I like this picture because it is a visual representation of Gerardo’s gender identity. The defiant stance and the underground nature of the environs also evoke a sense of disobedience - something I also want to get across in my didactic zine.

I thought this page was interesting because of its overt reference to ‘revolution’. 

Exploring this book was is good way of looking at how a group of queer people, interested in self-expression and a punk, radical spirit, respresented themeselves.
