Tribute custom of my bunny Momo! 🐰💕

Today is the one year anniversary of her passing and I wanted to have the next custom I made be a tribute to her. Which is also why I've been inactive for so long. I used one of my actual childhood lps as the base to add a part of myself to her, to represent how she will always be a part of me and my story.

I'll love you always and forever, my sweet bunny Momo. Until we meet again 💜

How do you come up with your custom ideas/designs? Also you have a really cute style btw!

I hate being unprepared so for each custom I edit a blank base on my ipad so I can try out a few designs without committing, and for the first few customs I just used my eye for art to make a cohesivene design. Here's a mockup of a future custom I have planned ->

Once I started making specific types of clowns, I actually made a pinterest board to get inspiration and references for each kind! Each LPS has some physical aspect that I want to utilize in the design (like their pose, ears, animal type, ect) and I use that to decide of which type of clown I'll do. Then I just look up references for that clown and go on pinterest to let the clown/LPS inspo wash over me lol

Got the G7 pets!!

I was lucky to find the pet trio at a target, and my pet set finally came in from Amazon! My two other sets are going to be a few weeks late, but I'm just so psyched about the ones I got!!!

The seagull is one of my all time favorite pets, she's so precious 😭

Just got in the circus playset! It seemed like the perfect place to display all my clowns for the time being :)

I used to have this exact playset when I was a kid, so it feels really nostalgic to play with it again as an adult with my customs lol

The paint quality on this rare Doctor Deep mystery figure was honestly hilarious to me. There's just. So much red 🤣

In the end I had a lot of fun with this one! There was so much repainting needed that I was able to really get into it.

Shadow the Hedgehog figure repaint! I was so excited to get him in a mystery capsule thing, but very disappointed in the lacking paint job. So here he is all fixed up! I redid all the yellow with gold, and added all the red streaks

Now introducing to the clown crew, Hobbs the Hobo! I'm trying to go through the main flavors of clown and hobo clown seemed like the obvious next step ;o)

Here's Pomme! This was more of a quick one, but I'm happy with how he looks :3

I didn't have any good black paint so I mixed some black Posca with white acrylic, which worked for the most part but cracked in some places :/ oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And now my sweet Jojo is done!! I'm so so happy with how she turned out, and shes definitely my favorite clown so far :3 My mom suggested using magnets to attach the ball, and I'm very pleased with how it worked out!

And here is my first clown lps custom, Rami! I'm very happy with how she turned out, and I'm excited to start on the rest of my clown themed customs! I'm still figuring out how to paint smoothly, so she might look a bit rough in some places u_u"
