In honour of me restarting Distant Shores, Here's a redesign of César & his main outfit for DS! (The fem/replacement for "Jolly Roger"):

Unlike his og version, this revamped version of César doesn't have natural doe eyes. His eyes are naturally half-lidded half the time, though he usually uses Doe eyes constantly to get information.

He only stops the Doe eyes act when he's pissed, genuinely sad, and when he's alone.

Also you can see his bright hazel eyes a bit clearer now!

His nails grow long and sharp due to him being part fishy, yet they grow quickly. Like back to full length after 12 hours. He has to constantly cut them so no one (at first) gets suspicious of his nails.

And his skin is a bit more shiny and glowy, a side effect of being part fishy.
