And then when she was visiting Rosings and Lady Catherine de Bourgh, his own aunt, was being obnoxious and rude to her, he felt the shame of having undesirable connections just as she had in the beginning. Do you see it!!!! Mr Darcy has been ardently in love with her from the very beginning, and he's been missing the parallels between their lives the whole time!!! for anyone wondering, all members of my family in Florida are ok after hurricane milton. we will find out about damage extent later. it’s been a very rough past few weeks and even just a few days ago it was “hope that tropical storm doesn’t hit after the house was already devastated by helene” and then within 24 hours it turned into one of the strongest hurricanes on record headed right to everyone. It’s also frustrating that everyone affected, my dad, stepmom, aunt, uncle, cousins and my mom further south are ALL CHICAGO AREA NATIVES that moved down there separately 💀
