I'm kinda mad because I couldn't find a good facial expression to do for him to make it look like he's singing, BUT THIS IS GOOD ENOUGH!!!
oh I know Pinterest hates to see me coming when I type "mermaid scene" in the search bar.

Made his outfits more "César" like.
a Masc & Fem version because some days he can't stay as one energy the entire time.
Yes he's wearing a lace top underneath, why? Because no one noticed it when he was doing scenes with the director, and he likes wearing lace under outfits to give a lil "razzle dazzle". It helps when he has to charm people to get info anyway.

Meet my "distant shores" mc, another bicon for the ages:
César Yehia
Tumblr media
YES. HIS HAIR IS THAT LONG BECAUSE let's say his mama's side of the family are fishy
• he is El Salvadoran & Egyptian. Mama is Egyptian, papa is El Salvadoran. They however grew up in Greece
• he grew up watching Mamma Mia on repeat, he watched musicals and became the biggest theatre kid in the world.
• his birthday is June 29
• his favourite phrase is "Tally Ho!" Because he was a pirate kid growing up. (It pays off now lmao)
• he's a whimsical guy, he can't go 5 seconds without walking on ship railing and laying lazily on the nose of the ship as if it's a bed.
• was definitely a cat in his past life.

❝Another dimension❞
Edward x César unserious drabble. (In which César was able to stay in the past)
Tumblr media
A drabble in which Edward is really angry over missing a ship to loot, and gets a head massage by César to quell his anger.
Warnings?: while I care for historical accuracy, I also kinda don't. So don't expect EVERYTHING* here to be truly historically accurate. Also nothing besides fluff and Edward loving César because who doesn't love César?
"Edward!" Maggie yelled to Edward before he slammed the door on her face.
A long list of misfortunes happened that week. Their ship getting hit and needing a repair, some of their stuff getting stolen while doing a port-stop at St Sivilian, losing their map- and now missing the chance to do damage to a navy ship was the cherry on top.
The sounds of the sea waves hitting "Poseidon's Revenge II",
Edward took off his leather coat and sword-strap from his shoulder, and he sat on his bed. The mattress gave into his weight barely, after being stuffed to the brim with random things.
"..." He started at the wall in front of him. Silently.
Unmoving, his anger boiling beneath his skin. He wanted to scream, but he didn't want to scare anyone outside (and the seven seas FORBID he scares Ginny).
As he simmered in his spot, his knuckles clenched to the point that you could see the bone underneath, his body tense. His head snapped to the door to his cabin when he heard a soft knock, followed by a smooth deep voice...
"My Edward?" César called out,
his long nails could be heard on the other side unintentionally scraping the wood as he lightly pushed the door open.
"My darling?" He called out again.
A pair of beautiful hazel eyes could be seen through the crack in the door. Wisps of long brunette hair strands filled his face.
"... What." Edward still looked at César with narrowed eyes.
his tone still holding the agitation he felt, though he tried to not sound too annoyed to his beloved.
"you're worse than I thought..." César entered the room, softly closing the door behind him.
Moving towards the bed, be sat down next to Edward. A hand going to his shoulder to try and soothe him. Rubbing in circles, his nails lightly poking through his top.
Edward followed the circular motion with his gaze for a few seconds, before putting his hand on top of César's and pushing it off. César frowned, now moving his now-pushed off hand to Edwards chest, his fingers moving along the necklace Edward wore. Tapping on the beads.
Edward didn't make a move to push his hand away this time. Simply looking at his boyfriend's eyes, that were hidden under long eyelashes.
"You wanna tell me the biggest thing going on in that head of yours? Or are you going to simmer in silence the entire time?..." César looked into Edwards pupils.
It reminded him of black pearls, 2 holes of a black void, that with shine had turned it into a night sky.
"I'm just annoyed. I guess everything else happening the last few days built up, and this missed-opportunity to get to a navy ship was the last thing I needed..." Edward explained in a whisper, his eyes struggling to keep contact with his beloved's.
All he could see were doe brown eyes, half-lidded and boring into his. Unwavering, as he could feel a hand on his chest playing around with his necklace. It made his breath fasten, only by a bit.
Looking away, César only listened to him, before sitting closer and pushing his black hair up, giving the spot a little peck.
"I know something that could help clear your mind..." César then looked at his top, "actually, two things..."
"hm? And what are these 'two things'?" Edward looked back at him.
César moved his hand from the necklace to Edwards top.
"first, you need to get out of this old thing... It has tears and cuts- how are you going to think clearly if you're not wearing fresh clothes?"
Edward only looked down at himself. Being used to wearing clothes with tears, he usually stitches it back together. So he didn't see the problem an accidental time-traveler from the future would have, about clothes like his.
César pulled him a little closer by the coller. His expression neautral, but his eyes said it all. [Seriously, my Edward?] he thought.
"just trust me on this, I'll even find you a top..." César then stood up, going towards a dresser Edward had.
Opening up the first drawer, all César could see was coins and jewels a-plenty. All glittering different colours and shapes, all tucked away. Closing it, he opened the second drawer that was full of clothes. Mostly tops and pants, but there was also random scraps or cloth.
"hm..." César hummed as he pulled out a linen shirt.
It was beige linen, with frills hemming the edges of a tie up neckline. It smelt dusty, like it'd been rotting away. With batwing sleeves, it wasn't César's first Choice- but Edward could make anything work right?
Imagining him in it, showing off his cleavage, seeing him untie the neckline,
[ooh yes, this'll do~] César thought, smiling to himself.
Turning to look at Edward, who was in lalaland. Staring blankly at the floor with his elbows on his lap, his hands dangling down.
César moved forward, kneeling in front of him, he reached out and tapped his nose.
"Don't do that." Edward quickly grabbed his hand and pushed it away, his eyes moving to César's.
It made him giggle as he took his hand away from Edward. Holding the beige top, he draped it over Edward's left knee.
"C'mon my dearest, try this on, I think you'll like wearing something different..." César then stood up, moving back and facing the wall, "I'll even look away."
Making a point, he stuck his chin up and closed his eyes even. Though Edward couldn't see, as Cesar's thick knee-length hair made a wall.
Sighing, Edward lifted up the top César picked out. Looking at it.
[not a colour I usually wear, but if he so insists...] Edward thought.
Setting it aside, Edward grabbed the bottom of his top and pulled it up, over his head. Peeling it off his skin. Feeling the sun on his body, the warmth on his skin, it was a nice pleasantry before he reached his hands inside the beige shirt and pulled it over his head and down his body.
After his arms went through the sleeves, and he settled in the fabric, he looked down at himself. The top blending in with his skintone a bit as he was tan himself.
After he heard the stopping of fabric moving, César looked back at Edward. Looking him up and down, and smiling.
"You look so much nicer..." César walked back to the bed and sat next to Edward. Resting his head on his shoulder.
Putting a hand back on Edwards chest, playing with the necklace again, be suddenly remembered something.
"... And... Edward, my darling" César pushed some hair out of his face, "Just lean on me. I'll give you a head massage..."
César looked at Edwards neck, that had a faint throbbing vein still. Running a hand over it before looking back up at him.
"I can tell you're still angry..." César kissed his head again, his hands holding onto him. Gently pulling on his shirt, encouraging him to lean on him.
Edward looked over at him, the furrow in his brow unwitting slightly...
"A head massage?"
"Yeah. I'll just rub your head for a bit, and then I'll leave you to chill out..."
César coaxed Edward to lean into him once more. Leaning closer and lightly rubbing the stubble and thin stache on his face into Edward's cheek as he nuzzled into him, still gently pulling on his clothes towards him.
Edward couldn't help but feel a flush of heat fill his face, turning it a tint of red. This wasn't the first time César did this, and it was certainly a welcome gesture, but even though he knew how it'd go- it always gets to him on some level. Deeper or shallow, it doesn't matter. It always got him.
The feel of long eyelashes tickling his skin, the feel of facial hair lightly scratching at his skin, the small hums he could hear up close, or maybe it was just the skin-on-skin contact. Those were the only things he could really describe as factors at the very least...
Hearts shining in his eyes, his gaze softened as César pulled his own face back, looking at him. Again, beautiful hazel doe eyes looked into his, and his heart felt like it was being stabbed.
How could someone be so beautiful? How could such a man exist? And on top of that, find and love him as he was?
... Okay, enough being bewitched by this siren, like Robert says.
Edward took a deep breath as he leaned into César, hands guiding his face to rest on his chest. Arms wrapped around his body, the feel of César's heartbeat drumming against his. The smell is seawater and flowers, the feel of soft thick hair, the should of César's calm breathing...
GET ON WITH IT, SOMERANDOMJEWELLERYONTHEFLOOR.
"..." Edward closed his eyes halfway as the feel of a hand slid into his smooth hair, long nails tapping along his scalp.
César lightly caressed his head, before using the pads of his fingers to rub against his head in circle motions. His hair getting messed up as César continued to massage his head. His fingers moving up, moving down, moving to the sides, to the very top of the border from scalp to skin.
Edward closed his eyes, it felt as though any remaining angry thought were getting plucked out, like feathers getting plucked from a bird to make a quill. One by one, he felt more at peace the longer this massage continued.
Seeing how relaxed he was, César moved his hand from his head and ran it over his face to his chin. His thumb caressing Edwards cheek, holding him as it he were the most fragile of porcelain whilst knowing he's stronger than a boulder.
Letting himself be vulnerable, in the arms of his dearest, he felt himself relaxing. Every muscle in his body that was tense, now relaxed. All thoughts of screaming and eating walls were gone.
The head massage was so divine, he felt himself entering an entirely different plane of existence.
Stars and really really bright colours, like a kaleidoscope filled his mind. All there was, was César and himself. Intertwined like vines, melting into eachother as if they were butter in a microwave.
Constantly moving colours, and silence.
[Did I just die?] Edward accidentally thought, he quickly opening his eyes again with his heart having a spike in beats- Just to see himself in César's arms getting a head rub, before calming down and closing his eyes up again.
It was that good.
It was like holding... No... Actually, this moment couldn't be described as anything else.
It was love.
As the seconds went by, Edward became so relaxed that he forgot César also had duties. Immediately showing concern when César pushed him back to sitting up right, and getting up.
"César?"
"My dearest Edward, I still have to help around the boat." César gave his forehead a soft kiss, "I was here to help make sure you didn't kick a hole in the wall or something, and I've succeeded, so naturally..."
With a flourish, his flowy Juliet sleeve moved in rythym with the flowy purple scrap of cloth tied around his hips as he went to the door.
"And also Edward, you look adorable in that top. Wear it more often, maybe." He winked before sauntering off outside.
With the door now shut. Edward laid down in his bed and recollected his thoughts of today.
Seeing things a bit more positive, he thought of things to do that would benefit the crew... Even Oliver and his little enterouge.
He couldn't speak badly on him though, he knew César loved him aswell and wanted them both to get along.
At least Charlie didn't see him melting today. That's a good thing, always.
With the blush receding from his face, he got up from his bed, putting his leather coat back on and his sword-strap, he felt lighter. Less like an anchor and more like a feather.
[Oh César, how do you get me?] He thought as he finally left his room again into the bright outside.

I need to write SeaShanty (Oliie x César x Edward) stuff. but the problem is that it's all angst.
So help me choose my next drabble project.
1. César's iron goes really low one day to the point he can't move without getting dizzy, and Edward & Oliver never dealt with this so they're just on the verge of crying seeing César pale and dizzy and laying in bed. And they don't know how to solve it.
2. César is back in the present, and now that his beloveds aren't with him anymore he has to go through life without them by his side. From making his breakfast alone in his apartment, to going down and getting fish & chips, unaware that their reincarnations are RIGHT around the corner (and he never does find them).

❝Bubbles❞
Oliver x César unserious drabble (in which César was able to stay in the past)
Tumblr media
In which Oliver & César take a bath together. Oliver gets a close up of César's scales, and a new hairdo suggestion, after an incredibly taxing day at "Poseidon's Revenge II".
Warnings?: while I do care about historical accuracy, I also don't. So don't expect EVERYTHING to be accurate to history please. I am a teen so I also do not know the taste of champagne, I looked it up. *update pending*
Oliver entered below deck of "Poseidon's Revenge II", the sounds of the sea and Port Tiburon goers outside laughing was all he could hear besides the throbbing pain in his head.
He sighed as he held an incredibly heavy bucket of water, filtered and hot with hot rocks in it. He had to stop walking every few seconds to catch his breath.
Having gotten flung into a wall after a choppy wave hit the nose of the ship, his head had been hurting for a while. So, to make himself feel better, he wanted a bath.
entering one of the seperate back rooms down below, he smiled as he sae the bathtub. A nice wooden bathtub filled with nothing but air, soon to be filled with hot hot water.
It was a big enough tub. It was at least 2/4 of the room, and would need 2 more buckets of water.
As he went over to the tub with the bucket in hand, he quickly tipped the bucket over. Filling the tub with hot scalding water, the steam filling the air in return.
As he held the bucket, now empty of rocks and water, he put it down and turned to walk out the room and grab the second one-
"My Oliver?" César appeared at the doorway, his beautiful hazel eyes striking Oliver into shock for a second.
"O... Oh. César, what are you doing down here?" Oliver asked him, walking towards him.
César looked over his shoulder, the sounds of laughter from upstairs were muffled.
"We're having dinner now, so..." César then eyed the bathtub behind him, "You're having a bath?"
Oliver nodded, and César moved to the side and let him walk by. Following him as went back up deck to grab the second bucket of scalding water.
"Should I just bring you a plate to eat down here?"
"You'd do that?" Oliver looked at César, a small smile playing at his lips, "If you could if you have time, that'd be lovely... Thanks, Darling."
César leaned his head on his shoulder as they walked together.
"..." César looked back at the pale face of his beloved Ollie, and he thought of that bath.
After thinking, César gave a suggestion.
"Maybe we could have a bath together, I'm getting tired of bathing in cold seawater everyday to stay fresh and clean..."
"... Sorry?" Oliver almost snapped his neck to look at him.
Growing up, he never dreamed of ever sharing a bath with anyone. Being the Admiral's son, at home he was able to have baths at least once a week and be clean. In lavish bathtubs made from tiles, and hot water to be in, he'd die at the suggestion of sharing his bathtub with anyone.
But right now, thinking about it a little more, it sounded... Nice, in a way. Very intimate, it made his face turn a lovely rosy-red, but nice.
Sharing a bath, eating dinner in peace in nice hot water, clinking bottles together, it sounded luxurious. Not truly as it was a wooden bath, in a ship, but with César- anything could be lavish.
"... I wouldn't be opposed..." Oliver mumbled, looking at his face before looking away.
"I'm gonna take that... As a No."
"What? Why? I'm saying I agree, dear" Oliver tilted his head, stopping in his place by the stairs.
César simply shrugged, looking at him before walking up the stairs.
"I need a clear "Yes" or "No", just to be sure." He then smiled, "Anyway, I'll help you with those buckets... I'm assuming you're coming upstairs for buckets..."
"That I am." Oliver nodded again.
2 minutes later, both César and Oliver were holding buckets. César held his bucket of hot water on-top of his head, whilst Oliver held his bucket of hot water in his arms to his chest.
Making their way downtown to the bathroom, walking fast, Oliver went in first and César second.
Going to the bathtub, Oliver filled the tub with his bucket. More steam coming out as he tipped it all in. Stacking the empty bucket on the first empty one. César then filled the tub with bucket, though his bucket looked off.
"... Is that sea foam?" Oliver asked, pointing at the white bubbles now filling the tub.
"Oh, these? Those are bubbles." César stacked his bucket on top of the other buckets, "In the future we have bubble baths- and they are..."
César clicked his tongue, putting up a thumbs up.
"Amazing."
"... Oh."
Looking at the bubbles, shining like pearls in a way, he didn't mind it now. If it was from César's time, then it must be at least soothing.
6 minutes later, with plates of mutton and bread, and 2 bottles of bubbly champagne sitting next to a makeshift table (one of the bucket's turned upside down), and a lantern in the corner for mood lighting, their bath dinner was half-complete.
Now helping him out of his clothes, César pulled Oliver's top from over his head, a silence befell the both of them as Oliver tried not to look awkward.
While undoing his bun, César's long nails lingered on the nape of his neck, his other hand reaching up and hold onto one of Oliver's pecks, looking into his eyes.
[uhm...] A small bead of sweat rolled down his forehead, his face turning even more rosy.
It made César smile, his hands moving to hold Oliver's face, feeling his thin cheeks, a sharp contrast to Edward's chub.
He backed away. Turning the other direction.
"I'll leave you to the rest" César said to Oliver, gesturing to his pants, before be took off his waist cinch.
And his top, the lace top underneath, and the scarf wrapped around his hips. Good lord does he layer.
Oliver was the first person of this entire time period to experience a bubble bath. Getting in after peeling off his clothes, the scalding water had turned a regular normal hot. Feeling the hot rocks at the bottom, he used his hands to move them away so he could get comfortable. All the bubbles gathered on him.
It stayed on his skin, making it glisten even more than it already did when the sun shined on him in the morning.
Oliver looked towards the ceiling as César got in on the opposite side to Oliver. Sliding in gently.
Being covered by his own hair and the bath bubbles, César gave him the okay to look back at him.
"You're good" he said, reaching his hand out to grab a mutton leg on his plate, taking a bite out of it.
Oliver could see the skin on César's arms, turning... Purple and teal. Flecks of gold throughout, and when César took a bite all he could see was sharp razors hidden behind his front 4 perfect top/bottom teeth.
Oliver knew César was part siren, and he knew César had scales and a tail as he'd seen it before. But only when he was on the ship and César was in the great cold seas. Seeing up-close was different. Maybe because he could see each individual scale, or how it looked when César was comfortable.
Oliver was a bit enamoured by how pretty it looked in the light. Almost forgetting his dinner.
"You gonna eat or what?" César asked
"H- oh. Of course I will." Oliver tried to play it off, though it was easy to tell he was trying not to tweak out over his beloved sharing a bath with him.
Ho, is you tweakin
Grabbing a big piece of his mutton, he ate it quickly. Having been hungry, he quickly ate his dinner. To his surprise, César was also finishing up his own.
Must be the razor teeth shredding it all in his mouth as he chewed. Hm.
Clearing his throat, Oliver grabbed his small glass that was half full of champagne, raising it before taking a slow sip. Bittersweet toast flavours went down his throat as he looked towards César.
"My darling, why is it that you're scales are teal and purple and gold?"
"why do you wanna know?"
"well... Before I met you, I only saw sirens in books. Illustrated, and descriptions of shimmering moon-silver scales..."
César thought for a moment. Grabbing his own glass of champagne and having a sip.
"That's because those depictions are from a branch family of sirens... The more bloodthirsty type." César paused, then continued, "They wear scales coloured of pearls because it makes them look more vulnerable..."
Oliver raised an eyebrow.
"If that's the case, why haven't I seen any other depictions of sirens in other colours?"
"Because others are more secretive. We sirens can be very valuable, monetary wise... So we keep to the depths of the ocean and eat fish or... Whatever..."
Oliver raised both eyebrows now. Sitting up. His golden locks sliding down his wet shoulders. So sirens were traded? Or bought for whatever purposes? That was... Well it made him uneasy. Especially since his dearest love is a siren.
But now more curious, he asked César another question.
"And what branch family are you from?"
César was caught off guard, chuckling. He almost forgot he never told people who he truly was.
"... Branch? Oh no, I'm from the original main family of Yehia's... Well, the original name is Seryroéal (Ser-o-ale), but it evolved into Yehia over time..."
Hearing the name roll of the tongue, Oliver was almost astonished at how pretty it sounded. How beautiful, Seryoéal...
César looked over Oliver's face, a small smile playing at his lips. Seeing his distant expression as he thought about what he just heard. His topaz eyes were stuck looking into the void as he rested his face in his right hand. He looked so cute, especially with his hair down for once.
Why did he look cute?... César didn't know. All he knew was that he was adorable, and he just wanted to kiss his face, hold it in his hands, and keep it tucked into his shoulder as he hugged him.
Looking over at him still, he wanted to go over and snuggle up next to him. The bath was still very hot, but he thought Oliver looked cold. Hm.
Deciding to go over to him, because he was in water his beautiful legs turned into a Beautiful trail. Huge, and thick, but beautiful. He had to move his tail to sit on-top of the edge of the bathtub, his fins dripping water onto the floor, as he turned around and shuffled backwards.
Doing so, he hit Oliver's shoulder with his back.
"Huh?" Oliver, now back to the present moment, was now aware of how close César was now.
César's shoulders rubbed up against Oliver's as he got comfy over there, laying his big tail over his legs.
"César? What are you doing...?"
Oliver tilted his head again, seeing his dearest wrap an arm around his neck.
"You look cold, so I came over here to make sure you aren't freezing anymore..."
"No, I'm fine..." Oliver confirmed.
César felt his cold shoulders as he leaned his head against it, his scales on his arm rubbing against Oliver's neck...
It made him shiver.
He reached up and held half his face with his hand, long nails covering some of his cheek as he tapped his nose.
"Well anyway, what's your opinion on bubble baths?" Changing the subject, he saw Oliver's pupils dilate a little bit.
"Well... I mean... It's as nice as you said, though I think it's because you're here that it feels great" he admitted.
César's hands then went into Oliver's hair, playing around with it. It wasn't as silky as his, but it was clean as could be, and fairly thin. He gave Oliver a quick kiss on his cheek as he did so, making him smile.
As he played around with his hair, César pushed his hands to the back of his head with his locks, and hummed. It was in the makeshift half-do. Smiling, he kissed his forehead.
"You should wear your hair like this... It looks cute..."
"..." Oliver wasn't particularly listening, because he just wanted to look at his boyfriend.
César looked at him and pulled one hand out of his hair to tap his nose, grabbing his attention once again.
"Huh?"
"You should wear your hair like this, in a 'half-up/half-down' style..."
"Well, if you think it looks nice..."
Oliver shrugged, his gaze going back to César's eyes. Getting lost in them once again. Giggling. César gave him a peck on his lips, both of his arms wrapping around Oliver's neck for a moment, before they moved to his torso. His arms rubbing his sides. He could feel Oliver's muscles, his ribs slightly, and he could feel Oliver's breath hitching.
How funny.
This man used to be a lieutenant for the literal British Navy, but now he was still apart of the British Navy- but he took time to have a day to be with him, and be a big darling, solely for his love of César.
I guess the quote "to be loved is to be changed" is true.
Giving him another kiss, César rested his head on top of his, sighing.
"we're gonna have to get out in a bit, you know, unless you want to turn into a raisin.." César whispered against his hair.
"Of course... But I'll enjoy this as much as it lasts..." Oliver tucked his face into César's neck.
They still had champagne to drink, but that could wait. This moment couldn't.

I gave César some issues so here's a checklist of them and the reasons of why he's the way he is:
Warning: it's all angsty. Dealing with bad past-relationships affecting with him to this day, and also body-image issues. DEAD DOVE DO NOT EAT.
Checklist of issues:
- thinks he's a waste of time in relationships due to the fact that during his teenage years, an old boyfriend of his called their relationship a "waste of time to put into" because "you just aren't enough", and that shit stuck with him.
- thinks that if he lets himself to chill for one day and not the whimsy, fun, flirty César everyone knows- that he'll be booted off the crew. This is because as a young child this happened in 4 seperate friend groups he was in, and his old friends thought he was "boring".
- despite being whimsy, fun, flirty, he also feels like a bad person for being that way because he thinks he's annoying everyone. This also happened in his 4 friend groups, and why he tried to chill out for a day and got outlasted.
- he thinks his body is wrong. Growing up, because he grew to take a lot of the feminine traits from the women in his family, he was often criticized by adults that he wasn't normal and that he should "act like a man". Now when he dresses masculine-like (especially when he feels comfortable), he gets the bitter memories of being yelled at to act like a "man". Somedays he feels weird being feminine too and thinks he's a freak-of-nature. It's a lose-lose.
- is really self-conscious on his weight some days because he feels that being too heavy is a nuisance of he needs to be carried or held up and twirled in a hug. Some days he feels bad about being too light as well because he doesn't want people saying to him "you weigh like a girl, aren't you a man?". He doesn't eat a lot because of this, and he only is able to eat in peace if he's in a conversation with someone at breakfast/lunch/dinner.
- a therapist he had, had to terminate their sessions due to the fact that César's issues were so complex and said-therapist wasn't at the level of expertise to fully help César. While he did understandt his, he couldn't help but feel like such a lost cause, thinking "why can't I be black & white, why am I such a sad grey?" For the next week or so...
César has a lot to deal with. And this DOES affect his relationships with people, especially with his bestfriend Charlie & his beloved's Edward & Oliver.
He's going through it, and he can't tell people because he knows they can't help him and it'll be a lot to hear.

A fem version of THIS outfit for César:
Tumblr media
Bicon has done it again.
Tumblr media
I handmade all of this. (Not the lace, I got it off Pinterest), but the rest was made by my FINGER.
Does sparkly lace exist in the 18th century? Does fishnets exist in the 18th century? Probably not, maybe so? He pulled it all together and went ham in Grace's tailor shop.
Is he seriously wearing a waist cinch? Yes. Why? Because he wants to look feminine and trick people into thinking he's a woman from behind.

Very feminine energy over here with him. Lots of mermaids, pearls, sparkles, flowers, and romantic paintings. He's very Ariel, Briar Rose, siren, and gold all blended up.
