The way they were literally BEGGING lando is so embarrassing, like why are you acting like a brat when you're supposed to be a "championship contender"

LITERALLY!!! This is my personal opinion but if he’s so worried about potentially missing the opportunity to compete for the championship then he should start by not bottling at the start while having the fastest car instead of throwing a tantrum.

Also (and AGAIN, personal opinion) I feel like his temperament issues (for lack of better terms) could end up working against him if he doesn’t work on them. Like his engineer said: he could end up losing Oscar and the team’s trust. And although there are many temperamental drivers throughout F1 who were/are successful (Max was literally complaining to GP a lot during the race and he has a bit of a reputation for being temperamental if I’m not mistaken), that type of attitude clearly doesn’t work in Lando’s favour.

I can understand the frustration, but the way he acted still wasn’t the right way.

What’s the best way to get out of an eating disorder? Any tips?

No clue how old this is but I'll try my fucking best. I've recovered and relapsed so many times in a life but I have a sorta okay idea of it that has worked for me in the past.

1. You can't jump into a healthy diet of a normal amount of calories. You'll get full too fast, feel sick, and struggle with hunger. Build up.

2. Work with your doctor and a nutritionist as much as you can (and are able to afford).

3. Build confidence in things other than your appearance. Find things about your personality that you like and hobbies you're good at.

4. If junk food triggers you for a period of time find other foods that you can eat in large amounts. (I like to cook since I find it rewarding and am more likely to eat something if I'm proud of it).

5. Sometimes EDs are linked to other disorders like OCD or depression. If you have a psychiatrist ask them about medications for these things and if possible see a therapist regularly.

Good luck. I hope I have anything that helps cause I suck at giving advice.

respect your opinion and all but literally you cannot say that if you were lando you wouldn’t be frustrated w the team too, your fighting for championship points, the team handed you a win on a fuvking silver platter and are suddenly demanding it back like it wasn’t them who messed up (like how he said why’d they pit him first then?) with the strategy. you’d be bloody pissed too, i don’t think it’s fair to call that spoiled brat behaviour. did you even see the way fernando and seb to name a few were acting way back when?

Anon I don’t know how to tell you this but you can be frustrated at a bad team strategy without almost ruining your teammate’s potential win.

And no, I wasn’t around to watch and at the end of the day it doesn’t matter. Lando was still in the wrong and just because he got handed a win due to the safety car and just because he’s second in the championship doesn’t give him the right to be a dickhead to his engineer and teammate. If he wants to fight for the championship then he has to listen to the team (just like his engineer said) and if he thinks it was a bad move then he should argue with the team after the race, not by having childish arguments on the radio like GP said.
