The path of the Hunt seems a bit self-contradictive.

Yes, most of the Hunt characters are proactive, energetic, enthusiastic, and singleminded, but 'hunt' in the traditional sense implies murder. Whereas most of it's characters seem to be motivated by the sanctity of human life, to a certain extent, or the idea of protection at all costs. It's usually not obvious at first glance but becomes clear when you get to know them a bit better.

Seele, who seems unfriendly and gruff at first, whose singular concern is the safety of the Underworld

Yanqing, an arrogant and overconfident child who, without hesitation, challenges two ancient legendary warriors to protect the people of the Luofu.

Sushang, who is called 'naive' in her Character details, is already a Cloud Knight at 15, who spends her days helping others and protecting the people of the Luofu.

it’s cléo! and omg okay i actually had a written thing for this back when i was first setting my girl up but it’s lost in the void now…….. so her maternal grandmother grew up in france and was named anya right. huge huge pianist during her time. and it’s bc of her grandmother that cléo’s mom kemi grew up to be a child of the industry herself (MORE ON THAT LATER!) but kemi wanted to honor anya with her own daughter + just really liked the name cleo (which means to ‘make famous’ btw…) so: cléo anya! the accent is just there for decoration tbh i think it just makes it look prettier LMFAOOO

Funny mental health story from your local disaster

So as far as I was aware, I've never been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism (shocking I know), but I still have these memories of childhood that like read as me masking way WAY before I knew masking was a thing

And I was sharing those stories with my mom the other day and talking to her about how I should maybe look into a diagnosis and stuff

And she just fucking drops "I mean we took you to a therapist when you were 7 and she said you didn't have autism"

so that's already a fucking bombshell for me, because like I vaguely remember that therapist, but fuck if I have any memories of anyone talking diagnosis with me

AND THEN SHE FOLLOWS IT UP WITH

"Yeah but you were diagnosed with ADHD and some other thing with a long name I can't remember"

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'VE HAD AN ADHD DIAGNOSIS FOR 20 YEARS AND NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT IT!?

WE COULD BE TAKING MEASURES TO HELP ME WITH THIS CRAP THIS ENTIRE TIME

What have the Dutch ever done to you

I went to a Christian school.

The community surrounding that school was primarily Dutch.

If it weren’t for the time I heard one of them say “if you’re not Dutch, you ain’t much”, and the others with them laughing in response? I would have been completely able to just view it as a “Christians being shitty people” thing.

But ever since then, I just saw xenophobia everywhere in that school.

I don’t know if it was there before and I just overlooked it. But I was a kid, so maybe they had just been avoiding doing that shit around children. I don’t know.

The father of my younger brothers is also Dutch.

He and his family are some of the worst people I’ve met.

But he himself? To say the least; he doesn’t provide for his kids.

He makes my life worse just by being alive. Hell, he makes my entire family’s lives worse by being alive!

I am unjustified, and I am disgusted that I have these thoughts of vitriol. I know logically I shouldn’t.

But I know why I began having these thoughts…
