- Nan mais attendez, même ma femme j’suis sûr elle est pas habillée non plus. Femme ! cria-t-il en direction de la cloison qui divisait la petite cabane en deux pièces.

Aucune réponse ne vint. Gauvain ne savait plus quoi dire pour lui faire comprendre l’urgence de la situation.

- Dans combien de temps vous avez dit qu’ils arrivaient ?

- Le brave homme que j’ai croisé m’a dit que les soldats de Lancelot étaient à une heure de marche – mais je crains qu’ils n’aient gagné du terrain.

- Ah ouais donc méga relou quoi.

Yvain s’affala à nouveau sur le fauteuil de fortune qui ornait la pièce.

- Et il était sûr qu’ils étaient dangereux ?

- Messire Yvain…

- Ah ouais ouais ouais c’est vrai pardon, c’est moi. J’arrive pas à me le…

Gauvain leva les bras en un geste qui signifiait qu’il ne tenait pas rigueur à son ami de son étourderie. Mais il ne comprenait tout de même pas pourquoi Yvain ne parvenait pas à retenir que leur clan – et plus spécifiquement lui, Gauvain – était recherché. Depuis qu’ils s’étaient installés sur le continent et y avaient remonté leur installation, chaque nouveau déménagement avait eu l’air de lui être plus pénible. Ils étaient désormais installés dans une forêt de pins à la frontière entre l’Aquitaine et Gaunes, où ils se sentaient bien et où ils s’étaient autorisés à retrouver un certain sentiment de sécurité. En construisant la cabane où ils vivaient à présent, Gauvain s’était dit que le prochain départ serait d’autant plus difficile, que son compagnon serait d’autant plus réticent – et puis il s’était laissé oublier cette inquiétude. Jusqu’à ce jour.

- Vous avez beaucoup d’affaires à emporter ?

- Moi nan, t’façon j’m’en fous mais trop, mais c’est ma femme elle va encore nous souler ; femme !

Des voix s’élevèrent dans la pièce voisine.

- Quoi ?!

- Venez deux minutes là ! Avec votre copine aussi ! Venez s’il vous plaît faites pas votre grosse blaseuse !

Les voix se retransformèrent en murmures agacés.

- Messire Yvain, il y a quelque chose dont je voulais vous entretenir…

- Nan mais je sais. Je vais la lourder, moi aussi elle me gave trop, mais trop quoi. En plus elle est toujours là avec l’autre, à faire j’sais pas quoi… Bon, femme, là !

- Euh non, non il s’agit d’autre chose.

Même si vivre à quatre s’était avéré plus complexe que de vivre à trois, Gauvain s’en était relativement bien accommodé – d’autant plus que l’arrangement signifiait souvent que Demetra préférait dormir avec son amie et forçait Yvain à coucher dans l’autre pièce, là où couchait Gauvain, qui, honnêtement, y trouvait plutôt son compte.

- Non, je voulais dire que… Pardonnez-moi de ne pas vous en avoir entretenu plus tôt, mais… Voilà, je nourris depuis quelque temps le projet de rejoindre un groupuscule de la résistance.

- La résistance… Ça a un rapport avec le plat ou pas du tout ?

- Le plat ?

- Le plat de résistance ? Ou c’est plutôt quelque chose de géographique ?

- Non non, je parle des groupes de chevaliers qui s’organisent afin de lutter contre le régime tyrannique du seigneur Lancelot.

Les bruits qui venaient de l’autre pièce n’avaient pas l’air de vouloir prendre fin ni se diriger vers la porte ; Gauvain en déduit que les deux femmes étaient toujours en train de s’habiller, et continua sur sa lancée :

- Voyez-vous, je suis déjà considéré comme un traître à ma famille pour avoir choisi le camp de sire Arthur au lieu de celui de mon père. Ce dernier étant désormais au pouvoir aux côtés de Lancelot, je suis également un traître à mon pays, et… Nous fédérer à un groupe plus important nous permettrait peut-être d’être plus en sécurité dans l’éventualité de…

- Ah ouais, j’ai compris. Vous en avez marre du clan en fait. Vous voulez vous barrer parce que vous trouvez que notre clan indépendant il est trop moisi.

Il s’était attendu à cela.

- Mais absolument pas !

- Ouais c’est ça ouais. T’façon je vais vous dire : tous les groupuscules que vous allez trouver ils seront encore plus moisis, on connaît personne sur le continent, on va tomber que sur des cons, alors c’est même pas la peine…

- Eh bien… c’est-à-dire que le bougre qui m’a renseigné m’a également dit qu’à quelques heures au sud d’ici se trouvait un groupe de résistants menés par le seigneur Bohort…

- Ohh le seigneur Bohort !

Le visage d’Yvain s’était subitement éclairé, et Gauvain fut encouragé à continuer.

- Retrouver notre brave compagnon de Kaamelott m’emplirait de joie, et…

- Ouais mais trop tout pareil quoi !

- Mais ne pourrions-nous pas plutôt en parler en route ? ajouta Gauvain, toujours saisi de l’angoisse avec laquelle il avait passé le seuil.

Yvain soupira, son sourire retombé.

- Ah ouais nan mais là franchement y a gavage j’ai marché sur une écharde je me vois trop pas partir faire de la randonnée là… Mais sinon dites-moi euh, je pensais à un truc ?

- Qu’y a-t-il messire Yvain ?

- Si j’ai bien compris, vous si vous vous faites choper par les hommes de Lancelot…

- Je crains qu’ils ne m’exécutent sans autre forme de procès, se désola Gauvain.

- D’accord, ouais. Mais euh du coup vous pensez que moi… ?

- Vous ?

- Ben euh moi s’ils me tombent dessus par exemple, vous pensez qu’ils m’exécutent sans autre forme de procès aussi ou… ?

Gauvain fronça les sourcils.

- Euh, à vrai dire… Non peut-être pas… Votre père ayant pu conserver son titre de roi de Carmélide en restant fédéré à Kaamelott sous le gouvernement de sire Lancelot…

- Ah ouais, c’est ça. Et donc du coup à chaque fois qu’on déménage et qu’on détruit la cabane et qu’on doit en reconstruire une autre dans une autre forêt… ?

L’heure tournait ; ils n’avaient pas le temps d’avoir cette conversation. Mais Yvain avait raison : c’était lui et lui seul qui était mis en danger par la durée de la discussion. Yvain et Demetra n’avaient fait que le suivre, acceptant de chambouler régulièrement leur vie pour lui éviter une mort certaine. Il ne pouvait pas les contraindre ainsi à une fuite éternelle. Voyant qu’il regardait vers la porte avec appréhension, Yvain reprit :

- Ou sinon, ce qu’on peut faire, vous partez devant, et puis moi je viens rejoindre la résistance et Bohort et tout ça une fois que tout ça s’est bien tassé ; une fois que Lancelot est plus roi par exemple !

- C’est-à-dire que…

Mais Gauvain interrompit de lui-même sa protestation. Il avait compris.

C’était à lui de prendre ses responsabilités.

- Très bien. Faisons ça, dit-il en essayant d’éviter le regard coupable de son ami.

Il ramassa quelques vêtements qu’il fourra dans son baluchon, et serra sans rien dire la main d’Yvain. Il lui serra la main sans rien dire car il craignait que, s’il commençait à parler, il n’évoquât malgré lui la question du jour où ils se reverraient. La gorge serrée, il gardait les yeux baissés pour les empêcher de s’emplir de larmes.  En refermant la porte de la cabane derrière lui, il entendit la voix de Demetra, qui sortait de la chambre :

- Eh ben il se re-casse finalement votre copain ?

- Vous vouliez nous dire un truc du coup ou… ? dit Aelis, d’un ton agacé.

Juste avant qu’il ne cessât d’être à portée de voix, Yvain répondit :

- Ouais il s’en va, mais pas longtemps je pense.

One day a baby with horns on its head was born in a cave of Lishan Mountain

婴儿出生的时候，石洞四周冒出九眼泉水

When the baby was born, there were nine springs spilled out of the cave

后来这个孩子成了炎族的首领被尊为炎帝

Later the child became the leader of the Yan clan and was called Emperor Yan

Yan planted the seeds into the soil and soon some rice shoots grew

禾苗成熟后炎帝将它煮熟了请人们品尝

When the rice shoot matured, Yan cooked it and asked people to taste

人们发现它既好吃又能填饱肚子

People found it is delicious and can feed the stomach

 Yu shi yan di jiang zhong zi fen song gei ren men bing jiao hui ren men geng zhong

于是炎帝将种子分送给人们并教会人们耕种

So Yan distributed the seeds and taught people to farm

从此人们有了粮食吃，尊称炎帝为神农

Since then, people have grains to eat and honored Yan as Shennong

At that time there was no medicine when people got sick

神农决定到深山野林去采集药材  中草药

Shennong decided to collect medicinal materials from the wide mountains

One day Shennong found some green leaves

Shennong named the leaf ‘cha’ -- tea

When Shennong was poisoned for medicine trial ,he used the tea to detoxify

Shen Nong felt terrible pain and fell to the ground

当人们找到他的时候，神农已经死去了

When people found him, Shennong was dead

Shennong held the book <Shennong Herbal Medicine >which recorded the medicinal properties of plants

In memory of Shennong, the place where Shennong tested herbs was called Shennongjia

Ravins des Encanaux et des Infernets

                                      Ravin des Encanaux

Dans le Parc Naturel Régional de la Sainte Baume, à Auriol, cette belle balade nous amène d’abord dans le Ravin des Encanaux pour découvrir la Source des Encanaux, puis dans le Ravin des Infernets pour atteindre les grottes creusées dans ses falaises abruptes.

                                    Ruisseau des Encanaux 

Il alimente le ruisseau de Vède (ou la Vède) qui est un affluent de l’Huveaune. 

Fleuve côtier de 48 kilomètres, l’Huveaune coule d’abord dans le Var, où il prend sa source dans la Grotte de Castelette à Nans-les Pins, puis dans les Bouches-du-Rhône, où il se jette à Marseille, Plage de l’Huveaune, une des plages du Prado.

              Au-dessus du Ravin des Infernets : le Bau Redon

En provençal, le “bau” ou “baou” est un “rocher escarpé dont le sommet est plat”. Il vient du mot latin “balteus” : gradin circulaire, dans un théâtre (entre autre sens).

Et “redon” veut dire “rond”. Du provençal “redoun”, “redouno” : circulaire, arrondi. Son étymologie latine est “ rotundus”.

Ce promontoire serait une ancienne tour de gué (à vérifier). Il ne faut pas le confondre avec le Baou Redoun, ou Couronne de Charlemagne, qui domine Cassis et abrite les vestiges d’un ancien oppidum celto-ligure.

Il contourne le Bau Redon avant de passer sous la Tête de Chien (au fond à droite). Au bout du ravin, au lieu de remonter vers le balcon sous les falaises, on peut continuer sur la gauche pour rejoindre le Ravin de la Coutronne.

                                              La falaise calcaire 

Le calcaire est une roche sédimentaire contenant de la calcite. Cette dernière est attaquée par des molécules acides présentes dans l'eau.

Ce phénomène est à l’origine du creusement des nombreuses cavités présentes dans tout le Massif de la Sainte-Baume.

                                            Grotte des Morts 

Son accès est un peu difficile, 15 à 20 mètres au-dessus du sentier. Sa localisation est indiquée sur un rocher. Elle mesure quelques dizaines de mètres de long. Une lampe est indispensable pour y pénétrer.

                         Grotte des Infernets ou Grotte des Charbonniers

Dans cette caverne d'une centaine de mètres de profondeur découverte en 1895, des vestiges néolothiques ont été retrouvés attestant de l'utilisation par l’Homme de la préhistoire de ces cavités comme habitat. Lampe également indispensable.

Eleanor Macnair

The idea first struck during a pub quiz night; players were asked to sculpt famous artworks using Play-Doh, and the notion stuck with her. The pieces each require three to four hours to create, and Macnair makes them using basic household tools. A rolling pin, for instance, is replaced with an old wine bottle. It’s funny, but it’s also earnest.
