I think one of the things I love most about Niko is how she can get pretty much anyone to open up to her and trust her in ways they probably would with anyone else. I mean she clearly got the night nurse to tell her about Kashi and that doesn't seem like something the night nurse would have just volunteered. I also don't think the night nurse would have let just anyone pick up her book and read through the whole thing. Even when she complains that Niko really shouldn't be reading it she doesn't actually stop Niko from reading it.

Niko is truly a special soul and the world is worse off with her missing.
