Briana Boston is a 42 year old mother of three from Florida who is under house arrest for expressing her frustration at her insurance (which she PAYS for) who denied her claim. She owns ZERO guns and doesn't have a criminal record.

She was originally held in prison for $100,000 bail. They have not dropped the charges and she is under house arrest even after widespread backlash.

They are trying to charge her with terrorism. They want her to spend 15 years in prison.

They are calling her a Luigi Mangione copycat. As if she killed someone. She made a indirect, not at all credible threat.

I want every woman who has ever faced threats online, stalking, etc to bring this Briana Boston up at every opportunity. Every time you were told by police that there was nothing they could do, know that they not only CAN do something, but they WILL do something, just not for you.

If someone said, “l’M GOING TO PARK MY TESLA NEAR YOUR HOUSE,” honestly I would take that as more of a death threat to blow up my home than someone saying, “Deny, defend, depose.” Spontaneously combusting Teslas that you cannot escape from in a fire (or explosion) have killed more innocent people than anyone allegedly angered by United Healthcare denying their claims.

I mean, United Healthcare has killed hella more people, but Elon Musk is beta testing “full self driving” Teslas on a million different roads across America, and bruh Teslas are definitely racking up the body count. And I sure af don’t recall signing up to be an unpaid beta tester who could die whenever another Tesla randomly explodes, or randomly self immolates its passengers, or randomly locks drowning people in (not to be confused with randomly locking in people who are being exploded to death).

weird how the woman who said 'deny, depose, defend. you're next' on the phone after having her claim denied was charged with a $100,000 bond but you can go to the police scared out your wits about threats received by men and be told they can't do anything until they physically try to hurt you. strange..hmm..perplexed

Our society gets angrier against someone who did 1 felony, vs someone who committed 34. Trump is president, while Luigi is being charged with terrorism. We favor the rich over the poor. Doesn't it make sense? Trump is "important" and president, while Luigi is hated on by politicians. Why do we even care so much about one ceo getting shot? What about the hundreds of school shootings killing tons of children? CHILDREN being shot and killed, and yet our government cares more about one rich idiot getting shot since he is a rich ceo with money to burn. What about Briana Boston? I’m so confused about the situation with Briana Boston. People keep saying the charges were dropped but I can’t find any articles that confirm that. I’m worried it’s misinformation to stop people from supporting her.

Anyway I hope she sues everyone calling her a ‘copycat’. That makes it sound like she killed somebody when all she did was say a few words over the phone.
