Hoarding Bug inspired Slugcat OC called The Hoarder <3

The Hoarder is rather weak offensively despite the ability to maul, their main defense mechanism is their ability to loudly buzz, which will agitate and possibly scare away creatures who do not have it in their line of sight.

The Hoarder is overall empowered both in their abilities and general stats, depending on how many (unique?) items they started the cycle with in their shelter, encouraging some degree of hoarding behaviors.

I feel like the Hoarder would either be best friends or worst enemies with scavs, depending on whether they share a mutual respect regarding their hoards / the Hoarder joins a scav group or if they are just stealing from each other 24/7

I intend to make more Rain World OCs based off of Lethal Company monsters, if you have any suggestions on what to attempt next then let me know and I might do it <3 (or maybe not bc i am so slow)

I have an idea cooking, but tldr; Spy ropes Hoard and Sniper into a freelance mission where they have to infiltrate a masquerade ball (cliché, I know. Shut it) in order to get close to a wealthy criminal guy and steal some info he has locked up in his mansion. Unsurprisingly, things go wrong, and shenanigans ensue.

Some info:

For this mission, Hoard has been revived into her pre-recruited body (before she got top surgery) because her ✨️ feminine charms ✨️ are needed for this mission. (Insert Spy screaming: "SEDUCE ME")

The reason why Spy picked Hoard is because a) she's a woman, and b) she's a professional thief, and will be able to steal the keys off the target in a room full of people without anyone noticing

Sniper is LITERALLY just here to make sure Hoard is safe. The only reason it's Sniper SPECIFICALLY is because he's the only merc Spy trusted to be: "at least SOMEWHAT subtle"

The reason why Spy didn't just go with Hoard himself instead is because he has to spend his time sneaking around and hunting down the room where the intel is being held, whilst Hoard schmoozes the target and steals his keys.

Hey, I'm the RED Hoarder

Ms. Pauling seems to think having these "ask blogs" will be helpful for like- The team's image or somethin, so I'm makin one. Dunno if anyone else has, but fuck it.

So, bit of info, I guess?

The team calls me Hoard, so you can call me that too I guess. Certainly not giving you my real name

Anyways, how I ended up working for Mann Co. is a lengthy and frankly boring story. Long story short, my uncle(/parent/guardian/only person I've ever really interacted with... I don't like people much) Engie, got me the job, and next thing I knew, I was hauling ass out of Canada (where I am wanted in... at least 3 provinces?) down to New Mexico. Now, I spend my days stealing ammunition and throwing wads of trash at those obnoxious BLUs.

It's fun, actually.

Respawn is the best part. Freaky as hell, but it saves a lot of time now that I don't have to worry about accidently killing myself. No clue how the damn thing works, but it brings me back, so I ain't questioning it.
