windbreaker blowing up on tumblr is so so so well deserved. i was genuinely shocked because it took a little bit for the hype to catch on???? the seiyuus are literal legends (in my eyes hehe), the animation’s SO FUCKING GOOD LIKE HELLO!??, the op and ending song aren’t ass??????? I’m super excited for what’s to come for our fandom and the anime. ALSO fun fact, I have the fattest crush on Umehara Yuichiro so him voicing Togame literally brought me to my god damn knees, bro. I’m expecting Eguchi Takuya to secure a character too bc ofjfkdkd his voice would be perfect for a villain.

also may or may not have picked windbreaker up bc I saw a character named Kiryu and an eyepatched character and I 😮👈😮👈 YAKUZA REFERENCE!!!!! (probably not but the coincidence is silly to me)

I’m not super caught up on the anime (on episode 7 atm!) I wanna savor every episode and binge them back to back (also bc my hubby’s got so much screentime I wanna savor that him EVEN MORE YUM YUM YUMMY). Caught up on the manga though and I Have Thoughts.

the endo fight’s scaring me, man. also super fucking worried about ume bc WE HAVEN’T SEEN HIM FOR SO LONG??? the chair throw spooked me. also worried about ume’s vegetable garden. I know it’s getting trampled to shit. also very worried about sakura. he’s getting all banged up by endo, his nose is probably broken now wtf he was bleeding SO MUCH.

chika’s scary too. both him and endo. i honestly don’t know what’s gonna happen next like, they’re both so unpredictable and unhinged that my butthole’s clenching in sheer terror.

I’m also very concerned about suo. WHY HAVE WE NOT SEEN HIM EATING (or maybe I’ve missed a panel lol) but with every food offer he’s ever been given, he turns them down. also the fact that we only know him on a surface’s surface level even when he’s one of the main boys is scaring me. we’re 140+ chapters deep and not one single suo morsel for us to nibble on. I don’t want a betrayal thing happening ok lol that would be my tipping point i fear.

3D glasses are meant to direct a slightly different image to each eye, therefore a properly equipped TV can use that effect to create the illusion of depth. If you look at Nino through 3D glasses, through one lens you see Nino and the other you see Luka.

Honestly that sounds like it would give you a headache since the superimposed images would probably confuse your brain, but no one said finding the truth was easy.

okay so every single comment i get makes my fucking day every single time there is no endorphin rush quite like getting that ao3 email. but i obviously wanna shout out my friends who are so supportive and kind and lovely and in particular @valenciaperez who not only comments really lovely stuff but always replies to my comments on her fics with like an in-depth response to everything i’ve said. she just posted something about how cool it is looking back at all my comments on her fic Etude Op. 25, No.2 in F Minor (one of the best arrested development fics i’ve ever read if you haven’t read it please do so immediately) because at the beginning we didn’t know each other and i was just a dork reading her amazing fic and now we’re friends and????? it’s just crazy seeing how far we’ve come

10. any writing advice?

write about what you love. find a fandom and characters you care about, use tropes that you love, put the characters in AUs that you love (a la alex making gob a classical musician, or dee aka @gobbluthlesbian ‘s writing a figure skating AU). loving what you write makes it a lot easier.

22. favourite line/quote/inner monologue from this character? (peter and/or sam)

the best sam line is objectively “it’s kiss your homie hours” courtesy of the incredible talented showstopping @petemaldonado. that’s just so fucking funny and encapsulates sam’s attitude during the entire fic and i love it and rachel to death.

i don’t have a specific favourite line but i like peter’s general exasperation with sam. and how he has to admit that high school musical 3 contains some fucking banging tunes

29. do you eat or drink anything while you write?

this is kinda weird but i usually eat and drink when i’m doing like any type of task. my brain needs instant gratification so i can’t do anything without also eating chips and drinking pepsi. the more unhealthy the snack the better the outcome

35. any foreshadowing/symbolism you wrote that you hope readers don’t miss?

i can’t really think of any foreshadowing or symbolism tbh. unless i put it in unintentionally. i put a lot of little references and easter eggs and stuff in that i think are clever but probably no one else does lol. like in my fic TBA, in the first chapter michael’s phone number spells out “Clapton”, like eric clapton, because he’s the band’s guitarist and i probably spent way too much coming up with that and i’m the only person who knows about it. and then later in the fic there are references to crazy ex girlfriend and daria (i literally have a list of daria references i wanna put in the fic alkdsjfls)

49. this character’s starbucks order? (peter and/or sam)

imma be honest idk shit about starbucks lkjaldskfsd melburnians don’t go to starbucks bc american coffee is shit compared to melbourne coffee  but in uninformed opinion i feel like sam would always get a hot chocolate (or an iced chocolated if it’s hot) and if he’s feeling a lil fancy maybe a caramel hot chocolate. if he wants coffee it’s one of their fancy coffees with a shit ton of cream and sugar and flavouring. peter, on the other hand, drinks exclusively flat whites.
