throwback to this incredibly involved doll that i made as a gift in 2018 - i spent days working on this and yet failed to really properly document it. I’ve still not made something this complex since. Head swivels independently on a nail embedding in the neck, arms and legs are stuffed wired and poseable, and eyelashes are real fake eyelashes 👍

LPS Custom #8: Centipede Alien Cat Inspired by the album cover for Stranded by Red Vox.

Done for the alien toy custom collaboration hosted by dolly_lolly_playtime on Instagram! ( #aliencustom23 )

This was one of my most complex repaints and sculpts yet! The design is inspired off of one of my favorite space themed songs, Stranded by Red Vox. Since the collab was alien themed, I thought it would be perfect to incorporate it as a motif. I also thought centipedes would help give the main design a unique look. (aaannnd the cat portion of the design is just because I only have shorthair bases left lol.)

It's been only half a year and my custom Tintin doll has been through so much! @tenderlyhands and I have been taking him travelling, and last week they've taken him to Athens!

He's acquired some friends - Haddock is a Made to Move Ken and Chang is a slim Ken Fashionista with joints stolen from a bootleg doll. Haddock and Chang are also traveling - Haddock is currently in Japan and Chang is currently in Romania.

He's even gotten plenty of new outfits. So far I've made his Scottish outfit from The Black Island and his yellow shirt he wears in the earlier comics. A friend from work wants to take him diving - perhaps his diving suit would be a good thing to make next...
