first off, WARGGGHHH thank you for the ask i’m literally SO excited to answer!!!

rambling below the cut!!

i’m in two camps on this one. I think charpim in its CURRENT state definitely wouldn’t work. BUT Pim is definitely the kind of person who has the capacity to help Charlie. Pim is a very affectionate guy, and he’s open, honest and sincere. Hle’s very genuine, compassionate and beyond kind. In other words, he’s *exactly* what Charlie needs. Pim can make him better.

Charlie isn’t a bad guy. He’s far from it, actually. His whole job revolves around making people smile, even if his goal is a paycheck and not that fuzzy feeling you get in your chest when you make someone’s day better.

But he’s a very flawed guy. In Charlie goes to Hell and Doesn’t Come Back, I remember reading somewhere that Micheal and Zach wanted to originally make Charlie vape in the beginning, but the studio wouldn’t let them. So they settled on energy drinks. Thats why The Devil says “I can quit my addicted vices whenever I want”- this is supposed to be a moment of realization for Charlie. He can see himself in The Devil in that moment.

In Erm, The Boss Finds Love? Charlie literally gets shitfaced at the wedding. Even as he walks into the break room the next day, he says “I can’t keep doing this. Something’s gotta change, brother.” in reference to his hangover. He’s unhappy with where he is, and he recognizes there is a problem. But he doesn’t do anything to fix that. In the alien episode, both him AND Pim get shitfaced.

Charlie also instigates fights. In both Charlie Dies and Doesn’t Come back and the alien episode, Charlie’s the one to stir the pot. When they go looking for a tree to chop down, Pim keeps a level head and calm voice. Charlie’s the one who raises his voice and takes the axe to the tree. Charlie instigates thus fights with the dudebro aliens, literally egging them on. He’s so caught up in this that he literally elbows Pim in the face.

Plus, you never want to get into a relationship with someone under the notion that you can “fix” them. More often than not, people don’t change. It takes a MAJOR life event or some kind of trauma for someone to change. And Charlie, in the face of LITERALLY being given a second chance, continues to drink, instigate fights, and give in to his addictive vices.

In his current state, Charlie would definitely be the ‘toxic’ one in the relationship. He’d instigate fights, come home drunk out of his gourd, and he’d hurt Pim emotionally. Whether or not he’d hurt him on purpose is up for debate. Pim would overexert himself trying to keep them together, and fall apart. You can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped.

Charlie needs to change if they’re going to work. He needs to get better. THATS why I think they wouldn’t work, at least not yet.

At the end of the day they’re just silly little guys in a cartoon about Friends Who Smile so i’m probably reading WAY too much into a guy who looks like a peep. But oh well. To be cringe is to be free.

“who winked at you?” the shorter boy asked, seemingly confused by his friend’s words.

“y/n. i’m a hundred percent sure.” the blond boy replied, staring at the guitarist. she was way too pretty, and he was afraid that maybe he was right and she did winked at him.

nico snickered. “oh, sure. delulu is the solulu, am i right?”

“nico, im not joking.” he repeated, and she did it again. this time, an open mouthed percy turned to him, bewildered.

“jason! y/n winked at you! did you see it?!” the brunet said, smiling more than he’d usually do. god, the alcohol was clear in his face.

jason looked at nico as if to say see? as they turned back to enjoy the show.

after ten more songs, the concert was finally done. the guitarrist, y/n, walked over to the front of the stage and grabbed the mic. her hair was damp from sweat, her mascara and eyeliner smudged around her eyes. "good night, my pretty city!" she said, earning a round of cheers from the crowd.

"it's so nice to be back here with my favorite people in the world. here is where this dream began, and here is where it'll continue!" she finished and, with another round of applause, the band was finally off the stage.

reyna, as drunk as she was, smiled cheekily at her friends. "so, i may or i may not be friends with the vocalist." she revealed, making the other three friends snap their heads towards the puerto rican.

"WHAT?!" the three friends half-shouted at the same time.

"what do you mean you're "friends with the vocalist"? and why did you never tell us?" nico asked, all color draining from his face.

"well, it doesn't matter right now. what does matter is that we got pass to the back stage. which means we're gonna meet the band. which means that jason gets to see his all time crush. so, do you want to go now or miss the opportunity?"

"like hell we're missing it." the blond spoke up and grabbed reyna's arm. "lead the way."

A/N hiya! Future Emmy here! So. This is REAAAAAALLY long because I have no self control. Grab some popcorn and a drink because goOD GOD- also not so much a drabble as like. A series of how I think ish went but pLEASE feel free to send me more 🥲

It was just after college, me thinks, when you moved in together. He was a cousin of a friend of a friend who needed a roommate, and you were the broke student who also needed a roommate.

He honestly was amazed you two clicked at all, you didn’t seem like the kinda person who would be into his teasing ways and banter, but you had this knack for it, you were able to fire back almost any garbage tease and flirt he’d throw your way.

So much so that… it almost becomes natural.

He’s not sure when you started to laugh in place of snapping back at his flirts. He’s not sure when you started making plans for the two of them, rather than just the one.

He does, however, know when you started to cuddle him. It was like, three in the morning, you two had been binging whatever sillyass show Denki told him to watch, and at some point, you knocked out.

Sero only knew that you had, when you’d nuzzled into his shoulder and a line of drool fell from your lips and onto his hand. He wrapped his arm around you and the way you curled into him just… it felt so sweet. He didn’t think anything of it, though.

Until you did it again. This time, in his bed, when you’d watched too many documentaries about those damned serial killers- look, he gets that they’re addicting, but come on, at night?- and you were terrified to go to sleep.

So, you crept into his bed, gently nudging him and asking if he could hold you, which had him blinking in confusion. You felt that safe with him?

He smirks, “little baby too scared of the dark?”

“Shut up, you’re scared of clowns.”

He snorts, “alright. Shut up and come here.” He opened one of his arms and immediately, you were out like a light, once again drooling slightly on his chest when you kept your mouth open too long.

And it really, really became a thing. You stopped asking to crawl into his bed, you just kind of. Did, because it was comfier and warmer, and he was a great cuddler he didn’t seem to mind it, so you just took the matters into your own hands and climb in.

Even on couches, flopping on top of him and burrowing into his chest, to which he instinctively wraps his long arms around you.

“Y’know,” he mumbles, fingers scratching your scalp, “if I wanted something stinky to lay on my chest, I’d get a damn cat.”

“You love me and you know it.”

Sure enough, as payback for throwing that four letter word into the apartment space, he started flopping down on you, making you groan and wheeze with laughter every time. He started coming into your space and shoving his cold hands under your shirt to make you scream- even worse when he shoves his feet down the back of your sweats, fucking menace- because why did you have to throw out that word? That word should be banished from your home space, saged away like a demon, kept locked in a basement far, far away.

But he doesn’t say all of that. Because you’re right, and he’s almost positive you feel the same way, because for as much as he leans in to kiss your head, you lean up to peck his lips.

He’s laying down on his stomach, you come over to bite at his ticklish neck.

He turns over in his sleep, you instantly toss your arms around him to spoon him right back.

He’s got feelings for you, and you don’t really hide yours from him.

But but bUT BECAUSE HE doesn’t know what to call… whatever it is you’re doing, so he’s also like. Uber protective over your friendship and the labels of whatever dynamic you share. The first time he had his friends over after you moved in with him, you tried your best to keep out of their way, wanting him to have his time with his friends outside of you.

And from your bedroom, you hear them cheering and yelling at whatever sport they’d put on the screen, the cracking of soda’s and the dings of the oven rang through your small apartment. You can only smirk and shake your head when it’s all silent and suddenly, a roar of laughter can be heard from the living room.

Your phone vibrates at some points or another, and it’s all from Sero, checking in and asking begging you if you would like to come out.

Slum Lord 🧡 you sure you don’t wanna come out for some munchies?

And, even if it’s just to appease him, you roll your eyes and push yourself out of bed- sweatpants and bed head and all- and shuffle out to meet them before shambling back to bed to leave them be. But there’s no way to hide the smile that spreads on your cheeks when instantly at hearing your door open, Sero’s head tips back against the couch to look at you, a teasy smirk on his cheeks.

“Mornin’, sunshine,” he says, chuckling. “Good to see you got all pretty for my friends.”

“I already pay you to live here,” you snort, making your way to the kitchen. “I don’t have to look presentable anymore.”

“That’s fair.” He quickly introduces all his friends who honestly look… bewildered. Not necessarily because you were disheveled, but because of the way Sero just… looks at you.

As soon as you were in the kitchen, he hops up on his feet to meet you in there, his arms tossing around your waist while you heat up one of the pieces of pizza, “you wanna hang out, watch the rest of the game with us? Quarter and a half left, if you wanted to.”

“It’s alright,” you hum back. Your head tips back to rest against his shoulder, “you have fun with your friends. You know where I’ll be.”

“Fine,” Sero grumbles. He buries his face in the crook of your neck, mumbling something his friends can’t hear.

“You were little spoon last night!” You whine.

And still, from the living room, all his friends do is just. Watch. Bakugou tries to peel his gaze from the scene every once in a while, Todoroki blushing furiously because it’s weirdly intimate banter for roommates in a kitchen, but for the most part, they stay silent and just observe the dynamic. It’s almost like the shouldn’t be there, but it’s like a car crash, they can’t look away even if they should.

The way Sero sways subtly with you to pass the time of your cooking pizza, the squeak you let out when he nips at your ear, the way he’s got you encased in his grip like you’d disappear if he didn’t.

It’s not how roommates act at all, they think.

But it’s most definitely how a couple acts.

Especially when the interaction ends with a soft kiss on your head before you pad back into your bedroom, the group comes down to two conclusions:

Sero is hiding your relationship status, or you’re both too dumb to see the sparks practically flying.

And if they want answers, they better start poking.

“So,” Denki sings, grinning knowingly at his friend once he sits back down. “You never told me your roomie was so cute.”

Sero’s eyes immediately shot over to the blonde in a form of a glare, but he shifted in his seat to try and stay comfortable. “Didn’t think it would be important information. That’s not why I gave them the room, anyways.” His arms cross over the back of his head as he leans back, eager to stop this conversation. “And don’t call them cute. That ego of theirs is too fuckin’ big already.”

“That why you hid them away for so long?” Bakugou pokes, smirking. From the floor, Mina and Midoriya chuckle, and Sero glares at them with everything he has to make them shut up.

Not that it works, but it was a good effort.

“I didn’t ‘hide’ anyone,” he scoffs. “You dickheads just never come over. Could’ve met ‘em months ago.”

Unconvinced, Denki hums and takes a sip of his drink; he’s always been able to read Sero like a book- he wasn’t fooling him any time soon.

Todoroki leaned back in his seat, the corners of his mouth quirking upwards. “But, in that case… you are implying that you do find them cute, yeah?”

Sero popped one of his eyes back open; he eyed his friends for a moment, but deciding to keep any form of illusion still alive, he shrugs and lets a wide grin ease over his cheeks.

“Dunno what you’re talkin’ about.”

"where is she? where is she??" you hear jisung's panicked voice drift down the corridor and you push yourself up a little further on the couch, blinking heavily to try to clear some of the lingering dizziness.

he comes flying through the door and rushes to your side, dropping to his knees next to the couch. "oh my god baby are you okay?" he grabs your hand in his as his eyes quickly scan you, assessing to make sure everything looks alright.

"yes, i'm fine, don't worry about me."

"don't worry about you?" he practically screeches the words, his voice shaking as tears clog his throat. "they told me you passed out! i thought you were dying or something!"

you chuckle lightly at his extreme response, although your'e touched by his overwhelming concern.

"it's okay, really. it was my vasovagal syncope. it happens from time to time and it's always worse when i get overheated. it's honestly my own fault. i was trying to watch you guys from backstage, but between all the people and the lights it was all too much. i should have came back here to sit down, but i really wanted to see the end of the set. and then i got way to hot and just... yah. i was only out for like a second. i really am fine now though, i just need a few minutes to cool down and let everything get back to normal."

uou can tell from the wary look in his eyes that he doesn't totally believe you. "baby, you just casually passing out every once in a while is most definitely not okay."

someone pokes their head into the room, interrupting before you can respond and reassure jisung. "han, sorry, but you're on in 5."

"tell them they will have to go on without me," he brushes them off and turns back to you.

"no, jisung you need to go, you're gonna miss your next set." you insist. there's no way you're going to let him not perform.

"oh come on, you know i don't care about that as much as you. i'm not leaving your side."

"babe, i'm fine, really. i promise. i just got overheated and i haven't been drinking enough water today."

"exactly! that's why i should stay here with you and make sure you're okay!"

his thoughtfulness and concern makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, but there's no way you're backing down. you know you'll never forgive yourself if he misses out on the rest of the concert because of you.

"how about this, if i promise to stay here and not move from this exact spot for the rest of the concert and just drink water and let the fan cool me down will you go back out on stage?"

you can see the conflict in his face. he really doesn't want to leave you, but the other members are counting on him and he doesn't want to let them or the fans down. you grab both sides of his face, gently squishing his cheeks. "how about if i swear that if i feel like that again i will send one of the stage hands out to drag you off that stage no matter what you're doing and bring you right back here to me."

he chuckles lightly at the thought of being pulled off stage in the middle of a song by a random stage hand. "promise?" he asks, eyes a little brighter and the worry lines on his forehead disappearing as he holds up his pinky between the two of you.

"promise," you nod seriously, a stoic expression on your face while locking your pinky with his. you last only a moment before both of you burst out in laughter.

leaning forward to give him a quick kiss to the cheek, you playfully shove his shoulder. "now get back out there"

You woke up pretty late, probably like 11-12 am. But just in time to catch the Finnish God walking into the room

"Morning love" he murmured.

"Morning" you replied In a sleepy way.

"I made you some tea and eggs, but for that you will have to get your beautiful butt out of bed."

You groaned "Can't my beatiful boyfriend just bring my breakfast here and eat it with me?" You asked him with puppy eyes.

"I would love to but I will have to get ready for the show tonight." He said kinda sadly.

"A show?" You asked confused.

"Yeah. Did you forget love?" He asked with a loving look in his eyes.

"Maybe" you replied cutely.

"So get your butt out of bed" He kissed you "and go eat, I'll go take shower" He said with a rub on your exposed thigh.

You did just that. With like the 15th groan that morning you got to the table and ate the food he made. After like ten minutes Ville got out of the bathroom, and saw your plate empty.

"That's my girl ." He kissed you on the head.

And he went right to the balcony. You followed him and stole a cigarette out of his pack. He held the lighter out to you "Thank you baby."

"No problem" He grinned cheekily.

You kept looking at his beatiful exposed face and then an idea popped in your head.

"Ville?" You asked while grinning.

He looked at you suspiciously. "Hm?" He murmured.

"Can I do your eyeliner?" You asked with a smile while blowing the smoke out.

"Ahg, I love you." You said while putting the cigarette into the ash tray. "Cmon." You said while grabbing his hand, and pushing him into the kitchen. You pointed a finger at the couch. "Sit."

He looked at you funny " what am i a fucking dog?"

"I said sit" you said with a stern voice.

He looked at you with a raised brow, before saying "fine, alright." He sat down and waited for you to get your eyeliner.

You came into the room and sat in his lap. "No grinding, I can't be late again yeah?" He said with a serious voice.

"I won't promise you anything love." You said with a grin.

"Oh fuck me." He said with a huff. "Dont do me like that, just get on with the liner ok?" He huffed.

"Whatever you want." You said while pulling the lid of the liner, and starting to pull a little on his eye. Yous started applying the black pencil to his lower lash line when he said.

"Dont make me look like a panda y/n." He said while looking up.

"Dont worry you'll be as handsome as ever...theeeere done." You said proudly. You got off his lap to get a look in the mirror.

"Hm." He murmured. "Actually not bad at all. Thank you sweetheart. " he said sincerely.

"Anytime." You giggled a bit at the compliment.

"I should go. I'll be back soon. Wait for me yeah?" He leaned down to give you a kiss.

"Always babyboy." You said grinning.

Slowly opening your eyes you could feel the affects of last night. You were up late working, you didnt sleep to well either because your damn son was being the spawn of satan. You sat up with a huff as your alarm clock rang; thinking “today is going to kill me isn’t it.”

Doing your morning routine felt more dragged on than normal. You knew what kind of day it was and you couldn’t bring yourself to even look at yourself in the mirror without wanting to cry.

On the way to work uou distracted yourself with music in the car and then with work. It wasn’t until you got home that everything I had been putting off crept up on me. You texted your boyfriend but no response. You began to cry as you fell back onto your bed. “GOD TODAY FUCKING SUCKS!” You yelled exhaustedly.

Your phone began to ring; with glossy eyes it was a FaceTime call from Soobin.

“Hey Soo.” You sounded so defeated as you tried to wipe the tears from your eyes.

“Hey, hey, don’t cry nat; what’s going on?” Soobin was concerned “Yeonjun asked me to call you and check in because he couldn’t answer.”

“Are you guys at the studio?” You sniffled again. “Can I come?” Letting out a huff

“Yeah, I can come get you if you aren’t feeling up to drive.” He offered sincerely.

“No, no. It’s okay I’ll be there soon.”

“Okay, be safe alright.”

The call ended with you waving to Soobin. The car ride over was filled with you screaming lyrics to try feel better but it just didn’t work.

Going through security you started to feel better the closer you got to your boyfriend. Opening the studio door Yeonjun immediately stood up and came to you.

“Hey bug come here, what’s going on here let’s go to the practice room and talk.” Yeonjun ushered you away to the practice room and sat you down holding you tightly.

You huffed a few times trying not to cry but when Yeonjun said your name and you couldn’t hold it in anymore. “Oh I see, it’s just one of those days.” He held the back of your head pulling you into him and just holding you as you let it out. He didn’t speak and he didn’t ask you to either. “Let’s go home, I’m done with my schedule for the day. I’ll give you a massage and we can just relax.” He said you. All that could leave your mouth was a weak “okay.”

Leaving your boyfriends arms you looked down at your phone at a text from Soobin:

yayy more questions! okay i'll start with 13 because it's simpler:

13.Any segment of your work that made you cry while writing it? (because it moved you deeply)

so. i cry easily. but i don't tend to cry while writing, i think? i don't have the greatest memory, so i can't be sure. i remember one time i cried while writing hmtb, but it wasn't because i was moved deeply jcnbjk (it was actually a mellow scene and i just. unexpectedly triggered an unpleasant memory, oops.)

in a way, i think it's easier to get emotional while working on RPs, actually. i might've cried at those in the past, mmh.

now, if you asked me when did i get anxious while writing. that's a whole another thing. i do deal with a lot of heavy emotions in writing, and, yeah. anyway, the answer is yesterday. (hmtb grian is doing perfectly well wdym-) (i had to stop writing after 8 sentences and take a break everything's fine-)

12.Funniest comment you've ever gotten in a piece of work?

this is a fun one! i don't think i have a favourite, i'm not the best with putting things on a scale and deciding that's the most this or that. add my bad memory into the mix, and about a year of writing a multichapter fic, and- well. but! i dug through and made a small collection of comments that amuse me! (there were many more, but i'm trying not to swarm you completely.)

oooh this one is hard! i’m not that far into persona 3 (reload) so i haven’t met them all yet but i’ve got a pretty good idea of what they’re all like.
