Oh boy! He doesn't hate him... but he might be the only person that Dream actually pities. He doesn't see him as remotely as strong as himself. And he certainly doesn't view him as a person he'd ever associate with.

But I think a part of him does feel protective over this other version of himself. A sorta "I can't save myself... but I could help you." Idk. I think his feelings are best summarized as feeling somewhat brotherly and somewhat as if this other version of himself is a cautionary tale.

Maybe you should go to a synagogue and have a conversation with one of the rabbis before you anon hate random Jews on the internet for calling out hate against their religion.
