sometimes I mix up MH (Monster High) with MHA (My Hero Academia) so I decided to make a crossover AU between them

Alrighg, so I’ll just start with some very basic info, all of the MHA kids go to Monster High, although I think the ghouls and monsters going to UA would also be cool and I guess that could be some other AU, also don't ask me if I'll be using the G1 or G3 Monster High lore, because not even I know. Also, as for the character designs, monster high doesn't have a uniform so I’ll put the characters in their casual clothes but add elements of their hero costumes to give it a more monster high energy

• it was a little hard to think of what kind of Monster Aoyama would be since I wanted to maintain some variation of their quirks, and there aren't really any monsters that shoot lasers out of their stomach, so I decided to make him a cyborg, plus I think it would be cool if the armour and giant shades of his hero costume were part of his body

• Mina is just a straight-up alien, I mean she originally wanted her hero name to be Alien Queen, so it makes sense.

• Tsuyu is a Loveland Frogperson, of you don't know what that is, it's an American cryptid that's basically just a human-sized frog that walks on it's hind legs, so it's perfect for Tsu

• I decided to make Uraraka a ghost because not only would gravity perpetually not apply to her, but she would also have telekinesis and so, she could make gravity not apply to other things/people, which fits with both uses of her quirk

• Ojiro would basically not change at all, but I haven't really decided what specific kind of monster he would be, considering his quirk is literally just that he has a tail, IDK I'll have to get back to him

• Iida would be a steam-powered robot like Robbecca Steam, I thought of this because of the engines on his calves lol

• Kirishima would be a rock elemental, that feels really obvious

• Kaminari would be a Frankenstein's Monster like Frankie, because electricity

• I'm not really sure what species Koda would be, but then I remembered Jane Boolittle who can also talk to animals and whose species is ALSO unknown, so I thought "Eh, it's fine if I don't know because neither does Koji"

• I have no clue what Sato's species would be lol, I might have to get back to him too

• Mezo Shouji is pretty obvious, anthro octopus, maybe also like, part shapeshifter to explain how he can grow extra eyes and mouths at the ends of his limbs, maybe he's even related to Tamaki in this AU

• Jirou is a vampire, but I'm specifically more focused on the bat part than the undead part or the blood drinking part, my reason being that bats have really great hearing and can use ecolocation, plus I just want her to have really big bat ears with dangly chain earrings to stand in for her earphone jacks

• Since Sero's tape power is already supposed to be based on Spiderman's web-slinging, I've decided to make him an anthropomorphic spider like Wydonna

• Tokoyami is a bird man, not much about that changes, but as for how Dark Shadow exists, he's actually Tokoyami's twin who he absorbed in the womb (egg?) And now is sort of a ghost but was also never really alive to begin with? IDK I've seen this premise used in some Danny Phantom AUs and I couldn’t really think of any other way for Dark Shadow to exist

• Todoroki will be an anthropomorphic salamander because not only are there myths of Salamanders being birthed from flames, but there is also a real world salamander species that can turn its own blood into an antifreeze substance so that it can safely hibernate in the winter, IT’S JUST TOO PERFECT!!!

•literally nothing changes about Hagakure

• Bakugou is an anthropomorphic dragon, I know that doesn't really relate to explosions specifically but I wasn’t sure what else to do and breathing fire seemed close enough

• for Deku I was originally gonna make him human, but I thought of something infinitely funnier; he's half merman half centaur and inherited the human half from both of his parents

• I had a hard time coming up with something for Momo, but my friend suggested to make her a Demon because demons can create stuff out of thin air sometimes (and NO, her creations will not be coming out of her boobs in this AU, I am well aware of how often both demons and Momo Yaoyorozu are sexualized and I don't want to do that here, she'll just use her horns to make stuff)

• Shinsou as a siren feels like the most natural creature for him to be, especially since not only is he using a power that comes from his voice to make people do things they normally wouldn't, but sirens are typically seen as the evil counterpart to mermaids, much like how everyone perceives Shinsou's quirk as inherently villainous, so it fits really perfectly

Masahirao Ojiro

He'd sometimes joke that he's a bit boring and plain (not true) while you stand out and look interesting to say the least (true).

If you need any pictures taken just ask and he'll be your photographer for a little while. He might not be talented or a professional but he does take pretty good photos.

Your makeup skills are pretty impressive and even though he doesn't know much about it he's still very likely to complement you.

Not to mention how good the costumes look on you. It's either that every character is a good fit for you or you just know who to choose.

It also might just be because he finds you good looking- no matter if you wear a costume or not.

Eijiro Kirishima

Sometimes he can't recognize you at all and while it's somewhat scary it's still incredibly cool!

But him not recognizing you doesn't mean that he doesn't know it's you. That gut feeling never failed him.

Sometimes he let's you practice makeup on him. He really likes it and often takes a picture with you once you're done.

Although he might not be the best at staying still he really just focuses his eyes on you as he listens for your directions (when to close his eyes etc).

While he'd really love to join in the hobby of cosplaying he really doesn't think that's for him. Sure he has a lot of fun helping you out but he doesn't think that he could sit in such costumes for a longer time. Be it for a session or a convention.

Fumikage Tokoyami

He doesn't really think much of it but he gives credit when it's due. You just always happen to look amazing okay?

His compliments can sometimes be a little bit odd but they're sweet in their core.

If you walk around in a cosplay and he's with you he sometimes gets considered a cosplayer due to his looks. It's a bit weird and awkward but after some time you decided together to just roll with it.

He doesn't really find this much amusing but in the end he sticks to what you two agreed on. It's much less hassle to let people think what they think than to correct them each time.

Looking at how often it happens... He thinks so too. Thanks to that you have a lot of photos together too, so that's a good thing no?

Before they got together Tooru was actually the one oblivious to both his and her own feelings.

She just felt so happy to be around him and his smile was just the cutest. But she never even thought that she might be in love with him.

If she gave it a thought she probably whould have noticed how she felt.

They were spending a lot of time as friends and he allways checked on her after any battles to make triple sure she was alright.

He never threw any hints that he liked her wich resulted with him looking like a very caring friend in the end.

But not to a certain girl. And no it wasn't Tooru. It was Mina. She just saw how he reacted around her and at first and she decided to test him for herself.

Wich was tons of teasing. It was to see his reaction that whould either confirm or deny for her his feelings for her dear friend Tooru.

And she got the results she hoped for. Then she did the same with Tooru.

When Mina started it she wasn't acting shy about it and she just thought and said "Oh! Maybe you're right! That whould actually explain a lot" with excited voice.

So it didn't take long untill she confessed. It was quite sudden and Ojiro was sure she was joking at first but he couldn't be more wrong.

He was happy! Very happy in fact and thus the two became a couple.

Tooru was super affectionate she loved to give him a surprise hug or a kiss. Wich allways surprised Ojiro but he whouldn't just leave her with nothing.

Sometimes when Ojiro whould give her a kiss he sometimes misses her lips and kisses her nose or cheek instead wich she just finds adorable.

But they try to not be so affectionate in public when it whould obviously make others uncomfortable.

They go out quite often but they don't abandon their studies and training.

He also likes to surprise her on different occasions. Like valentine's day or her birthday.

But Tooru actually does the same. She also allways has something for him too.

Sorry I could’t find ur ask bow. But may please have the reactions of class 1A plus Monoma and Shinsou hearing a small child calling Midoriya the “Broccoli hero” please?

This is from a while ago… sorry. Also Mineta has been replaced by Shinso, since he doesn’t exist within the realms of this blog. 

p.s due to the amount of characters, the amount per person is shorter.

Yugo Aoyama: Actually chokes. He’s used to Midoriya’s actions but this was a whole other level. He’s trying hard not to laugh as it was a child who has now nicknamed one of the twin stars a vegetable. 

Mina Ashido: Absolutely adores it! She thinks it’s super cute how even children have become their fans. It certainly doesn’t help Midoriya’s pride when she also jokingly calls him a “broccoli hero”. 

Tsuyu Asui: Kinda confused but thinks it’s cute that her friend is being given a nickname by someone outside of the school. 

Tenya Iida: In shock due to the lack of professionalism this new name has given his rival. He wouldn’t outright tell the kid off but would check in with Midoriya afterwards. 

Ochaco Uraraka: She thinks it’s super cute and fitting. She won’t lie and say it hasn’t crossed her mind at least once that Midoriya’s hair looks like a certain green food item. 

Masahiro Ojiro: He’s in a sort of neutral state with this. Ojiro doesn’t have any particular feelings towards this new name but he will on occasion call Midoriya the “vegetable hero”.  

Denki Kaminari: Actually dying. He’s in between loving it finding it hilarious that Midoriya’s being called this and sorta jealous that he doesn’t have a super cute nickname that the ladies will like. 

Ejiro Kirishima: Behind it 100%. This adorable rock shark is in love with the name and considers being called it “Super manly” as it now means that they’re being considered real heroes to be called these names (as long as it isn’t negative). 

Koji Koda: He find it really cute and nice, it warms his heart that some people like broccolis and hope that more people can enjoy them now. 

Rikido Sato: Sato is in the camp that will joke with Midoriya about the new name and secretly wants someone to give him a cool name. 

Mezo Shouji: He finds it fitting that this pure bean has a name to fit his personality. He finds it really cute, even if he won’t say it outloud. 

Kyoka Jirou: Neutral as well. She won’t want to be called this herself but does find it cute. 

Hanta Sero: Along with the Bakusquad will joke around with Midoriya. He’ll also try and come up with other food related nicknames for the rest of the class.

Fumikage Tokoyami: Doesn’t really care all that much. Sure it took him by surprise at first but has warmed up to the idea of Midoriya being a broccoli. 

Shoto Todoroki: Indifferent about it but will occasionally call Midoriya “Broccoli”. Don’t tell anyone but he set Midoriya’s contact as “Broccoli boi”. 

Toru Hagekure: Is in love with how cute the nickname is. Along with Sero, will help him give the others in class a food name. 

Katsuki Bakugou: Can’t care in the slightest. What should he care what Deku is being called. Is secretly jealous that Deku’s even has children giving him nicknames. 

Izuku Midoriya: Surprised and flustered. He definitely wasn’t counting on being called “broccoli hero” but it warms his heart to know that he has younger fans and it spurs him to become a better hero. 

Minoru Mineta Hitoshi Shinso: Doesn’t care too much. If anything, this makes him want to work harder to surpass Midoriya as a hero. 

Momo Yaoyorozu: Actually is kinda jealous that Midoriya’s getting such a cute nickname. The broccoli aspect of it, is a bit childish for her tastes but it still makes her smile with how pure both the child and Midoriya are. 

Neito Monoma: Will actually have a heart attack. How dare 1-A get so good that even children like them. He needs to beat them somehow.
