Mobile Repair Stores vs. Online Repair: Which Is Right for You?
Tumblr media
Introduction :
With mobile repair services available both in physical stores and online, how do you decide which one is right for you?
While online repair services offer convenience, mobile repair stores provide a hands-on experience that many customers prefer. Which option offers the best balance of convenience, quality, and reliability?
In this article, we’ll compare mobile repair stores and online repair services to help you make the best decision for your needs.
1. Hands-On Experience vs. Remote Services
Mobile repair stores offer the advantage of face-to-face interaction, allowing you to directly speak with technicians and see the progress of the repair. Online services, on the other hand, require you to ship your phone, which can be inconvenient.
2. Turnaround Time
If you need your phone repaired quickly, a mobile repair store might be the better option, as repairs can often be done the same day. Online repair services may take several days, considering shipping times.
3. Cost Considerations
While online repair services may sometimes offer lower prices, the total cost of shipping, insurance, and potential delays can add up. Mobile repair stores offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
4. Convenience
Online services are great for people who are unable to visit a local repair shop. However, mobile repair stores allow you to have your phone fixed quickly, often while you wait, without the need to ship your phone.
Conclusion:
Choosing between a mobile repair store and an online service depends on your urgency, budget, and convenience. Both options have their pros and cons, so weigh them carefully before making your choice.

was talking with a friend about how some of dunmeshi fаndom misunderstands kabru's initial feelings towards laios.
to sum up kabru's situation via a self-contained modernized metaphor:
kabru is like a guy who lost his entire family in a highly traumatic car accident. years later he joins a discord server and takes note of laios, another server member who seems interesting, so they start chatting. then laios reveals his special interest and favorite movie of all time is David Cronenberg's Crash (1996), and invites kabru to go watch a demolition derby with him
#dungeon meshi#delicious in dungeon#kabru#kabru already added laios as a discord friend. everyone else in the server can see laios excitedly asking kabru to go with him#what would You even Do in this situation. how would YOU feel?#basically: kabru isnt a laios-hater! hes just in shock bc Thats His Trauma. the key part is kabru still says yes#bc he wants to get to know laios. to understand why laios would be so fascinated by something horrific to him#and ALSO bc even while in shock kabru can still tell laios has unique expertise + knowledge that Could be used for Good#even if kabru doesnt fully trust laios yet (bc kabru just started talking to the guy 2 hours ago. they barely know each other)#kabru also understands that getting to know ppl (esp laios) means having to get to know their passions. even if it triggers his trauma here#but thats too much to fit in this metaphor/analogy. this is NOT an AU! its not supposed to cover everything abt kabru or laios' character!#its a self-contained metaphor written Specifically to be more easily relatable+thus easy to understand for general ppl online#(ie. assumed discord users. hence why i said (a non-specific) 'discord server' and not something specific like 'car repair subreddit')#its for ppl who mightve not fully grasped kabru's character+intentions and think hes being mean/'chaotic'/murderous.#to place ppl in kabru's shoes in an emotionally similar situation thats more possible/grounded in irl experiences and contexts.#and also for the movie punchline#mynn.txt#dm text#crossposting my tweets onto here since my friends suggested so

Prompt 183
There’s a loud snarling noise outside the window.
Not that Jazz is concerned. She’s just also trying to study for med school and would appreciate some quiet. And preferred her brother not contracting rabies whenever he tried to square off with the local rogue or three who tried to use the alley.
As he had put it, it was his alley, he’d claimed it for tinkering. Though perhaps she should maybe ask him to quiet down on his insisted territorialism, even if she understood it. She would also probably maul someone if they tried to enter their apartment flat. It came with the territory of being ecto contaminated, or as the rest of them were now calling it, with being a liminal.
Once the more draconic aspects started to emerge well, one wasn’t just contaminated anymore after all. Hence the whole school-worth of them leaving Amity while all their parents waged war against the guys in white. Last she heard it was going well.
Which meant she could focus on her studies as soon as- okay it wouldn’t be quiet, it seems the rest of the kids joined in on mauling the poor idiot who tried to steal their things from the alley. Damn…

bumblebee holoform take 2. i like this one a whole better now, i feel like the outfit fits the vibe i was going for a lot better hehe
the car was admittedly traced from the screenshot below, from the 2007 movie, and the whole thing kinda turned into a colour study of that scene because i just really love the lighting in that film, its so pretty :33
i kinda just had fun with it towards the end though with all the scribbly bits haha

I have no pictures to show but I got to complete another little quest for a neighbor! By which I mean on the neighborhood facebook group one neighbor was getting rid of a large Mickey Mouse plushie but said it needed surgery, so I commented that I did not want it but would fix it for whoever did, and a different neighbor dropped it off at my house and I sewed its arms back on for them Someday I am going to open up offers to repair plushies to the internet but for now it's just for neighbors lol

Boba eyed the book on the table like it was going to bite him.
'Traditional Mandalorian Recipes' was written across the old book. Actual books were a rarity. And mandalorian ones even more so. In fact, Boba had not been aware that any even remained.
"Where did you say you got this again?" Boba asked, eyes not leaving the book for a single moment.
"What?" Cal looked up from where he was digging through a chest.
"I asked where you got this," Boba repeated.
"Oh! Luke gave it to me, said he owed me. He got it from some exploration of his, he didn't give me any details but I think it involved Grogus dad."
"The mandalorian?"
Cal hummed in response.
"Why wouldn't he keep the book for himself?"
"Who knows? Maybe he doesn't know how to cook?" Cal shrugged. He didn’t see what the big deal was.
"Cal."
Cal turned to face Boba at the serious tone.
"There are no more mandalorian books. It was all glassed along with Mandalore. This," he gestured at the book, "is worth millions of credits. And they just gave it to you? Where the hell did they even get it?"
Cal blinked at Boba. He hadn't known the book was such a big deal. He ran a hand through his hair. "I don't know. I'll ask next time I see Luke?" he offered, unsure what he was supposed to do. If that book really was worth that much... What the hell were they supposed to do with it?

she's soooooooooooo cute 💔💔💔 and sooooo gross and yucky disgusting and I am giving her a bath 🖤 at work the other chandler tacker of a similar model is in the hospital (get well soon my beloved 💔). This one has been in storage for over 20 years, so I got to rescue her to clean her up and see if she works.
I hadn't heard of these before working here but they're really neat. This one is a 600-75D Tackmaster. I'm not sure when it was made, but the manual was printed in 1972 and they were already making the 700 series by then too.
I think industrial commercial machines like this are cool cause they do like exactly one thing. very well. forever. For household use, most people today look for one versatile, user-friendly machine that can do a little of everything. an essay about planned obsolescence and right-to-repair is for another day. but suffice to say, they are completely different beasts.
In many workshop or production settings, you'll find a lot of machines set to do a specific task. buttonholes at this table, blind hemming at that one, straight stitching over there, etc.
The Tackmaster tacks. Just a tiny little front-to-back stitch and that's how it's earned its keep for over 50 years. This one, and a lot of other ones that do similar stitches, is a cycle machine. so you hit the pedal, and it automatically moves through a stitch cycle, then stops. absolute brick shithouse of a machine. she's SO heavy and so cool and I love her. it's been an honor dissecting and reanimating you, bestie
