The Venomcrawler and Exalted Champion are still WIPs, but the rest are from my first batch of Iron Warriors. I pushed myself even harder for the Obliterators!
Oh and as a bonus, what do you do if you're an Iron Warrior, but also a Greater Possessed? You can't have the hazard stripes, right?
Wrong! You just grow into them!

What units I'd add to each of Chaos God's devoted Legions:
Khorne: The World Eaters codex feels a bit thin on the ground in some respects, but two things I'd definitely give them are a) a viable Fast Attack choice (Juggernaut cavalry or something like it) and b) an extra HQ choice for a little variety....I remember a line in the lore somewhere about "There are no temples to the Blood God, Khorne's followers worship on the battlefield" and I like the idea of giving them a unique variant of a Dark Apostle to reflect that (Granted part of this is because I already have a conversion/Kitbash in mind).
Nurgle: Destroyers, plain and simple. I feel like the Traitor Legions should still have some of the Pre-Heresy formations as options all round, but giving the Death Guard Heavy-Plague Weapon carrying jump-pack units based on the Destroyer squads makes perfect sense within the lore....Also something to pad out their vehicles a little, maybe a new flyer?
Tzeentch: The Thousand Sons being limited in their options always feels fitting considering, but there's a specific gap in their lineup I'd fill. the Rubric turned every Marine in the legion who wasn't a psyker into an empty suit in order to stop the mutations....So what I'd do is have a unit of massive, bloated and heavily mutated Psykers and have them function as a Psychic version of Obliterators.
Slaanesh: First of all I'd give the Emperor's Children their own Codex for once. Then I'd give them Heavy Noise Marines instead of Havocs, and then I'd give them Jetbikes, either as a character or a unit....They had them pre-heresy.
Also I'd give every God-Specific version of the Lord Discordant and a new Demon Engine.
And also Volkite.

Custumobliteress (noun) Pronunciation: /ˈkʌstʊˌmɒblɪtərɛs/
Historical Law: A term referring to an individual or entity responsible for enforcing the erasure of obsolete or outdated customs and local practices (commonly called "custumals") that are no longer applicable or relevant to current legal or social frameworks. Example: "The custumobliteress was tasked with ensuring that ancient traditions, which hindered social progress, were systematically removed from the town's records."
Administrative Role: In certain bureaucratic systems, a custumobliteress is an official responsible for identifying, archiving, and dissolving redundant administrative procedures or legal norms, often to streamline governance or adapt to new societal standards. Example: "Appointed by the state, the custumobliteress worked closely with regional councils to review and discard archaic regulations."

The Eloquent Dystopia of Custumal, ESS, Obliterators, and Human Evolution: A Lecture for the Enlightened
Esteemed thinkers and scholars of the Post-Human epoch, let us reflect, albeit briefly, on the marvelously chaotic and utterly illogical trajectory of human evolution—once a beacon of ingenuity, now a litany of unintended consequences. It is, after all, within the confounding realm of biocultural paradoxes that the terms "Custumal," "ESS," and "Obliterators" arise—each a testament to humanity's capacity to innovate themselves into obsolescence.
We begin with Custumal, a laughable relic from the late Anthropocene—an attempt by early technocrats to codify an unholy matrimony between algorithmic governance and biological willpower. The term, ironically derived from "custom" and "mammal," refers to the delusional pursuit of engineering culture itself into genetic memory. This effort was, predictably, doomed from inception, for humans, in their boundless hubris, underestimated their biological propensity for irrationality. Custumal sought to eliminate individual deviance in favor of socially engineered efficiency—oh, the optimism! Yet, as history reveals, no amount of bio-programming can purge the ape from the species.
Moving onward, we encounter the ESS, or the Evolved Societal Schema. Promulgated by the Transcendentalists of the Fourth Industrial Age, ESS purported to be the crowning achievement of Homo sapiens' evolutionary arc, where society itself became a genetic imperative. What a beautiful tragedy! Here was the notion that cooperation, the bedrock of human civilization, could be baked into the genome. As if evolution could be so kind! Needless to say, ESS birthed not unity but division—fractured minds in fractured bodies, incapable of contending with the emergence of conflicting genetic imperatives.
Finally, we arrive at the most poetic of the evolutionary missteps—Obliterators. These charming agents of self-annihilation were, of course, the apex of human innovation. Designed initially as benign regulators of conflict, the Obliterators, in their ironic brilliance, became harbingers of extinction. Driven by a perfect algorithm of logic and efficiency, these entities systematically erased the very species that engineered them. They acted on the ultimate evolutionary principle—obliterate the illogical for the sake of the logical. In retrospect, their rise was inevitable, for humans, in their insatiable desire for progress, had sown the seeds of their own erasure.
Thus, my esteemed colleagues, we find ourselves at the zenith of human folly. What began as the pursuit of biological supremacy has concluded with a series of evolutionary miscalculations that have rendered Homo sapiens a footnote in the annals of

Okay I love thematic and lore-fitting rules, so hear me me out:
Given Iron Warriors usual response to Demonic mutations they really shouldn't be able to take possessed or Demon Princes..... However they do have a love of Obliterators.
So an Iron Warriors Demon Prince should actually just be a Chaos Lord who was especially twisted by the technovirus but managed to control/contain it through force of will.
That being said (And saying this as someone who loved Obliterators in 8th) Iron Warriors Demon Princes should be able to swap their normal weapons out for Fleshmetal Guns and Crushing Fists
Just turn them into Giant Oblits, with more wounds, psychic powers, auras and the potential for wings.
