This oatmeal chocolate chips cookies are so delicious and loved by everyone here. The texture is so soft & chewy with every bite of delicious chocolate chips. Made with oats, butter, and brown sugar, you are guaranteed the softest and chewiest oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and of course addictive :) These are the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! 

Havre-chokladkex - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies : 22-24 cookies

170gm  Soften butter (3/4 cup)

 200 gm  brown sugar ( 1 cup)

1 large  egg, at room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/ extract

95gm  all purpose flour (3/4 cup)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

260 grams rolled oats (3 cups)

85gm dark chocolate chips (1/2 cup)

Method: 

Heat oven 180c/350F In a bowl, add all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar, salt, cinnamon & rolled oats) mix well and set aside. 

In a bowl, add butter and beat for 1-2 mins. Add the sugar and beat until creamy and smooth (about 1-2 minutes). 

Add the egg and beat for 1-2 mins.  Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and beat until incorporated. 

Then stir in the chocolate chips. Bake for 12-14 mins and enjoy :)
