(there will still be a post tomorrow to keep on track)#The original 3 panel comic idea was fine but the point of this new schedule was to take time to push myself a bit more.#I was taking a look back through some comic artists I felt inspired by#and I really loved how Lynda Barry fills her gutters with patterns and doodles!#Obviously I'm not going as absolutely wild with it as she does but it was a great exercise!#I truly think the gutters are the most important and most overlooked part of any comic. There's lots going on in that space.#It's the same with timeskips. The implied movement between moments that we don't see changes depending on how wide that gap is#You're here for the funny tags so here's some that ties this time talk together:#I think LWJ was thinking about that second note from day 2 but it took him 7 days of hazing to commit it to paper.#I think he sends it a day later and immediately regrets it. Chasing down the messenger and everything.#You know if something actually happened to his brother he would never ever forgive himself for putting the bad vibes out there.#Third time skip was the hardest because there was so many possible flavours of jokes here. Day 8/9 was a personal favourite.#day 14 was also funny (week by week). I think the debate on 'how long does lwj take to catch feelings' is more or less:#'how long does it take for him to arrive at a particular stage of grief and yearning (and awareness of it all)#This is a symphony. horror is so BLESSED he's the only one out of the murder time trio that has actual good people trying to influence his story 💔💔 dust and killer were both driven to INSANITY because of the choices of their respective humans but horror??? every time without FAIL the polls for horrortale's plotline have always ended in a good place for aliza (either by bettering her relationships/reputation or for her to just. not DIE)

Drawing my Skyrim OCs is probably how I'll get back into character illo... it's nice to have a "starting point" re: lore as opposed to just "making it up" + it becomes basically impossible to not meddle in a backstory for ur character after playing for long enough lol
#reminiscing on the day i started playing & was like haha i'll just name my character Elmer bc it was the first thing that came to mind#& was goofy enough to not get too invested in#come to find out the -mer suffix fits the bill perfectly for a wood elf#so now theyre stuck as Elm(er) bc changing it would simply not b the same...#recreated the character on PC solely bc i Need to marry teldryn sero. ok.#also redoing the main quest as a silly goofy khajiit#+ created a “test” character for troubleshooting mods but he became his own entity too#hes a fucked up evil snow elf who loves killing :D#it feels wrong but i need him to believably complete the dark brotherhood quest (objectively the best one in the game)#and marry the stupid clown if possible.#so now i have a “good” “bad” & “morally ambiguous” character to inform my playstyles#yippee#this is an insane amount of tags#txt#tes

#tag talk#told my brother about how I trimmed my sublingual frenulum and he explained to me how apparently I'm a 12 on the weird scale#he was like “at least it wasn't the dick one” and I had to tell him that yeah I already got that one like.. two years ago.#I think I'm now a 13 on the weird scale in his eyes#idk. it's always an isolating experience to meet people who are like “yeah I'm so weird I'm a freak!” and then I start talking and they just#the slow horror creeps across their face and suddenly I'm the freak again.#and here's the thing. yeah it's mixed up in mental instability but it's rooted in a genuine view that my body is just an object#I feel better than I've ever felt and I've been thinking about how I don't like that part of my body. so I changed it. simple as that.#it's not self harm it's self actualization. I'm creating something.#this is my gripe with mental health professionals. they view it as pathology. view it as a problem.#was me piercing my ears an act of self harm? I would say no. but deliberately sticking a needle into your body could be extrapolated as such#idk. just because I'm not like everyone else doesn't make me a freak. doesn't make me bad. doesn't make me abhorrent.#I like the fact that I'm becoming more confident in my weirdness. owning it. if anyone doesn't like it they can leave. I kno I can say no to people, including my parent, but it has been so ingrained in me that unless I am litterally in the middle of something or about to be that I'm doing nothing and therefore should be able to do whatever thing in that moment- usually involving driving somewhat to get someone or take them somewhere or help my parents with some shit that could google but don't even attempt to
And I feel so tired today
#my parents yesterday needed their printer ink changed ans i went out to lunch with dad#so like sure why not go do that and then the printer got pissy because? i don't know some bullshit so i had to sort that out#then today my parents wanted a ride to a bar they go to#sure fine simple enough didn't even change out of my pjs bottoms#but also dad needed some all downloaded on his tablet and needed that set up#and they needed a ride home after the bar#but they want me to go inside see some people specifically one who's moving soon#sure I'll change into clothes#then halie needs a pick up from work#well im already not home so like sure#it's not on the way but like I'm in the car so whatever#but im early because i finished with my parents and wasn't going home just to get back up#oh and she needs to go to Walmart sure whatever maybe I'll buy pokemon cards#and its just been that ever since i got my damn license#well not all with halie but my parents and other things#ugh#I've started telling halie i cant occasionally#but then fell bad when she comes home late cause whoever she got for a ride couldn't come earlier#and uber abs lyft aren't very reliable or quick here#she said she waited an hour yesterday for them before she finally found a family friend(?) who could take her home#and all thevwhile at my parents im told that when they leave for their trip *I* have to take the dogs to the kennel#cause they didnt have a day open before they left#and then *I* have to oick them up days before they get home cause thats the time they had open#and like yeah ok whatever sure i guess i have nothing going on fine whateever#tag rambles#dont mind me

I don't really have a hard-set design for any of the QSMP characters in mind because I'll see all kinds of cool fanart that look totally different and just go "Yeah that's them!" because the designs are all flexible to me.
...This does, however, make it very hard to translate their designs into custom Figmas because I can't decide on a single look.
#i talk#qsmp talk#I might make a post in the future asking for help deciding designs for certain characters#because I've got multiple options for a few of them#figma talk#<- Fine I'll start a tag for it#I'm dragging my feet doing this project because it took so much time to collect pieces#and frankly it was too much money even if I got everything third-hand#so I'm REALLY scared I'll frick it up#especially since I fricked up the Richas one (had to paint his skin and went with the advice of someone instead of doing what my gut said)#Luckily I got another base for him which was incredibly fortunate#but it does mean I'm really nervous about making any other major changes to the other figmas I have#two of them are like. Freakishly overpriced and expensive and I don't know how on earth I managed to get those two at a crazy low deal#The problem is that one is so well made I don't want to butcher it despite hating the character and show he's from#and the other I luckily have a variant for because it's ALSO too nice for me to want to butcher#o(-(#I did pick some Pac hair I think I'm happy with#I just need to think about it for a day and come back to it#and then convince myself to do the modifications#which will be scary because there's no going back once I do that
