I am generally in favour of people calling themselves whatever they want, and I have nothing against using a phonetic rendering of your inițial instead of using your full name (Bee, Dee, and so on)

but I think this should not be allowed if your last name starts with a Pee

i seriously can't wrap my head around. you would mass report the most vile accounts on instagram and the most that they would do after 6 months of reporting would be saying "we didn't find anything wrong with the account 'killallthewomen' uwu 🥰". there are "fans" out there who mass reported a 19 year olds account and somehow made her deactiva like wtf
