Briana Boston is a 42 year old mother of three from Florida who is under house arrest for expressing her frustration at her insurance (which she PAYS for) who denied her claim. She owns ZERO guns and doesn't have a criminal record.

She was originally held in prison for $100,000 bail. They have not dropped the charges and she is under house arrest even after widespread backlash.

They are trying to charge her with terrorism. They want her to spend 15 years in prison.

If someone said, “l’M GOING TO PARK MY TESLA NEAR YOUR HOUSE,” honestly I would take that as more of a death threat to blow up my home than someone saying, “Deny, defend, depose.” Spontaneously combusting Teslas that you cannot escape from in a fire (or explosion) have killed more innocent people than anyone allegedly angered by United Healthcare denying their claims.

The same people hand-wringing over the 'lack of compassion' for the United Healthcare CEO are outright gleeful at the abuse of law enforcement to frame and convict a man on what are very likely false charges and throw a woman in jail over a vaguely threatening comment while lying about releasing her on bail.
