosurgery, erasing the voices from his memory and declared him fit?”
“That’s right,” Jazz replied. “How’d ya guess?”
“Because that is what they do,” Prowl said. “They address the symptom without searching for the cause.”
“Sounds like ya got some history with mneumosurgeons,” Jazz replied.
“I have a processor glitch,” Prowl explained. “Every time I would crash, they would erase the thought or feeling they thought triggered it. It took until I was a mech grown and could refuse the mneumosurgeons that I was actually able to learn to manage my affliction. I do not know what would have helped that mech, but I know mneumosurgery was not it.”
“Y’re a wise mech,” Jazz replied.
“Mm,” Prowl hummed. He turned his servo around around to touch Jazz’s palm. It was not gloves Jazz was wearing. His servo was covered it gauze. “What happenened?”
“Servos go burned climbin’ the buildin’,” Jazz explained.
“You were hurt saving us,” Prowl said, feeling a mix of gratitude and guilt. “Punch... he tried. The sheets I tied, they tore. He said he was going to try the stairs.”
“He did, they’d collapsed, he didn’t think he could make the jump,” Jazz replied. “If I hadn’t gotten there when I did, I think he woulda gone back in ‘n risked it anyways. Y’re bitlets are worth it. So are ya.”
“I am sorry you were hurt,” Prowl said. “I am sorry Punch was in danger because of us.”
“It was nothin’ ya did,” Jazz told him. “I’m just glad Swindle put more into that place than I thought. Fire didn’t spread near as fast as it coulda and when the floor collapsed, the walls still held.”
“I think he invested in the struts of that building and not the facade,” Prowl replied. “If he had done the latter, he could have charged more for the habsuites and no one would have thought any of it.”
“He did good,” Jazz said. “‘N I told’m that. He was there, when the fire was goin’. Helped me wit yer mechlings. He’s terrified o’ poverty. ‘N I understand why, since we come from the same corner o’ the Pit. Sometimes he makes bad choices but he’s a decent mech o’erall.”
“Are you bothering my patient?” A new voice, rumbled. Prowl flinched. He had never been easy to sneak up on. It had become even harder since he had been blinded, when his doorwings had taken the place of his optics. Was this how he was to live for the rest of his life? It felt unbearable.
“Smokey wasn’t bout to leave’m alone, ‘n rightly so,” Jazz replied. He did not sound as if he felt any fear towards this new mech. “I stepped out for half a klik to speak to Hide ‘n he was awake ‘n right terrified.”
“Fine... what did I tell you about using your servos?” The medic asked.
“They’re fine,” Jazz replied. “Ain’t putting pressure on’em or nothin’.”
“I have no faith in you,” the medic said. “I know better.”
“Ya wound me, Ratch,” Jazz replied, with a chuckle in his voice. “Ratchet’s the best medic on Cybertron, Prowl. He’ll want me outta the way to look at yer doors. Mind if I sit at yer peds.”
“If you have business to attend to, do not delay it on my behalf,” Prowl said.
“I got nothin’ goin’ on,” Jazz said. “Even if I did, it wouldn’t be more important than this.”
Prowl could not help but believe him and it was a strange. He should have been nothing but a potential new minion to this mech and yet, Jazz had brought him and his creations home to his originator, not just for a meal but for friendship and... for Punch’s approval. Rather than discourage any attachment from Punch, his originator, Jazz seemed to encourage it and... Smokescreen glyphs echoed in Prowl’s memory banks. Though he had denied it to his creation, the observation felt like a peculiar truth. When Jazz had all but danced with him in the field, there had been pleasure and warmth in his field. It made no sense. Prowl was not a beauty. He had been... simply unremarkable before the blinding where Nightstalker had been the beauty. Their procreators had called him the Jewel of Praxus. Prowl, he had been an udder disappointment. How could Jazz look had him now, with a mottled face with two empty pits and feel anything like attraction? Pity did not explain it. Heavy pedsteps signalled the medic’s approached as Jazz moved to sit at Prowl’s peds.
“I’m Ratchet, Prowl,” the medic formally introduced himself. “I’m sure the miscreant told you but both your mechlings are in good physical health. It’ll take them some time to process the fear and trauma. I think they were both brought back to the Cataclysm, especially your little one.”
“What do I do for them?” Prowl asked.
“What you’ve always done,” Ratchet replied. “Love them and listen to them. It’s done wonders.”
“I have not been able to help Bluestreak find his voice,” Prowl countered.
“Traumatic mutism is difficult for anyone to treat,” Ratchet said. “You gave him a voice with chirolinguistics. You’ve done more than a lot of medics would think to with that alone. You haven’t focused on his spoken voice. You empower him by adapting to his needs.”
“Ya done right by them,” Jazz told him.
“I’m going to change your bandages,” Ratchet said. “Despite your sensory grid being offline, you may still feel pain.”
“I understand,” Prowl said. He remember the agony when the farm’s creation cleaned his infected burns and applied dressings. Every dressings change had been a renewal of that agony, pain that had been worse than the original burn.
There was a throbbing pain across his back as Ratchet pealed away the bandages. It was unpleasant yes but nothing compared to what he had already endured. Jazz would be suffering far more with his treatments and Prowl felt guilty. He was relieved as Ratchet disposed of the used dressings, he smelled medicinal ointment, not festering metal. The odor of his facial burns had been a terrible thing and something he still smelled in his memory-purges. It felt more like an itch he could not place, that bounced all over his frame. Jazz brushed his bandaged sevo over Prowl’s ankle and it was grounding. Prowl smelled the ointment Ratchet took out to apply to his burns and distracted himself in separating the smells and narrowing down what crystals he believed had been used in the blend.
“It’s looking good,” Ratchet told him. “No infection. Luckily, you only suffered partial thickness burns. Most of your doorwing sensors should heal to within normal parameters. You may have some holes in your perception but your processor will fill those in so you don’t even notice.”
“That is a relief,” Prowl sighed. “I could not imagine how I would live completely blind.”
“Ya woulda found a way,” Jazz reassured him. “For the mechlings.”
“Thank you,” Prowl said.
“Are you hungry at all?” Ratchet asked.
“A little,” he replied.
“Good,” Ratchet said. “Punch took it upon himself to make a melon soup. He thought you’d be up this cycle.”
“Ori’s got good instincts,” Jazz declared. “Not feelin’ too banged up?”
“I am fine,” Prowl asked. “Sore. Just sore and tired.”
“Ya fell through the floor,” Jazz explained his concern. “Maybe it was a good think the smoke already had ya in stasis ‘cause ya was relaxed when ya fell ‘n that helped ya not too get too hurt.”
“I do not remember that at all,” Prowl said. “The last thing I remember is giving Bluesatreak to you.”
“Probably not a bad thing to forget,” Jazz said. “Important thing is ya made it out.”
