I was speaking about my jttw/percy jackson au on here and exactly 1 person said they liked the idea so I am consumed with wanting to write it and now, 400 words in I have realised I have forgotten the style of Rick Riordan and so much info and i need to reread a bunch of stuff 😭😭😭

So far I'm thinking of skimming through the first 2 books in HoO so I can figure out Frank, Hazel, Percy (in third person), Piper and Leo. Then another HoO book for Annabeth and general dynamics/how they speak. Then going through Apollos series cause I can't remember 90% of it. Literally forgot that Jason died.

Genuinely feel like I'm forcing my eyes away from my current favourite things to freak out abt Rick's writing.

I just noticed when Ozzie appears behind Fizz, the initial explosion shows his sigil for exactly ONE frame (replacing Mammon's sigil we've seen plastered throughout the episode). I just thought it was a neat little detail, Asmodeus essentially summoned himself in that moment.

The Great Camera Crisis of Tim Drake

note: based on me losing my glasses, my current biggest tragedy

So, Tim Drake has one prized possession (aside from his zesti stash)—his favorite camera. It's the one he’s had for years, the one that's captured everything from the Bat's rooftop jumps to candid moments of the Batfam (not that they ever knew he was snapping pics).

But today? That camera is gone. Missing. Disappeared without a trace.

Cue Tim absolutely losing his mind.

He's checked the Batcave a hundred times, torn apart his room, interrogated Alfred (who is too polite to laugh in his face), and even considered asking Damian if he "borrowed" it (though he knows better). Tim's on edge, pacing the manor, muttering under his breath about "years of memories" and "perfect lighting." No one is safe from the fallout. Steph tries to help him retrace his steps; Dick is offering to buy him a replacement, which only earns him a death glare. Even Bruce is side-eyeing the situation like, "Is it really that serious?"

Yes, Bruce. It is.

At this point, Tim’s considering pulling out his detective skills and setting up an official investigation with case files and everything. The bats think he's being just a little dramatic, but this camera? It’s a piece of him.

He might be Gotham’s best detective, but apparently, solving the mystery of his missing camera is his greatest challenge yet.

i think my fav thing about superfam secret identities is that no one even knows they have any. everyone knows superman's name is kal-el and he lives at the fortress of solitude. why would he pretend to be some normal guy living an unremarkable life among everyone else? that would be absurd. of course supergirl lives with him; they're family! and it makes sense that after superboy's stint on his own, superman took him in as well. they all just live together as the house of el. why would they ever want to pretend to be human? preposterous. don't be silly!

like. the fact that they even have secret identities at all is a well-kept secret, let alone what those identities are. i love that <3

Sad things happen, I've cooled off from the TFP fandom and returned to my OCs as it happens all the time. I remembered a few sketches that I wanted to post when I make more, but apparently I won't make anything anymore :(

Thank you to everyone who was there for me during my hyperfixation, I really had fun, I was glad to be surrounded by your love and support. I am always happy for those who stay with me even after I no longer draw their favorite fandoms :]
