I'll be quite honest with everyone, I've been dreading and avoiding to post about my Lacka Oc for a while now and show it to the public. I've been nervous and scared to do this, due to past experiences I've had in the past with other fandoms I've been in. And not only that, it's also because I'm not an experienced artist or an artist at all, and all of the artwork I've got of my Oc is done by other talented artists, not me. And I feel like most people wouldn't care much to see this, because I'm showing and sharing artwork of my Oc that wasn't even drawn by me even though I created her.

Plus, along with the fact that I was extremely worried and concerned that I would probably be bullied and judged (again, due to past experiences) or that my Oc would end up being ignored and not given much attention, or would just end up being stolen by somebody who will try and claim it as their own, which has happened a lot to me actually when being in fandoms I used to be a part of years ago. But, after talking and hearing some advice from a few lovely individuals and after doing some more thinking, I've decided to gather up the courage and just go ahead and post about my Oc anyways. Hope you guys like her!!

“well yeah, but don’t you think this is kinda an extreme first step?” you took a moment to ponder on shinichiro’s words before responding. 

“might as well, to be honest. i don’t really want to be home right now anyways. i’d much rather be with you.” you answered, smiling softly at the boy in front of you. 

in any case, it might have been a bit of a risky move to still be outside your home twenty minutes after sneaking out of your bedroom, but you were completely sure that nobody would notice, so you weren’t too worried. you could tell by his somewhat worried expression that you hadn’t entirely convinced him, but you just dragged him along, swinging your connected hands back and forth. 

“c’mon sano, show me something cool!” 

“hey! i thought i told you not to call me that!” shinichiro whined, tugging you back. you turned around to face him, thinking that the somewhat displeased look on his face was rather cute. 

“call you what, sano?” you teased, making him groan in response

“stop it! you sound so formal and i don’t like it!” you wrapped your arms around his neck, seeming to ponder something for a moment. 

“fine, you win, shinichiro.” the lips you loved to kiss so much turned down into a pout, his hands moving to rest on your hips.

“you couldn’t have gone with something cuter? something like babe, honey, even sweet-” 

“stop, before i change my mind!” you interrupted, rolling your eyes at the cheesy nicknames. “how about, i don’t know, we actually go somewhere?” 

“leave it to me! just say the word and i’ll take you.” shinichiro said, his thumb jerking towards his bike. “this baby can take us to any place you want.” 

you pondered for a moment, swaying back and forth a bit with shinichiro as you weighed different places. 

“hm, what is there to do when sneaking out late? nothing’s open…” you murmured, thinking out loud. “we could go to the park, but if anyone saw me they would definitely think that i’m a good for nothing delinquent-ow! hey, i was joking!” you exclaimed, rubbing the spot on your forehead where shinichiro flicked you. 

“so you’re saying i’m a good for nothing delinquent?! woow, and here i thought you loved me! oh my goodness! what ever will i do?!” you rolled your eyes at the dramatic performance from the boy in front of you, grabbing the flesh of his cheeks and squishing them together, (you found it cute how instead of complaining about it, he just looked at you the most love you’ve ever seen). 

“you knowww i was just joking, shin! now take me somewhere! surprise me with your wily delinquent ways!” your demand was met with a laugh and ruffling of your hair from shinichiro. 

“my wily delinquent ways, you say? hah, i guess i have no choice other than to fulfill your desires!” he teased, leading you to his bike. “this brilliant delinquent mind will think of a place to take you!” he plopped his spare helmet onto your head, bringing the strap under your chin to secure it properly. 

looking at shinichiro up close was something that you would never get tired of; the darkness of night paled in comparison to his eyes, the inky shade so deep that you wished you could drown in it. contrasting the jet black color of his irises, the care and love that you could always find in his eyes was unrivaled, making it seem like you were the only person in the entire world, everything else fading into the background. 

“what’re you thinking about?” shinichiro murmured, finishing clipping the strap for the helmet. it was strange how the two of you could go from teasing and having fun with each other to suddenly being soft and serious, but you didn’t mind it at all. 

“mm, nothing much.” you answered, your lips upturned into a soft smile. you pecked him on his cheek, lips pressing against his skin for a bit longer than necessary before pulling away, taking a seat on his bike. “are we going to go?”

“jeez, and they call me a troublemaker. the real troublemaker is this little goody-goody!” shinichiro teased, seating himself in front of you and turning the key in the engine of his bike. his beloved motorcycle revved to life, rumbling softly in the background. “just so you know-” 

“your bike is loud, shin! save the talking for when we aren't outside of my house still! let’s goooo-mmph?” the boy in front of you turned around quite suddenly, leaning forward and pressing his lips against yours. it was only for a moment, but just that moment was enough to keep more words from forming, your lips tingling as he leaned back again. 

“(y/nnn), it’s not nice to interrupt people, y’know. i was gonna say i love you.” shinichiro pouted, turning back around and promptly ignoring you. 

“wait, i’m sorryyyyy, i love you too!” despite your words, he kept ignoring you, kicking the kickstand back and beginning to drive. you wrapped your arms around his waist, propping your chin on his back as you tried to get his attention. “shinnn, i’m sorry! you have to admit, your bike is pretty loud, okay? hey, say something! i’m earnestly apologizing here!” 

“hmph.” 

“i’m not above tickling you, y’know.” you got no response at that, leading you to slowly poke his sides. you could see him shaking, but there was still no laughter or response, so you amped it up, full on tickling his sides. 

“h-hey! do you, hah, do you want me to crash!?” he finally let out, laughs spilling out as he was driving. 

“all you had to do was respond, so i’m happy now.” you responded, stopping your tickle attack and returning your arms to their position around his waist. he wasn’t going so fast that you had to hold on for any particular reason, but you liked to use it as an excuse to be close to him. resting your head against shinichiro’s back, the scenery of different buildings and cars flew by, the city lights filling your vision. the pretty sights combined with the faint beating of his heart that you could hear filled you with a sense of serenity; it was absolutely perfect. 

yeah, you were pretty damn happy.

chaps 500-501 sorry im late guys

okay so first thing even though it might be obvious i feel like vin and taejin have had such a parallel life if that makes sense? like obviously taejin was bought up with everything and anything that he wanted (and taught that everything was his) and we did see at the start that he was decently kind(?) to vin as a child, but only bc he viewed vin as his property. we do see this like attitude start changing as he grows up tho, where he doesnt see the need to treat his 'property' aka other ppl well anymore (rip sujin) and really just takes what he wants from them. he also really just wants everything to be his at this point, as seen when he's like excited at his father's death bc it means that he has more power. so vin has obviously had like a very traumatic childhood, but somehow vin and taejins lives still seem very in parallel

especially in that scene bc its like showing their attachment(idk how else to describe it) to cheonliang, but for starkly different reasons. wait more like how they're both fighting for cheonliang, but while vin(and the other ppl sry idk what theyre called) are fighting purely for the memory of sujin and seongji(rip), taejin is fighting so that he can claim it as his AS SEEN WHEN THE LITTLE BITCH SHOWS UP WHEN THEYRE DECIDING THE LEADER.

silver's outside appearance doesn't differ much !! since she is a very conserved person i feel like a lot of her outfits (even her academy uniform) all express who she is p well. put-together and tidy, she looks very proper 95% of the time. i think if anything this can make her come across as snobby, but she's not, she's just a girl boss!!!!

🥑 What will they never back down about, even if it makes them seem bad?

so inesa genuinely believes she's like. The Best Ever. her inflated ego comes from a lot of trauma i won't unpack here cause it gets unpacked later, but that ego does cause a lot of problems. she believes she's the best and strongest so naturally let's say someone has to do this spell or that enchantment she will ABSOLUTELY argue till the sun goes down about how she should get to do it because she's the best ever. end of discussion.

🍋 What is their kryptonite/ultimate weakness?

malachai's ultimate weakness is that he's so unwilling to trust anyone. i think i've mentioned this before but he only trusts two (2) whole people and and one of them is himself LMAO. it's not due to an inflated ego like inesa but rather he's been let down by a lot of ppl in his life (more trauma i'll unpack in the story) and so he's hyper-independent. will this bite him in the ass? probably. does he care? no.

🧅What is surefire to make your OC cry? Who knows of this information?

i'd say most likely death. shion doesn't really express his emotions outwardly, he internalizes a lot and i'd argue it's difficult to make him cry. since he is fairly stoic and seemingly put together nobody really knows that information. he's out of touch and will pack away his emotions if it gets in the way of his objective. so i do think death would break his stone cold disposition since he's literally the most moral character in the story. and if HE unintentionally caused that death......? he'd crumble for suresies :D

it all seemed like yesterday. 

you had been behind the apartment complex you live in, plastic bags in hand as you kneeled down and took out multiple cans of cat food. the five cats in front of you meowed with glee, eager for you to open the tins. some of the younger one’s paws went up onto your knees, though it wasn’t enough to sway your balance from where you were kneeling. 

“yes yes, i know! just give me oneee second, and i’ll have these open and you guys can gobble them all up!” you giggled, pulling open the tabs on the cans and setting them down on the ground. as soon as you set one down, the cats would immediately flock to it, eating ferociously and almost fighting each other. 

“woahhh, let’s calm down guys…” as soon as they started fighting, you pulled some away to their own can of food, and once they were all eating, it was smooth sailing from there. 

sitting on the ground, you smiled as you watched the cats gobbling up the food. you obviously couldn’t take them all in, especially since the apartment complex doesn’t allow pets, so this was the most you could do. it hurt your heart that you couldn’t give them a place to live, but the best you could do was give them a nice meal. you had even picked up a second part-time job so that you could afford to buy the expensive cat food. 

“peke j! where are ya?!” you heard a deep voice call out. looking up, you noticed a boy with long black hair walk into the quiet area, a look of worry on his face. 

the black cat who had been happily eating suddenly looked up from his food, then immediately started bounding towards the boy, jumping into his arms with a happy meow. 

“this is where you’ve been? jeez, you had me worried…” if the boy saw you, he didn’t say anything. you smiled a bit at the situation; you supposed that the black cat had just been looking for an extra meal, which you guessed was understandable. 

“oi, i’m talkin’ to you.” looking up, you saw the black haired boy standing above you, his cat purring softly in his arms. “do you feed these cats?” he asked. the question caught you a bit off guard; you weren’t sure what you were expecting him to ask, but you’d expected him to be mad given his tone of voice. 

“yep.” 

“every day?” 

“mhm.” 

“i see…cool! i’m baji keisuke, and this little troublemaker right here is peke j. he acts like i don’t feed him, but i swear i do.” baji grinned at you, kneeling next to you to watch the cats, a goofy grin on his face. you were very surprised now, since you had expected him to be a bit standoffish. you suppose that’s what you got for judging based on a cover. 

“what’s your name?” 

“(y/n).” 

from then on, you and baji just got closer and closer. you eventually learned that the two of you lived in the same complex, and you actually lived right next door to each other. because of this, you both began to hang out a lot; you would go feed the cats behind the building together, you would walk to the convenience store together, and baji would even come to pick you up from your part-time job if it got out late. 

“i can’t have you walking home at night, (y/n).” he would say. 

it had been a little bit scary when he first picked you up on his motorcycle, but you learned to love it. it was exhilarating, and it was even more so when you were with baji. 

you would hold on tight around his waist as he sped down empty streets, yelling his head off about who knows what. despite the fact he was going fast, you trusted him and knew it would be alright if you were with him. 

the two of you would also walk to and from school, sharing the umbrella you would bring when it rained, (he was always woefully prepared for the weather) and stopping by convenience stores to get snacks for the walk home. when he started slicking back his hair and wearing thick glasses, you made fun of him non-stop, but also offered to tutor him in his studies. you two would spend hours in his room; he was usually halfway asleep until you woke him up with a flick to the forehead. in return for the help, he would bake something for you, (“i told you, it’s from my mom! i didn’t make them!!!”). 

then, he introduced you to his new friend, chifuyu, and the three of you became your own trio. you eventually met the rest of his friends; they were all in a gang called the tokyo manji gang, which sounded a little scary to you at first, but when you met them all, any worries you had before were washed away. you weren’t officially part of it, (baji refused to let you join, since he would say, “how would i be able to face your family if something happened to you?”) but you would attend a lot of meetings, showing up with baji and joking around with him. 

it was all perfect, until it wasn’t. 

you had noticed that he didn’t talk to you as much, and that he seemed to be avoiding you, which was a pretty hard task considering the two of you lived right next to each other. you would show up at his door, and he would tell you to go away. for weeks, this went on, until you finally listened. 

had he gotten tired of you? 

the last time you had even spoken with him was three weeks ago when you had found peke j. lurking around in the back on the complex again. the conversation had been short and curt. 

“hey, i found peke j-”

“thanks.” 

“wait, keisuke, can we just talk-?” slam!

it wasn’t until chifuyu showed up at your door that you were able to see him again. 

“(y/n)-chan…i’m so sorry…”

you didn’t even want to think about the worst conclusion when you had seen his red-rimmed eyes, but when he brought you to the morgue in the hospital, you knew what had happened. you saw baji’s mother sitting on a chair in the corner of the room, an empty look in her eyes as she stared at the table in the middle of the room. 

when the doctor pulled the sheet down, chifuyu had to hold you up to keep you from collapsing. 

“i wish you were here again, keisuke.” you whispered into the wind, the tears on your cheeks being dried by the cold wind. you opened two cans of soda, putting one in front of you and putting one of the grave in front of you. 

you hadn’t opened the paper in your hands yet; you were too scared to read it. what if he’d said how much he hated you? you don’t think you could handle that. 

it was something that chifuyu had given you, telling you that keisuke had wanted you to read it. 

after a few silent minutes, you put down the can of soda. with shaky fingers, you opened the small notes, your eyes already welling up with tears.

i’m sorry that i’ve been ignoring you the past couple of weeks. trust me when i say that it hasn’t been easy for me to do, but it was necessary. i guess if you’re reading this then it means i’m gone, which kinda sucks ‘cause that means i can’t confess to you in person like i wanted to. i like you, a lot. i love you. ever since that day i saw you with the cats, i think you put a spell on me or something. jesus, this is corny. my chest feels weird when i’m around you, but in a good way. i don’t really know what else to say, but i hope you can forgive me. i’m sorry. will you keep feeding the cats behind the complex? i’ll be watching.
