If there was a Inside Out 3, what would it be like?
(Poster Edit by Me/App on Android: PixelLab)
Like we already got how Sadness and Joy were lost in the first movie, than Anxiety taking control in the second film, I think I the third should be about Riley is ready to go to college next Thursday, and then, nine new emotions appear to take over Riley's mind, the names would be Love, Courage, Surprise, Pride, Trust, Suspicion, Frustration, Shaudenfreude, and the dark emotion himself, Spite. The nine emotions cannot handle it when Riley develops a new crush onto the new boy and that's where things get serious when Spite takes the eight new emotions in his control and uses Love to make Riley's crush into love madness.
As Spite gets rid of our nine heroic emotions out of their jobs, it's up to Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, Anger, Anxiety, Envy, Ennui, and Embarrassment to save Headquarters and go through place to place in Riley's new developed mind, which is practically now a Mindtopia. And it means it'll be a lot more tricky.
Returning Voice Cast
Amy Poehler as Joy, Lewis Black as Anger, Phyllis Smith as Sadness, Bill Hader as Fear, Mindy Kaling as Disgust (YES YES YES! I'M BRINGING THEM BACK! RISE OF THE O.G.!), Maya Hawke as Anxiety, Ayo Edebiri as Envy, Adele Exarchopoulos as Ennui, Paul Walter Hauser as Embarrassment, Kensington Tallman as Riley Andersen, Diane Lane as Mom, Kyle MacLachlan as Dad, and Lilimar as Val Ortiz.
WHO WOULD CO-STAR IN INSIDE OUT 3?
Sophia Bush (Incredbles 2, Van Wilder) as Love, James Marsden (the X-Men, and Sonic The Hedgehog films) as Courage, Charlie Day, (The Super Mario Bros Movie, The LEGO Movie) as Surprise, Kristen Wiig (the Despicable Me and How To Train Your Dragon films, Bridesmaids) as Pride, Natasha Lyonne (Uncut Gems, DC League of Super Pets) as Frustration, Diego Luna (Andor, The Book of Life) as Trust, Aubrey Plaza (Scott Pilgrim VS The World, The To Do List) as Suspicion, Flula Borg (DCU's The Suicide Squad, Ralph Breaks The Internet) as Shaudenfreude, Nathan Fillion (DCU's Superman, Cars 3, Monsters University) as Spite,
Xolo Maridúena (DCU's Blue Beetle, Cobra Kai) as the new boy Riley has a crush on, Cameron Rivera, Dan Fogler (the Fantastic Beasts films, Fanboys) as Mind Councilman Mr. Chairman, J.K. Simmons (Spider-Man, Klaus) as The Mind Warden, Nicole Scherzinger (Moana, Men In Black 3) as Spite's Big Fan, Grey Griffin (Onward, Tuff Puppy) as Miss Leah, Edie McClurg (A Bug's Life, Planes Trains And Automobiles) as (the new voice of) Nostalgia, Yong Yea (Inside Out 2) as Lance Slashblade, Ron Funches (Trolls, Hoops, Noelle) as Bloofy, James Austin Johnson (Saturday Night Live) as Pouchy, Steve Purcell (Brave, Toy Story: That Time Forgot) as Deep Dark Secret, Jeff Pidgeon (Toy Story) as The Mind Receptionist, Eli Fucile (the Incredbles films) as Awe,
Paula Pell (Sisters, The Cat In The Hat) as Mom's Anger, Conrad Vernon (the Shrek, and Madagascar films) as the Mind Constructor, Flea (Toy Story 4, The Big Lebowski) as Mind Cop Jake, Sam Richardson (Werewolf Within, Ruby Gillman, Veep) as Mind Cop Sam, Frank Oz and Dave Goelz (The Muppets, Sesame Street) as Mind Cop Dave and Mind Cop Frank, John Ratzenberger (Toy Story, Cars, The Incredibles, Up, Coco) as Fritz, Paula Poundstone (Inside Out) as Forgetter Paula, Bobby Moynihan (IF, Hoppers, We Bare Bears) as Forgetter Bobby, and Angela Kinsey (The Office, Furry Vengence) as The College Advisor.

More random details from the final Broadway performance of Lempicka:
As I walked in line past the metal detectors at the theater entrance, composer Matt Gould was standing on the other side of the barrier, apparently waiting for someone. The people in front of me also recognized him and stopped for a few seconds to talk to him (from the body language it seemed like they paid him a compliment and he accepted it gracefully).
The merchandise had sold out the day before, but there were stacks of printed “Tamara de Lempicka” signature cards placed at the merchandise stands for people to take.
Prior to the show starting, there was a standing ovation as the creative team entered the theater and took their seats.
From my seat, there were standing ovations during the show for:
Eden Espinosa’s entrance (between the intro and “Unseen”)
Amber Iman’s entrance (prior to “Don’t Bet Your Heart”)
After “Don’t Bet Your Heart”
After “I Will Paint Her”
Sort of after “Woman Is,” but since the lights go up and it was intermission, it didn’t last long
After “Women”
After “Just This Way”
After “In the Blasted California Sun”
Even though ensemble member Nicholas Ward wasn’t in the show that day, I’m pretty sure I saw him come down the aisle and take a seat a few songs into Act I. It’s good that he was still able to be there.
The performance of “Paris” during the last show was especially funny. After the first madeleine Eden Espinosa accidentally spit out a crumb, which made the audience giggle. Thus primed for silliness, the audience laughed again when she turned back to her still life and had to swat at a fly that very obviously had designs on the madeleines. She continued with the “two madeleines” section but broke in the middle of licking the powdered sugar, which made the audience laugh, which made her laugh, etc. etc. There is some audio floating around where you can hear her kind of shakily wheeze out half a line there. In any case she got through the scene and called for Kizette, and now the audience was a bit amped up and gave Zoe Glick enthusiastic, prolonged entrance applause, which then made her giggle while trying to hold her goofy apple-pose which made EE grin (still with her mouthful of madeleine), to which the audience was like “wooooo!” and kept the applause going. After this the scene transitions over to the Baron and Baroness’s first appearance, which was also greeted with a lot of applause. So on the heels of all that the audience was very receptive to Beth Leavel’s ad-lib (“as I was saying…”), and it was a lot of fun to see and be a part of.
When Tamara and Rafaela finally have a chance to talk to each other by the bar at the Dead Rat, Suzy gives them some privacy and heads over to sit and/or flirt with the piano player (aka Charity Wicks, the show’s musical director & conductor). There is a sensitive piano line of two or three notes that is played a few times as Tamara's conversation with Rafaela gets more personal (it sounds very similar to the opening of “I Will Paint Her”) and in the final show it looked like it was actually Natalie Joy Johnson playing it.
During “Women,” after the Duchess de la Salle says, “I could use something for my entryway,” everyone looked at Suzy, Suzy looked at the audience knowingly, and the audience cracked up before she made the joke.
At the end of “Women” I think Rafaela and Tamara normally stand in the recessed semicircular seating area and briefly kiss each other. But since the applause kept going, well, so did they.
When Baroness left the stage after “Just This Way,” Beth Leavel looked very emotional and instead of just touching the Baron she stopped to give him a full arms-around-the-neck hug.
During “In the Blasted California Sun” Eden looked as if she were going to burst into tears through the entire song; the sense of sadness and loss was unusually palpable. (Which is one reason why “PUT THE PHONE DOWN” was so jarring.)
When the cast members circled by Tamara in the finale, it looked as if EE tried to give each of them a personal acknowledgement.
A photo during Raja Feather Kelly's speech:
Stuff I brought home:
(I purchased the pin before the Saturday matinee. By that evening everything was sold out.)
One last pic of the marquee later that evening:

Jake Johnson Bonus Facts
Girl dad of two twin girls. The inteview playlist will go into details for you.
He was married his whole acting career!
Very sweet.
He built this log cabin during the pandemic and even did some of his zoom interviews in it.
We now know, I don’t remember if it from an interview with another podcast or on his own, he revealed that the photographers asked him if he wanted to put on shoes first before they started and he said no.
They are in his backyard and he’s one minute away from a pair of shoes, and he said no, for no reason at all.
That’s why we love him. (Or me at least. I can’t actually speak for you guys.)
I forgot three movies for part one, but also, tumblr won’t let me add any more photos to part one, so it’s fine. However, So sorry!
Ceremony
One of the first big movies he’s done. I don’t have all the facts on it, but it does have the earliest release date of most of his movies, so it’s safe to assume.
He’s not the main character, but he does have somewhat of a large role to the plot of the movie.
I’d argue it’s still worth watching!
Lee Pace is in it! As well as Uma Thurman!
It’s about this young guy who’s in love with this married woman and somehow he ends up at their wedding retreat and keeps trying to win her back, but she’s kinda leading him on. . . Or maybe she isn’t and he’s delusional.😏
Maybe it’s trying to be deep, maybe it’s not, but Jake Johnson is funny and he does drunk wacky uncle brother so well.
It’s not as intense as I’m making it sound.
It’s actually a joy with sentimental moments.
And also like watching a car wreck level of drama.
No Strings Attacthed
Mid 2000s typical romcom with Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman.
Ludacris and Mindy Kaling is also in it!
That’s it. That’s the movie.
Jake Johnson is the wacky guy best friend of the main guy and he doesn’t have a lot of time in it, but it’s not a super long watch and he has a horrible goatee in the first few scenes. So that’s pretty fun to see.
And his character has an odd nice guy side quest romance going on with another girl.
It’s supposed to balance out how assholey the main couple gets to each other sometimes, but not really.
Imagine if hallmark was fancy and had a bigger budget and wasn’t afraid to say fuck and show sex.
Also!
This movie got him Nick Miller on New girl.
I think the writer of new girl was working on this movie and she liked him in this and it played a part in him getting picked for his audition!
Safety Not Guaranteed
A wacky movie about these journalist trying to find a bug story and the woman of the group deciding if local crazy guy actually can time travel or not.
Despite how wild the plot is, it is oddly super romantic and endearing…….or maybe it’s the part of my brain that finds the oddest things romantic because it wasn’t presented in a typical romcom formula.
Jake is a little mean in this one if I remember correctly, but I think that’s something we all like about him. He’s fun to watch when he’s angry or mean or yelling or maybe I’m just telling on myself.
It’s not my favorite, but it was a super fun to watch. It’s well made and if nothing else gets you, the suspense of knowing if the guy is really crazy or not will.
More fun facts!!!
He loves talking business so there’s more in common with him and Doug Renetti than you might think. It’s a bit of his. He does this a lot on his podcast We’re Here to Help.
He loves doing indie movies.
He has love for everything he does and truly won’t take a role if he doesn’t like it in some way or feel like he would enjoy the experience from working on it or working with the other people there.
He lives for collaboration and a group effort and team work. Which he talks all about in some of his interviews.
He likes having a say so on his character and trying to do as much as he can with it, and if you ask me, it shows in everything he does, and it’s a part of why all of his charters have a certain Jake Johnson feel to all of them. However, he is still a good actor and they are very distinct in their roles and purposes for each and every show.
He’s just, very good at his job.
He also talks a lot about his life in certain interviews and I tried to compile them in a playlist that you can find on
This post.
If you are a sports fan, go to YouTube and search Jake Johnson Chicago Bears or Cubs or ..sports…
I’m not sure tbh.
He looks homeless sometimes, especially during the pandemic interviews, but I am used to this and find it endearing. If you’ve never seen him look like this and are weirded out or disgusted, I am sorry and not sorry.
I only watched them because i can listen to him talk about anything. I just like hearing his voice and looking at his face.
It’s amazing background noise when you have to work or study. Some of these sports podcast are so long and go on forever.
If you want help finding access to some of his more hard to find movies, please let me know and I will help as much as I can. Do not hesitate to dm me for any additional information
Thank you for reading, and I really hope these two posts have helped!

"Welcome to the Theatre": Diary of a Broadway Baby
Isn't It Queer?: Sondheim Unplugged Celebrates Pride
June 30, 2024 | 54 Below | Evening | Cabaret | Series | 1H 20M
The second annual Pride edition of Sondheim Unplugged, complete with a fully-queer roster of performers. And it was such a fun night, as you can imagine. We got juicy behind-the-scenes gossip from an original Into the Woods cast member Jeff Blumenkrantz about the workshop and Miss Betty Buckley's diva moments. We got a truly chaotic (bordering on horrifying, but also deeply amusing) rendition of "Come Play Wiz Me" by Natalie Joy Johnson and Lauren Blackman. We got Soara-Joye Ross proving that "Send in the Clowns" can be sun with otherworldly vocal talent AND acting ability to boot. We got Miss Evita Loca doing a breathtaking "Losing My Mind" and personally it's always wonderful to see drag performers embracing authenticity and earnestness in performance rather than only doing fun camp (which is fine too, I'm sure).
Verdict: You Can Pry This Show Out of My Cold Dead Hands
A Note on Ratings
(That being said, I'm torn between being pleased there was such a large Lempicka fanbase present at the show because maybe they'll actually listen to Sondheim and realize what good musical theatre is, and desperately hoping no Lempicka alumni ever perform at this cabaret series again because I cannot deal with those fans. Why must they shriek so loudly? Why must they be weird about being a fan? Full on Beatlemania screaming when their faves appear? Take it down a notch maybe and show appreciation without making it like some weird competition to see who can perform being a fan best? The actors handled it with grace but it was clear they were caught off-guard and a little embarrassed (more so Lauren, I'd say. She looked so overwhelmed.)

Notes:
Good capture of Halloween! This was filmed on the aisle so you can see some people getting up and walking around at times. LOTS of latecomers during ready set I had to get up to let people into the row, so there is no video there. The guy in front of me wouldn't stop moving so his head can come in and out of frame at times but it's always worked around.

Notes:
Nice Capture of the new non-equity tour! There can be a head in the way at some points but it's worked around well. The video can be somewhat grainy at times due to how far I was + how dark the show was. Overall a great video of this incredible cast.

➹ Jessica Szohr
send me a ➹ and a fc ;; i’ll create a character on the spot !!!
meet Natalie Almas. more specifically, battle operator Natalie Almas.
(just like Joseph Castle's, this got long...)
she was born in 1992 to Michelle (née Johnson) and Endre Almas in Anchorage, Alaska, USA. she was the eldest of three children, with the second oldest being Joshua Almas (born 1995), and the youngest being Abigail Almas (born 1996).
growing up with the rise in technology and the jarring shifts, Natalie always found it interesting. neither of her siblings were as into it as she was growing up--though that changed in their teen years--but Natalie was always interested in the software side of things. she wanted to know how it worked and slowly grew to learn it.
her first job was in web design, because there wasn't much else she could do besides mod The Sims 2.
when Trespasser appeared on the coast of San Francisco in 2013, Natalie's life didn't really change. she was in Anchorage, still, and despite being fixated on the news like they were talking about a horrific pile-up, there really was no change in her life besides the family conversations becoming about Trespasser instead of whether or not Abigail was dating yet; their parents had given up on both Natalie and Joshua's love lives after they decided their careers would be in web design and car repairs. if they'd asked, they may have found out Joshua was in a polyamorous relationship.
Natalie only knew because he'd asked if he should just bring his partners to their parents' house for Christmas and she said that maybe he should warn them first.
the kaiju kept coming, though; six months after Trespasser was Hundun attacking Manila, then four months after Hundan was Kaiceph in Cabo San Lucas, then Scissure in Sydney in 2014, and they kept coming.
when the jaegers were made, when there were calls for people who could help build them and maintain them, all three of the Almas siblings signed up and were positioned at the Anchorage Shatterdome. Natalie and Joshua worked in J-Tech, Abigail in K-Science. After Danger was taken out of action by Knifehead, the J-Tech siblings were moved onto another jaeger, then another when that one was taken out of action, and then another and another until they were eventually moved to the Hong Kong Shatterdome with the rest of the Anchorage crew. Abigail, by this point, had moved into the civilian fields, worried about what kaiju blue might be doing to her despite the safety precautions. their parents were glad; they were eternally worried about her, since her siblings had far safer jobs than she did.
Natalie continued to work on battle operations, upgrading the UI and user side of things for the pilots and sometimes customising them, if asked. Joshua continued to work as a jaeger engineer, focused on maintenance and repairs to keep the remaining jaegers up and running.
she was often described as a joy to have in class, which was code for, 'very quiet, well behaved, may or may not be easy to remember depending on the teacher and the class'. while Abigail was the straight man to Joshua's nonsense, Natalie was the impulse control to both of them; there were multiple times that she'd had to talk Abigail out of something, though she was generally far less impulsive than their brother.
somewhat of a perfectionist--though that could be argued as a hazard of the job when working with software and coding related to mechas that were being used to protect the planet--there was never a job that Natalie would do 'well enough' when she could do it far better. there was no 'good enough'; she either did it to the best of her ability regardless of the detriment to herself or she didn't do it at all because she knew she couldn't and would rather hand it off to someone else.
she was always closer to Joshua than the rest of their family. her parents expressed their uncertainty with her life choices and while she got on with her sister, Abigail tended to run in very different circles to her. there were no truly bad feelings in the family, just different points of view.
a workaholic to the core, she could often be found at the desk, seeing what she could improve on with a cup of cheap coffee by her side. half of the J-Tech and LOCCENT officers seemed to be surviving on coffee, though, so it wasn't particularly unusual to find a small group of them sharing a space, giving ideas, sometimes sending someone on a coffee run as punishment for an idea the majority disagreed with. it was in these moments that she would shine; she generally kept her quiet nature into her adulthood, but a topic she knew about? she thrived surrounded by those working in her field and made plenty of friends with her fellow officers, in addition to a number of the other J-Tech crews. the pilots weren't her favourite people, but she could admire them.
and that's battle operator Natalie Almas of the Anchorage and then Hong Kong Shatterdomes.
#ooc#ooc!ask#ooc!answer#backedagainstthewall#thank for this#this isn't really made up on the spot because i took like 2 days to get here but the majority is#i went through like 3 different ideas until i remembered this franchise exists lmao
