Hinamori wanted to honor all the work Hisagi has done for the SC by helping to produce one of the post-TYBW issues, similar to the special ryoka edition he put out after that invasion. She had a lot of help. Not all of that help was helpful.

[Editor’s Commentary 3/5] Hisagi’s Birthday Special Edition - Seireitei Communications

In a rare show of coordination, it’s actually possible to attend every single event advertised without overlap (with the notable exception of the 7th Division Stag Party and Hisagi’s birthday). Renji is appreciative of this fact, as he usually attends every event that he can. This is why he has so many friends and random hobbies. Most of the people who join in on the Saturday futsal end up at the 1st’s Saturday night karaoke.

The 12th specifically requested that their ad run adjacent to the 4th’s. (And it ended up looking like a Cards Against Humanity card, so I just leaned in. Mayuri has a few of these printed up to send off, and just handwrites in whatever the 12th happens to be seeking that month.)

Ikkaku has legitimately been thinking about the combini onigiri since the Advance Team deployment, but since Soul Society has been getting a lot of its food imported from the living realm post-TYBW as they try to get everything back up and running, he felt it imperative that he share this gem of wisdom with the rest of the Gotei 13. Both of the 11th’s contributions to this issue have been hastily taped in because they were finally submitted/located mere seconds before the issue had to go to print.

The 2nd’s ad is just an ad seeking a graphic designer for the Onmitsukidou, but Oomaeda put it in Webdings because it looked more secretive that way.
